I bought this for my first child and she used it until she was 15 months old (she is quite petite) she always seemed happy and comfy in the car seat. I liked that to handle went back and clicked into place to prop the car seat up securely. - Strengths:

It was very easy fitting into the car, smaller than the one I got after, only thing is I have a 12kg 7 month old so as you can tell she got too weighty to carry. - Strengths:

I have had 2 of these for my kids and I love how light they are and the design of the hood I well thought out as it's not in the way when not needed. It is easy to install in the car. When the little ones get a bit bigger the handle doesn't feel to sturdy and it feels like it may brake (it hasn't). Would recommend. - Strengths:

I love the cabriofix car seat, it's easy to adjust straps for baby, and not too difficult to remove the whole cover to wash it (Have done this a few times in the past few months due to leakages). To flip back the handle can be a little awkward sometimes as it can be a bit stiff. One downside for me was the newborn insert. Good as it was when baby was small, as she grew taller for the chair she seemed to be a little squashed down in the chair. My thought would be to remove the insert, all seemed good but then as she was still young, unable to fully support her own head so would fly around slightly when moving in the car/attached to buggy. Not a long term issue but did worry as to how much her head moved around when just driving down the world. - Strengths:

This car seat has been great from birth with the newborn insert and head hugger, my son still fits nicely in this seat at 8 months and he’s a big baby. The downfalls are it doesn’t come with a raincover so I had to purchase one on eBay, I also had to buy universal car seat adapters for my pram. - Strengths:

Lovely car seat. The interior is soft and cosy. It has a foam newborn insert with head hugger which was great for the early days. Fits onto my isofix base, very easy to use.
My only negative is that it's quite heavy. - Strengths:

Love this car seat really easy to fit to our pram ( clips straight on) easy to fit in the car. Design is simple but you can get extra inserts for it online.
Despite the other reviews I found the seat easy to clean its one of those things once you do it once it's easy. However I found the hood very flimsy I didn't like the way it's tucked at the back as it's a tight fit. But the car seat is definitely worth the money I have recommended it a few times! - Strengths:

Found this car seat ideal for my newborn that was premature and only 5lbs the first time he used it, the seat insert and head hugger meant I didn’t need the newborn insert I purchased separately and he fitted into it perfectly even though he was so small. I did find getting the release one on the handle tricky at times and also not ideal to try and press both while lifting it off the pushchair. - Strengths:

Shade hard to compact

Good value for money, got lots of use out of it. Used with adapters on our iCandy travel system. Car seat wipes down well, and always looked like new. Little shade great for keeping baby positioned out of the sun/drafts, ideal when sleeping to give baby a bit of darkness. Handy compartment at the back (we stored the manual and adapters in there). On the whole a great car seat. Only downside i can think of is that once the shade is unfolded, it is hard to compact it enough to put it back again. We left our shade up the whole time, so it wasn't a problem. Also used the car seat for both our children, as it was immaculate and hadnt been in any accidents. Obviously if it had if been in an accident, we would of replaced it straight away as recommended. - Strengths:

Great car seat. Used for over a year with my first and over a year with my second. Built to last, fits nicely and safely into every car (so far) nice simple design for both a boy or girl.
I wish it had a 5 point harness and not just a 3 as I think it would be safer and make me feel more comfortable about it. Love the brand

Great product does exactly what you need it to do. Is very cozy and comfortable for baby, the newborn insert made it even better especially as my daughter was tiny when she was born, made her look safe and secure. The fabric is nice and soft and the strap protectors did their job. The only downside is that it was very heavy and awkward to carry and wasn’t the easiest to clean. - Strengths:

I found this product okay as I bought it from a close friend and it came a travel system with other pieces, I found of quite quickly after how heavy it was without a baby in, I also found that once my son outgrown the newborn insert there want much padding around the sides of it and it was very awkward to carry due to the heaviness with the baby as well and not very good sunshade not big enough - Strengths:

I loved this car seat when my little boy was under 6 months. It was easy when you are out and about to attach to pushchair with adaptors so you don’t have to wake the baby on the go. It is not easy to clean as covers cannot be removed. Also very heavy when baby reaches six months and awkward to try and get my little boy in and out no he is bigger and so have moved onto the bigger maxi cosi. - Strengths:

Love maxi cosi. Good quality, so easy to get my son in and out of the car seat. Only problem is that it’s a bit tricky to get the covers off to clean and out them back on. I did change the design cover on it but that’s only because I wanted something different but for quality I couldn’t fault it - Strengths:

Description
The lightweight Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant carrier is suitable from birth to 13 kg and is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form the perfect travel system.
This car seat features enhanced Side Protection System and a soft chushioned seat with newborn seat reducer.
Practical belt hooks will assist in keeping the harness out of your way when placing your child in the seat. A one-pull harness adjustment ensures that it is set at the right tension. As your baby grows, the harness and headhugger can be altered so that it is always positioned correctly.
The CabrioFix installation is very easy with Maxi-Cosi's range of click-and-go base units or it can also be installed using the car's three-point seat belt.
When used in conjunction with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base a light and sound indicator will notify you of its correct installation.
The car seat can also be adjusted into a unique upward position so older babies have more legroom. As a result, you can use the seat for longer in the rearward facing position which is the safest way for younger children to travel.
This car seat has been designed with your little one's comfort in mind: it is supplied with a headhugger, newborn seat reducer, chest and buckle pad and an integrated sun canopy. It also features an extra comfortable ergonomic carrying handle to make it easier for you to transport.
