I love using Sudocream on my child's bottom for when there is a nappy rash. It doesn't absorb into the skin quite quickly but it makes the skin feel very soft and smooth. This is a good antiseptic it can also be used for eczema, acne, bad sores and surface wounds.

I love sudocrem, I use it on my newborn and where I work (in care) and it has never let me down. It soothes the skin and protects it. You only need a little bit to go a long way, therefore product lasts a while. Prices vary from shop to shop. I love the smell. It is easy to apply and to clean off.

Used this on my first child. He reacted to other creams but this was great. Cleared up any nappy soreness quickly and now at age 5 if he occasionally gets a sore bum when he's not wiped himself too well at school I pop a bit on and it clears any redness fast. Am now using it with my little girl. Have used it with her since day one, more as a preventative than anything else although we use it less now she's 7 months. Can also be used on cuts, grazes to name but a few things and I used it on my c-section wound too.
Has a lovely smell. Lasts for ages! I really wouldnt be without it, its an essential wonder product. I have a travel size pot in my nappy bag and a bigger pot at home. Would definately recommend!

Been using this in our family for years. Any sore areas, cuts , burns etc seems to take the pain away and assist the healing. I tend to use the care and protect cream on little ones bottem as seems a bit gentler and thinner so applies easier. My only negative is that the pot lasts a while and is not very hygienic having to dip fingers in. Think it would be good in a tube. None the less an absolute must have in the cupboard

We are really happy with this product. Been using it since day 1 and now our little one is 1 year old! It is great and makes his skin soft and moistured and we didn't had any problems or any nappy rash.

Sudocreme, and staple product when changing a babies bum. Protection is better than prevention and we find this cream is great at doing so we put it on every single change and we are yet to have a nappy rash . The cream is great for many other things such as cuts grazes minor burns it is fantastic and you only need a little bit of cream to do the job so therefore the amount you get for the price you pay is great it lasts a long time .

My little boy is nearly 2 and 1/2. We are only on our second big tub of this! It lasts forever and meets all our needs. When he gets a sore bottom the sudocrem will sort it out with a few applications.

Any signs of nappy rash or soreness and I have used this cream and it has clears things up within a couple of days. It doesn’t have an unpleasant smell which is important when using it on a baby. I hated that it stained clothes thou and hard to get out of fabrics. There are cheaper alternatives to this products but I found that these didn’t work as well as this one. So although it might be dearer it is definitely worth it.

This is by far the best cream for baby's nappy rash, it is mild and easily stored in it's container, it is quite thick and takes a while to absorb but it is super effective on most kinds of rashes.

So I will be honest, i used to use this as a teenager to keep spots away; it works. I utilised this when changing my friends baby the otherday. It must work as his bottom was as clean and clear as shall we say a babies bottom. The smell is lovely that baby clean smell. The priduct however is very thick and hard to spread and I was unsure of exactly how much was needed from the description. I would use again.

This product is my number 1. I use this for nappy rash, for nail cuts on my babies face and in the folds in her chin where it gets sore from sweat. It has amazing healing qualities and provides a solid barrier against rashes and soreness. Sudocrem is harder to wipe off than other barrier creams but it shows how well it works within the nappy. My baby girl had a sore neck due to her new chubby folds and within a day the sudocrem worked it’s magic to reduce all redness and dry the area out. You can lay the cream on thick or thin. The only downside is the pot design. You have to be careful not to double dip and it can sometimes attract fluff. I think it would be better in a squeeze tube. I have tried the sudocrem ointment in the squeeze bottle for this reason but it doesn’t provide as much coverage as the potted sudocrem.
Overall, I love sudocrem. It’s amazing for babies and adults. I 100% recommend this to everyone.

This is like miracle cream for my boy and adults aswell. My son has a sensitive bottom from the use of wipes and he gets a lot of rashes but this stuff clears them right up and dries the rashes out almost the next day. Great for adult use. It does get everywhere so I always have a wipe at hand after using this stuff.

I love how quickly this cream works. I have been using this for nappy rashes since my first child (8 years!). I usually use it as soon as i notice some redness to prevent it from getting worse and one pot goes a lonnnng way. I bought one big pot when it was on offer. It’s a bit pricey but in my experience it’s really effective and i also use it on myself for minor burns or wounds.

This product works well to clean up my little one’s rashes. The pot is not hygienic as you have to be careful not to double dip, especially if using for both nappy rash and teething rashes. A great product, but the user has to be careful about their own hygiene.

This is my favourite nappy cream. It’s not too thick and not too thin. I find the metanium ointment gets everywhere and stained my sofa. It’s quite thick as well. The Sudocrem is the perfect consistency and it works really well.

I cannot go a day without using this magic cream on my baby's bottom. I apply the tiniest amount and a little goes a long way. It helps protect and sooth against nappy rash meaning no more red and sore skin! It smells lovely too so do not mind getting it on me but only downfall is that it can get messy especially if you have a wriggly baby!

Newvorn suffered with bum sores due to m breastfeeding poos and the midwife recommended a tiny bit of Sudocrem on a dried bum, this cleared up the issue within the week and even with google warnings off mums who state it’s too perfumed or has too much chemicals I would recommend it till I’m blue in the face.

Description

Sudocrem 'Antiseptic Healing Cream 250g' has a water-repellent base which forms a protective barrier helping to stop any irritants (urine and stools) from coming into contact with the skin. In addition, the emollient effect of Sudocrem can help to soothe sore inflamed skin, also leaves the skin feeling soft.

Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream can also be used for other skin conditions that require a soothing, protective antiseptic cream with additional healing, antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Sudocrem has a number of ingredients and properties, such as: Hypoallergenic lanolin, to help provide emollient properties, zinc oxide is an astringent which reduces the loss of tissue fluid, Benzyl benzoate and benzyl cinnamate are among the ingredients of Peru Balsam, recognised for its healing properties. Benzyl alcohol is a weak local anaesthetic which helps to ease localised pain and irritation. It also acts as a disinfectant/antibacterial agent and is responsible for protection against common bacterial contaminants
