Easy to build and can be done easily in 5 minutes. It's very sturdy when set up as a trike and is how we started using the bike. To switch from 3 to 2 wheels is just a case of sliding the clips and turning the wheels. This then can be used as a balance bike. In the centre between the handle bars are the controls with buttons, pretend key to start the engine. It makes lots of noises and lights to stimulate the child's imagination. Ours has been going 5 years now and still going strong
