Very useful instead of using the normal bing, no odours coming out and very easy to empty once it's full. Maybe I would ask a bigger size, thinking about parents with twins or 2 toddlers for exemple. Overall great product.

I actually don’t see the point in buying these, I mean it’s. DISPOSABLE nappy bin? Just get rid of the nappy? Why would you want a nappy bin in your car? It doesn’t make sense.
I used this at home, it was very flimsy & filled up quite quick, my daughter is quite chunky so I used bigger sized nappies, it didn’t really trap the smell - I disposed of it quite quickly because of the smell.
Overall I would say it is not something I would actively search for & buy.

I was chosen to try this product it was easy to set up and great to use on holiday travelling to on trips out the only down fall is it doesn’t keep the smell trapped in very well and the edges are quite sharp where you put the nappy in the top all in all it’s a ok product for the price.

I was lucky to get to try this product for free. I received two samples. The product looks strong enough for a lot of nappies, and it has a lid you can close securely. I have not used it yet due to covid 19, as I really wanted to use it when going camping with two small boys who uses nappies. Hopefully if everything goes to plan I will write a full review in August. But so far I think the product looks good. The bag is quite big, the lid and bottom seems secure enough. Even though it is another plastic product it is far less plastic than the traditional refill bins, which I hope is better for the environment. Looking forward to testing it out properly.

I was gladly choosen to test this product on arrival i opened it and was a little confused at forst then once i got the hang of it i carried on. What you get is to be honest a lot of plastic the lid & the body i do find that this will be best used as a travel bag for used nappies. In the general home i dont find it sturdy enough for all day usage it will not stand well until it has a least one nappy in it. So in all honesty i would say its a good travel companion, for day trips or even if you go on holiday this would work far better there. One additional point is that if any mommys use bladder weakness liners pads or so this could be used to dispose of them. Just an additional idea

I was kindly chosen to test this out and I was quite excited as I love trying new things but I was slightly disappointed. It’s quite flimsy so after you put it up it will slowly loose its structure. It doesn’t keep the smell in. It’s also difficult to put the nappy inside, you need to use both hands and I’ve got my hand caught in the spiky rim part. The only thing I’d say is a good thing is that it would be good for travelling as it’s compact and portable!

This product is great at keeping dirty nappies in it no more smelly ones. It can be moved around the home or when on the go its so versatile.
Its small and fits under the pushchair.
Only down side is the sharp bit but overall great product.

The Munchkin Portable Disposable Nappy Bin is lightweight and flat packed, making it easy to carry. To expand, just peel back the sticker covering on the lid, and pull it longer, blowing air into it to help expand it. The entrance is a little rough on the hands but you can just push the nappies into it, it holds quite a lot too. Reseal it with the sticker over the hole, and it keeps any smells from coming out. Clean, portable and easy to use.

I thought this was amazing, especially for those who need to change their babies nappy while in the car. The only downside is you had to throw the whole thing away. It would be fantastic if you could get refills for it!

I didn't like it at all but that's just me and my experience. It collapses every time when I try to put a nappy inside. It keeps the bad smell inside. It does for lots of dirty nappies. Every time when I try to put a nappy in it scratches my hand. To put the nappy in you need both hands and I don't like it as I sometimes hold my little one so I can't use both hands. The cover on top is too noisy. For a travel I don't need to fit that much nappies. It doesn't take much space. Overall I am not impressed and I wouldn't use it again.

The product is easy to use, and great for holidays or days out to dispose nappies and keep smell away! I would say the price is fairly high for what it is and the material is very flimsy. However I would recommend as a throw away nappy bin for holidays or days out to dispose of nappies at ease. It also folds down so can be kept in changing bag.

This isn't something I would buy for a regular use at home but I find this appropriate for when travelling. It just looks wrinkly as it was delivered flat in a box, so when travelling this won't take up much space of the car. A day after putting soiled nappies obviously the nappies would smell, when lifting the sticky top that serves as lid you'd smell it right away but once the sticky lid is placed back it does trap the smell in and we didn't get any smell in the room.
It has a good capacity. However for its market price, I feel it would only be worth the money if used it to its full capacity, and for me this means that it has to be used for >7 days which I don't find hygienic considering the design of the material. Also, I don't feel it will be clean considering the soiled nappies will pass by the fidly flaps of opening. Luckily we got this as a product test, I will consider buying it when it is much cheaper and also I would prefer if they can make half of its height to reduce the need to keep it longer for use for the purpose of hygiene/cleanliness.

On receiving this item, I wasn’t sure it would be effective at containing any smells and I also thought that whilst it’s description says it’s saves on plastics, for us, it doesn’t as we put used nappies straight in bins (and not in nappy bags). Whilst I see its benefits if bins are not available, keeping this bin in a car or a changing bag until it’s full doesn’t appeal to me, particularly in hot weather. Generally if left untouched the bag keeps the smell in, however when the flap is opened the smell is pretty awful, especially if you accidentally squeeze the bag and air comes out! We did like that the bag could hold a good number of nappies and it was very easy to use, although if holding a wriggly baby it’s hard to use one handed. I didn’t feel this item was an essential purchase so for this reason I wouldn’t say the price was right for us.

I was sent this product to test and so far I'm not overly sure of the point of it. It's too flimsy and fiddly to be a permanent household nappy bin and I feel it's unhygienic to be left festering in the car, waiting to reach the maximum capacity of 30 nappies. One thing I will say to its merit was that I was surprised at how good it is at trapping odour- it's only when you lift the little flap that you can smell anything. A real downside for me is that you need to use two hands to dispose of the nappies. You need to hold the rim and push your hand through the sharp opening (which the instructions warn not to do but this mostly unavoidable, especially with a newly assembled bin) because otherwise, the bin collapses if you just try to push the nappy through without holding the bin steady. This is not ideal when changing a nappy because you want one hand free for your child. With our other nappy bin (Tommee Tippee Twist and Click), I just need to drop the nappy and wipes in as I go and then twist them away when I'm done.

I don't mind the product but I can only see it as something beneficial to have in the car for long journeys- but even then, why wouldn't you just throw the dirty nappy away immediately instead of leaving it to stew?

Got this for free to test and got to say I was rather confused. I don’t understand why you’d need this (for example, if going out for the day will there not be bins out in public to dispose of nappy’s ?? I can’t imagine you’d carry the bin around if loaded with nappy’s already). I used it at home as due to lockdown I’m unable to go out for the day. It’s quite handy but is also very flimsy. Can imagine it’s good for a long car journey (but again, why not throw the nappy in a bin at services?). Contains the smell quite well and is small enough to not take up a lot of room.

So far I think this product is very useful, I’m keeping one in my sons bedroom for evening/early morning nappy changes, It definitely does the job, and doesn’t look too offensive either, all whilst keeping those smelly nappies at bay (except when it’s opened to insert another, which can let out a slight odour, just like opening a normal nappy bin). The only thing I find fiddly about it is the sticky lid, nothing major just needs 2 hands to hold onto it, lift the lid and a little force to shove the nappy inside with it being a bit flimsy. Being in lockdown at the moment I have not had any need to take this anywhere yet but I’m definitely going to have one in the car for those unexpected smelly nappies on the go.

I was sent this to test and review, I kept it in the boot of my car to use when we're out and about and don't always have access to bins when walking in the woods etc. It is fit for purpose and keeps the smells inside which is a winner for me. The only downside I've found is that it isn't particularly strong and can sometimes collapse when using. Although I was sent this for free, I'd purchase another one to keep in the car as its definitely handy.

I got sent this as a product test. It arrived in a box really small and flat and is expandable. I initially thought this would be a good idea for the bedroom and the late night and morning bum changes. I made a rule to only put wet nappies in, to prevent a smell. All nappies put in the nappy bin were bagged in fragranced nappy bags and wow, after 2 days the nappy bin smells awful! Personally it's not something I'd use again. I feel it would work better for a newborn as nappies are changed so often and the bin would be filled sooner, whereas it would take days for my little one to fill this. I'm glad I got the opportunity to test this but I think it needs a little work to keep odour in, it doesn't look the most attractive bin and is a little awkward to place somewhere so maybe the design too. It's okay to use on a temp basis but not to use over a series of days where odour can build up.

I was chosen to be a product tester for this nappy bin. I was impressed by how lightweight the bin was and how easy it was to open etc. The bin did keep the smell in if it wasn’t moved/opened.
However I felt that the bin gave off a strong smell whenever it was opened to insert another nappy or moved from the position it was in. The ‘lid’ is just a stick down bit of plastic so isn’t sturdy. I also found that when I had put a handful of nappies in the bin it collapsed on itself which wasn’t ideal.
The bin would be handy if you were travelling out and about, but I wouldn’t personally purchase this item to use in the house

Received this product and I was impressed with the dimensions and material. The product is designed for travelling around with but we wanted to trial as a nursery bin. We’ve been using a normal bin and it was getting so smelly so we were delighted to receive this. The product itself is a good concept, but I have found that it does still smell when I place a nappy in. I feel that when I open the resealable top lid I am sti having to force my hand and the nappy into the product which then opens up for the smell. Once it’s sealed again it’s great! I wasn’t sure what I was expecting but the silicone part you push through is harder to use because it grips. Overall, it’s a good product, I think it would be perfect for days camping etc so will have to use the other one for a small trip away. Thanks Munchkin.

I was sent this to test and I really like it. We don’t have a lot of room and this can just be binned when we’re done. I’ve had big plastic nappy bins in the past and this one is much better as there’s no need to clean and put new cartridges in. You can just get rid. Simple to use and a very hand thing to have with a baby and a toddler both in nappies.
