I usually use a well known diaper cream (starting with B) and liked it so much, so I kept buying it. One day for a change I used this diaper ointment, but it was a very different texture, much thicker and when I used it on my baby's bum, it wasn't as easy to spread and became too messy for me. After using it a few times I gave up on it and resumed to not using any cream, which has been fine for my baby.

Not as good as Metanium for really sore teething bum

I love using this cream when my son is a little red, but found when my son had a really, really sore bum from multiple teething poos this cream wasnt strong enough. It was only Metanium what made any difference. Overall this cream is great as a barrier cream, to protect the skin, but when the skin gets really sore it's not enough. Saying this I do still love this product still.

Lovely product! It really works on my little ones bum, never had a nappy rash. However it is really difficult to dispense; I have to warm on the radiator before use as it is so thick. At that price point I wouldn't expect that.

Having tried a lot of different creams for nappy rash I can not recommend this enough.
When my little girl had a bad spout of nappy rash it improved almost instantly after using this cream and disappeared within 24 hours when applying after every nappy change.
The only down side to this product is the price, which is why I’m reluctant to use it at every nappy change but with the results we are getting it would be stupid not to.

I've used this since birth and I have always found it to be a lovely, easy product to use. It is a bit pricy but you don't need much of it, just warm a little bit up between your fingers and it spreads on nicely and this way it lasts for months. It is thick but it's not a heavy cream so your baby's skin will be able to breath easily. Would recommend.

Honestly this is one of my favourite toiletry items. This cream is extra thick and spreads very well and far with minimal product. It absorbs well into the skin over time rather than just sitting on the skin for hours trapping and moisture under it. It reduced bottom redness and smells lovely.
