I find this oil really useful to help soften my baby's cradle cap so I can easily remove it with a soft bristle hairbrush. Love it!

Amazing stuff. It cures cradle cap on babies. Keeps my little ones skin so soft . Use after bath on skin and also sometimes add a little bit in the bath water and it helps stop her skin drying from the water . Fantastic oil

Wonderful must-have product. I have used Johnson’s baby oil for baby massage, treatment of cradle cap and even on my own stretch marks! Very effective. No perfume so good for sensitive skin and doesn’t put baby off with strong smells. Easy to wash away after use. Hygienic due to the way it opens you cannot put the oil back in so no contaminates.

Easy to apply & the lid has child lock!

Would be easier with a pump lid, this lid can be hard with oily hands.

I have loved using this oil with both of my children. It has been amazing for particularly cradle cap & also for dry newborn skin. The price of this product is appealing and it is really cheap compared to other brands moisturiser and oil.

i use a small handful of this Johnsons baby oil on to my child's skin and start massaging and rubbing into the skin, his skin feels moisturised but it doesn't fully absorb into his skin rather it stays on his skin also it has a nice scent to it which is quite pleasant to smell. i highly recommend buying.

I don’t use this on my babies skin as it is quite oily but I’ve used it on his head to keep cradle cap away and it works amazingly. It does leave his head a bit greasy but it has helped with the dry skin on his head.

I use this Johnson’s Baby Oil on my child and it squirted out a handful in to my palm and then i applied it on to my child's skin, it is easy to use but very oily and doesn't absorb into the skin rather it just stays on top of the skin, i do agree that it does make my child's skin smooth and soft but it is oily and it also has a nice scent to it that stays for quite some time. I sometime use this on my legs due it being dry and i do feel it being moisturized but not as well as i had hoped. Overall i really love the scent and how smooth my skin feels afterwards.

Johnson's baby oil in term if quality/price is one of the best! Leave the skin very soft and it has a lovely smell!
I use it for my little baby and for me too. You can put it straight on the skin, even if this one is wet, or you can add it in the bath. It will leave your skin amazly soft! Highly recommended!!!

Lovely product, used it on dry skin but only need a small amount. The bottle can get messy as it’s quiet easy to spill and difficult to clean up. I keep mine in a plastic bag to avoid it getting onto other products

We found the best use of this for use was to help get rid of our daughters cradle cap. It softened it so it was easy to wipe the hard skin off. We found for general dry skin/eczema it hasn’t been much help. It is easy to apply. Obviously the child’s skin is slippery until it dries.

I found this wouldn't rub into little ones skin and equally left a very greasy feel on little one and my hands which did not wash off easily, made little one slippery and ultimately dryed out baby's skin more than moisturising. Used the rest of the bottle to make sensory bottles which it worked well for though.

I don't use this product on a regularly basis but when my baby has the occasional patch of dry skin I do use it. Within just one application it leaves skin feeling silky and smooth.

I can imagine if used on a regularly basis it could make skin very greasy as it is a lot more oily than other products I have used but all in all a very trusted brand.

Only a small amount is needed and a bottle lasts us for ages. I have previously added it to a bath too and found this works really well.

Its a classic product, therefore its bound to be good. Use it daily or after baby has a shower and its been great when baby had cradle cap too. Great for massaging baby. Wish it didn't leave those oily marks on clothes and bed sheets, because its hard to wash them out.

Johnson baby oil is a classic product. Has been around for years.

The baby oil goes a long way. You only need to use a little bit on baby. I tend to use it after baby has a bath. It moisturises her skin really well.

You can also use it on yourself. I suffer from dry skin and find putting this in the bath, hydrates your skin.

The price is good. Usually between £1-£1.50. Depending on the size and where you purchase it.

I would really recommend this product. I love it.

I got this baby oil as part of a hamper when my little boy was born, it is very reasonably priced and available in most shops. The oil itself is ok. It it is quite greasy and I don’t think it is the gentlest on baby’s delicate skin in the early days.

I think it is ok once baby’s are a bit older and it is ideal for baby massage.

This is one of my all time favourites, even from before I had a baby. This is a lovely light non greasy oil that is easily absorbed into the skin. I use it on my son after every bath and I can put his pyjamas on pretty much straight away without having to wait for it to dry. I use it on my own skin and put it in my baths too. I love the smell of it! I don’t put it in my sons bath though as it can make things quite slippy and I don’t want to risk it.

    Pro
    Cheap and cheerful
Available pretty much everywhere (£1 shops and B&M are the cheapest I’ve found)
Smells lovely (that freshly washed baby smell)
    Non greasy on skin
Lasts ages as a little goes a long way!
    Great for baby massage
    Gentle on baby skin

    Cons
Can make bath tubs slippy so be careful next time you step in the bath if you have used it the night before

A little bit goes a long way ladies and gents!! Don't use too much as it will make babies skin greasy and in need of another bath.
Love this oil. It makes massaging my baby much more fun as he enjoys the nice fragrance of the oil. Have gone through 2 bottles already.
