I purchased mine when my daughter had just started weaning. I found it hard to Mash veg and fruit to the consistency that was needed. Once I started using the baby cook I had no issue. I found it so easy to use. I find it hard to prep veg or fruit pop it in push the steam button and walk away. The blending action really impressed me as in the past I have brought pretty expensive blenders that were didn't stand up to the babae cook. Would definitely recommend for busy parents who want to feed their kiddies fresh fruit and veg but are time limited. A must buy. - Strengths:

Visually this product looks great. A sleek modern design which I thought would look good in my kitchen. The baby cook boasts that is steams, cooks, blends and defrosts. For me this was win, win, win!
The steamer works a treat steaming fruit and veg in around 10 mins. However this is where the problems start. The excess steam water leaks from the base if the processor.
The blade has a rubber ring around it which comes off stopping you from being able to fully purée the food. The blade does not fit securely into the base of the machine and comes off when you are pureeing.
The jug where the blade sits leaves a hole when the blade is out or has come off the rotator. This results in purée leaking everywhere. You can’t lift the jug without the blade due to aforesaid hole.
It’s difficukt to wash and clean this too.
For the price I think it’s overpriced and needs a manufacturer review given the above problems. I wish I’d gone for something else.
No, I do not recommend this product. - Strengths:

This is a very good steamer and blender. Very easy to use and steams food very quickly so batch cooking isn't a problem. It is very easy to take apart and clean. For the price you're paying it is quite expensive and you need to pay extra for the pasta/rice cooker but other than that a good product. The instructions/manual it comes with tells you exactly how much water to add to steam the different types of food so is quite handy. - Strengths:

My sister had one and for me it was a must to have. I was lucky enough to get it gifted by my work colleagues, as I know it can be quite expensive.
I found that when I first tried it for my baby's first carrot purée it was difficult to blend as there was only a small amount although it could have also been because I didn't keep enough water.
Otherwise I love it, I can cool all my portions for the week and freeze them, it is really easy to use and freeze. I like the fact that it only use a tiny bit of water so you can keep it when you blend your purée as it has loads of nutrients.
The instructions are really clear, and the baby cook tells you when to descale it (steam light flashes red) and you get instructions on how much water to pour in depending on the veg/fruit.
Also love that we can use it to warm up baby's purées.
It is also really easy to clean. - Strengths:
