Kub Chatsworth Glider and Footstool

I bought this product while pregnant, intending to use it as a nursing chair. Little did I know, with the pains in pregnancy that this would be the only chair I could sit comfortably in! It has very soft cushioning but is still very supportive. The seat can be reclined by lifting up the armrests, lower the back to the setting you choose, then lower the arm rests again. With the many recline options it is really easy to get yourself into a comfortable position.

By the time baby came, the chair had already been well- used, but it still did it's job perfectly as a nursing chair, especially with having the rocking footstool too. Mum and baby can be very comfortable while nursing, and the gentle rock helps to relax baby too. With babies you can expect a lot of mess, whether it be from leaked nappies or a little spit-up etc. The covers on both the seat and rocker come off easily- I washed ours on the hand wash setting in the washing machine and let it air dry, and it came up like new. Surprisingly I even found it easy to put back together after being cleaned!
There are only 2 minor down sides I see- one being it's a little costly, especially if only being used for one baby (though I admit it was worth it particularly for during pregnancy), the second are with the rocking motion, it causes a risk to toddlers/young children catching their fingers in the rocking mechanism. The reason I class this as "minor" is because for us it is kept in babys bedroom anyway, but also with children being supervised and tought how to play near/use it safely, it is quickly resolved. It isnt a fault to the product itself, I only add this bit to let parents of other children be aware of it.
All in all I am very happy with my purchase and can see us getting a lot of use out of it- as the photo shows, its so well used it is already in need of another wash!

This has to be my favourite thing I’ve brought, it is so comfortable and relaxing, just sitting there feeding your baby watching the world go by. And a plus is the foot stall.

I didnt know that a ‘simple’ chair could make such difference to my breastfeeding experience. When im relaxed so is the baby- best buy ever

Beautiful looking feeding chair. I used this during my pregnancy to help me get rest as was more comfortable on my back. My partner even fell asleep on it a few times.
Brilliant for breast feeding as comfortable to lean your arm on. Side pockets are brilliant for keeping a bib/muslin square in or bottles while your feeding so you know where they are.
