Not sure what we would have done without this item. Worth every penny. Our baby was quite small when she was born and would not settle in her Moses basket as she liked to be snuggled. The Moses basket was also too big for her so the sleepyhead was an absolute godsend for us. From the minute we put our baby in it it felt like she relaxed, it’s soft, comfortable (even I have fallen asleep with my head on it) and very practical. Yes it is quite expensive but it is definitely worth the money, we have used since she was 3 days old to now and she is just over 6 months. The covers are expensive to buy but we just used the one it came with and washed, it washes up very well as do the foam inserts. It is also very safe as it has a higher edge so baby cannot roll out. When she was newborn we put her in the sleepyhead in our bed with us and now she is older we put her in it in her cot. I felt like if I needed to pop to the loo she was safe in this and couldn’t roll out. We will be purchasing the next size up which is double the price but our baby sleeps so well in it that it’s totally worth it. Would recommend it to absolutely everyone. Our best purchase to date.

I bought a second hand one as I was not sure what the hype was about and didn’t want to spend over £100 if my little girl didn’t like it!

However, all the recommendations and reviews that I read were spot on-my little girl who struggled to sleep on her own (not on me) slept for 4.5 and 3 hours in her sleepyhead the first night we got it. She is also able to sleep in it during the day which means I can get things done!

It has helped so much, she is now able to sleep properly which means she is happier and I am getting more sleep too! It is a breathable cushion and seems to protect her by cocooning her. There is still quite a bit of space to move though!

When she outgrows it I will definitly look into the larger size! It’s lovely to see her sleeping so peacefully!

I love the Sleepyhead. I have it for my daughter and she loves it. We take it with us if we are going away, it's much easier than taking a travel cot or Moses Basket. The cover removes and it's easy washable. My daughter didn't like her Moses basket and loves to feel secure so this is perfect for her. Highly recommended!

What can I say? The Sleepyhead is expensive but boy is it worth every penny! My baby loves this and sleeps soundly in it in any room in the house. Great when you’re out and about and you need a makeshift cot. Does what it says on the tin. Wouldn’t be without it.

This product is amazing. My newborn baby girl immediately settled in this compared to her Moses basket. She is able to self soothe already and can sleep maximum 6 hours in this undisturbed. Very easy to transport and much more space saving than a Moses basket. The white cover is a little downside simply because it's difficult to keep pristine but a quick wash on a warm day and I can have it dried for her next nap. Would recommend this to every one

so many people recommended the sleepyhead to us when i was pregnant, so we bit the bullet and purchased one for £130. It was a sleep saviour, it kept our newborn snug as if she was still being cuddled. the sleepyhead slotted perfectly in our next2me crib.
the covers are removable & your able to wash them in the machine, they're quite tricky to put back on. only downside is how expensive the spare covers are, its a nightmare having a sicky baby & having to wash/dry the same cover multiple times a week.
id definitely say it was one of our best purchases though. and a must have for newborns.

As a first time mum i was abit skeptical about buying this as i didnt know if i actually needed it. I can honestly say its one of the best things ive bought, my little boy settles soo well in it. Ive just started putting him to bed with a baby monitor and i know that hes safe and cant roll anywhere whilst hes snuggled up.

Absolutely amazing, the best thing ever!!! My baby has slept through since 4 weeks old and I’m sure I’ve only got the sleepyhead to thank for that. She loves the secure feeling and I love the way it looks. Washes really well, so easy to get covers on and off and restuff. We love it that much we’ve got 2!! 1 for upstairs and one for downstairs!

The sleepyhead deluxe+ is great!! My little boy has been in it from the day he was born and sleeps really well, he seems very comfortable in there! The removable cover makes it easy to wash in the washing machine and the clips at the bottom are great for when little one grows! 5**** from me

Loved the sleepyhead deluxe my little one felt safe and secure. I always used to doubt that these was worth the money but once we used it we would highly recommend it. The cover is easy to wash and put back on. You can take it away with you as it has its own plastic carry bag.

I got this product because my baby wasnt sleeping great and loved to be held. As soon as I bought this she slept so much better because she felt safer I think instead of being In a large open space. The only issue I have is its quite expensive anyway which isn't an issue but the covers are really expensive too which is annoying

The only thing I can put down with this is how expensive it is to buy. However this was absolutely amazing for when my daughter was first born. It’s cosey and enclosed coz that difficult womb to world transition. I love that you can change the covers for when those unavoidable accidents do happen, although it’s quite time consuming getting the covers on and off. But they wash fine. Wish it lasted longer, although my almost 5 month old is still ok in here with room. The next size up (sleepyhead grand) is also expensive to buy so not sure how we’ll work that one when she is eventually too big for her sleepyhead deluxe, best start saving.

The sleepyhead is pure gold for me.
My Little One always struggles to sleep from the first month but when I bought the pod he just slept like a little angel.
I consider it really safe from the moment the baby doesn’t really manage to roll from his back to a different position. The material is breathable and safe in case the baby nose is close to the edge.
It’s very easy to clean even tho I can’t say the same to put it back together.
I always needed my husband help.
The pod is expensive but definitely a must have and worth the expense.
They should create an adult version... when mummy needs some cosy sleep too !!!

I wasn’t sure about buying one of these before. I read all about them, and they are highly recommended by my mum friends, and now I can see why. My LB sleeps through the night (min 8 hours!) safely on his back! I even use it for naps during the day where he will sleep around an hour in! It is super pricey, and the cost of the additional covers is also costly, but totally worth it for a full nights sleep! The white cover does get dirty quick, and you can’t tumble dry the cover so make sure you wash first thing in the morning so as it is dry by bedtime unless you have spare covers! Don’t get any of the cheaper copies as this brand has been vigorously tested and is much safer. You must buy!

I heard lots of fantastic reviews on the Sleepyhead when I was pregnant and so I was very keen to try it out myself. When I was heavily pregnant I decided to take the plunge and purchase one, even if the price was a little steep, it sounded worth it. Well, all I can say is I am so thrilled I bought one. My little boy slept so gloriously well in the sleepyhead. We used to carry it downstairs in the daytime and he'd take his day time naps in it too. It's so lightweight and easy to manoeuvre that we were able to take it out and about with us to other homes when we were visiting friends and family too.
It's made from materials which are breathable so I felt comfortable with my little boy sleeping in it during the night too. I know there is a lot of talk about this, but I myself felt happy for him to sleep overnight in the product until he was old enough to roll over, then we used it for supervised naps and day time play only.
He has now outgrown it for sleeping in, however we use it for sitting up in (he's almost sitting up unaided, so this helps for if he flings himself back he won't hurt himself!) and playing in. He absolutely adores it, I am so happy we bought it, well worth the money in my opinion.

I always thought that sleepyheads was just another baby item that was a waste of money and not really needed. Until one day i was given one as a gift. We unboxed it and started using it right away. My little girl loved it. We also have a 1 year old so i put the sleepyhead in a travel cot so baby is safe from my 1 year old. You will know the feeling if u have 2 close in age. She sleeps in the sleepyhead for day time naps and sleeps brilliant and so cosy. Its very easy to wash and dry but to put the covers back on its a bit hard but managed it. Overall i think its a great item for newborns to feel snug and cosy.

This has been a life saver, my son would wave his arms around madly while asleep and wake himself up but in the sleepyhead, although he would still wave his arms there was a barrier so he felt safe, a bit like a hug.
Its so easy to move the sleepy head around the house as he felt like he was in bed and had that continuity which really helped. I was able to go to dinner parties, my parents and see friends as the sleepyhead was easy to travel with.
Covers come off very easily to wash although i ended up putting muslins over the top to save washing as it is snug to put back into the cover.

With a colic & reflux baby, sleep for us both has been very limited. Power naps for 30mins at a time if all she would have all day & night. Got the sleepy head when she was 11 weeks & instantly she slept a bit longer. Night 1, slept for 2 hours then up every hour. Night 2, slept for 2 hours fed then asleep for 1 1/2 hours. Night 3, sleep by 11.30, stored at 3.30 but fell back to sleep then up at 6.30 for a feed. Fingers crossed this continues. We can finally put her down without her crying too.

When we first brought our son home we could not get him to sleep! A friend recommended this to us and we we purchased it straight away, we weren’t disappointed, our son now sleeps!

We use with a swaddle for most naps as our boy loves his startle reflex!

I would recommend for sure, only downfall is that it’s pricey and covers are too. If it gets dirty I have to wash and dry on the same day.
