Bought this pram in cobalt blue. Absolutely loved it minute it arrived. Have had many people comment on how expensive it looks and how the colour is so different to other prams. Easy to steer very lightweight. Comes with footmuff etc. Perfect pram for a fraction of the cost of others and looks just as good.

    • Strengths:

Well built . Suitable for a baby . Compared to my son's that cost me £1000 it done the same job

    • Weaknesses:

It's boring . More design . It's plain. Rain cover is a pain still very bulky when folded

Would I buy this product again .? YES IT WORKED my kid slept lay happy and enjoyed her time in it. Would I keep it all the way up and use it as a buggy. Nope it's still bulky as a buggy. I prefer a thinner option . It does have all different options for your baby sitting up etc and it is sturdy on and off of roads . If you want something cheaper but will d9 the same job .Mothercare journey is the one for you.

I had this for my little boy. It’s a great travel system easy enough to steer but I find it struggles to get up very low kerbs. I find it hits them and jolts. My little boy also outgrew this very fast. He is only 14month old and is in a normal buggy now as his legs hang over the edge of the seat. When he needs to cosy toes on his legs are bent in an uncomfortable position.

Absolutely love this pram. As a first time mother I had no idea about which pram to buy, but I had seen reviews surrounding this pram and I loved how positive they all were. The pram is so light weight and easy to travel with. I’d highly recommend this pram to anyone.

Absolutely love this pram. We have it in sand and I have had many compliments on how nice a pram it is. I've had this pram 11months and it's still going strong.
Had to put in to the seat unit a little earlier then id have liked to due to my son having severe reflux so needed him upright more but he still looked super comfy in it.
Have recommended this pushchair to a few people and a couple have gone out and bought it.

This pram is great value for money. I absolutely love using this for my little girl. I’m a first time mum so wasn’t really sure what kind of pram to get or what I should be looking out for but I’m so glad I bought this. The only reason I’ve not been using it just now is because there is no sunshade (my daughter hates the sun) but I wouldn’t put it buying it again in the future. Personally I don’t like the car seat I feel it’s quite bulky and when folded the pram takes a lot of room in the boot of my car but definitely worth the money.

The journey travel system is a great all inclusive system and fantastic value for money compared with top brand systems. It is lightweight, folds small (fits easily into my ford fiesta boot) and steers really well. It works well with the pram part or attaching the car seat to the frame. The only downside is that you have to remember to take the additional clips with you to attach the car seat onto the wheels. Overall though it is a fantastic pram and great value.

This 3-1 push chair is absolutely fabulous to use, I bought this when I was pregnant with my little boy back in 2017 and I have to say this was the only pram (out of hundreds I looked at I may add) that I fell in love with. The carry cot part is so easy to use and transform into a pushchair my son loves the fact that it is rear and world facing (he loves people watching). To fold down is super easy with just one button to push in and then lift up two bits that slide and that’s it. It fits perfectly into my car boot with plenty of space for food shopping and any other necessities. Overall a 5 star product.

This pram is easy to fold and put up again. The steering is easy and not a lot of effort has to be put in to push the pram. It is lightweight and also folds well and compacts well to be put away or to be put in the car. The seat has different positions. Front facing rear facing and whilst front facing can be re adjusted to different sitting positions. I would rate that pram a 10/10.

have been trying to sit for ages to write this review as I think it’s so important after I spent ages trawling through reviews when buying a pushchair.

I bought the Journey after lots of research and am so thrilled and pleased with its design and over all functionality. Both my sisters have children and lots of friends so over the years I have been exposed to lots of different push chairs so when it came to buying my own I knew what I wanted and didn’t want. Still like most people I went straight to looking at BRAND NAMES but then after actually researching them they didn’t match up to their PRICE TAG. Different designs had different faults and then I came across the Journey in an email. After visiting the store and having a play with it AND a member of staff checking car seat fit my car and showing me how to put it in, I decided on the attractive vivid blue (so pleased to be having a boy) I loved the bold colour and it looks clean and sharp. And found that the JOURNEY was the BEST FUNCTIONING pushchair I had come across in years and after four months now of using it I continue to be so pleased and happy with my purchase!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT. Also after having bubba I popped into store and they had a quick check I was putting car seat in okay again (just for peace of mind).

CHEAP PRICE TAG BAG AND CARRYCOT LINER OFTEN ON OFFER FOR FREE in seasonal deals (buy them). Strong frame Simple collapse and erect function Strong clips to add carrycot and car seat (something silver cross really lacked in a lot of designs) VERY SIMPLE to add car seat or carry cot Very light weight compared to most pushchairs I’d come across as the different elements of the travel system clip on separately rather than having to push around all at once. MOST IMPORTANT- compact fold (my sisters silver cross’ and Quinny took up the whole boot when they folded theirs). Strong wheels not cheap REALLY SMOOTH to push around, doesn’t stick under weight. Car seat simple enough to fix in to car. Carry cot folded flat to pack into car when going on holiday.

All I would recommend to be aware of iof your a driver s (not an issue just a tip): When bubba was first born, to prevent him being arched in car seat all the time we wanted the carry cot on the pushchair so we would pack the carry cot into the car (obviously bubba in car seat for journey). Frame and carry cot fit in boot with room for shopping bags around it! (Only drive a Vauxhall Astra nothing big). If you take it off the frame when indoors remember to put it back in the car (if you drive). I left it at home once or twice which was annoying but frame and carry cot now live in car. Even after going out for walk it all gets packed back in the boot so I don’t have pushchair in house.

This is a lovely buggy and car seat. It's easy to steer, i love the fact you can have the wheels locked or unlocked for easy steering however you like. I love the adjustable handle. The chassis folds up small. I have used mine for 7 months and it has come a bit stiff so can be a bit difficult to open/close. But I'm sure that's easy enough to fix. My daughter was in the carry cot for 6 months and there was still plenty of room. I do find the car seat to be quite heavy, even when she was newborn and now that she's 7 months old trying to take her out the car to put on the chassis is difficult because it's so heavy. The car seat still has plenty of room to grow in to though and she always looks comfortable.

I found the Mothercare journey really heavy to push up and down kerbs.
It is a lovely pram for newborns and I loved how compact it is especially when folding it down. I did find the seat unit wasn’t overly big and my lb didn’t have much room above his head when the hood was up. I loved being able to raise the handle one handed being a mum of two this definitely made things a little easier for me :-)

Description

The Mothercare 4-Wheel Journey Travel System includes a Group 0+ car seat and pushchair suitable from birth to 15kg.

The 4-wheel pushchair features a convertible pram to pushchair seat unit which can be used from birth- a pram liner and apron are both included to keep your little one cosy and comfy on their first outings.

The seat unit with removable bumper bar is both parent and forward facing.

A cosy, coordinating footmuff and mothercare weathershield raincover are included with a spacious, detachable shopping basket and convenient magnetic pouch providing good storage.

To use the journey as a travel system simply attach the group 0+ car seat which features side impact protection and is suitable from birth.

The car seat should always be fitted into your vehicle rearward facing and secured with the seatbelt.

For newborns, the included liner and wedge can be used and removed from the car seat as your child grows.

The front swivel wheels allow the journey to glide easily over smooth surfaces making it easy to manoeuvre and when pushing on bumpy pavements or over rougher ground the wheels can then be locked into a fixed position to make steering the pushchair simple.

A height adjustable handle allows it to be comfortably pushed by parents of different heights.

The mothercare journey is free standing and small in size when folded and the removable wheels provide the option of freeing up even more space.
