We used this for our new born in both pram and buggy from birth, she always looked really comfy and her head seemed nice and secure, the bumpers at the sides also made her feel more secure (like she was being held). This product washes well and is so simple to use, she's now 6 months old and we still use it in the buggy for her. - Strengths:

Best product I bought for my little ones.
I bought this for my first daughter & she loved it, she was so cosy & slept for ours when she was in it. My newest editions loves it as well. I suppose it mimics the womb. - Strengths:

Brilliant product brought as a replacement as i lost the newborn insert for my car seat i was dubious to start with as it didn't have the large padding i was used to but it was great. Baby was so much more comfy in his seat with this rather than the thick foam insert i used to have. Really easy to use and adjustable so grows with baby which is great :-)

My son loves this product when he's sitting in his car seat. He finds it way more comfortable as he is quite a small baby. The quality of the material is Really good, to be honest I actually have no problems with this product.

I bought this originally for my newborn as an extra insert for the car seat as the one that came with the car seat was too bulky and was not able to strap my baby in with the winter suit on. Diono insert provided a solution to this. But I found multiple uses for this product - I also used it as an insert for the baby bouncer, play mat and occasionally as a changing mat too! This product I found was brilliant! I use it in the car seat, travel cot and Moses basket!!! It's so good and cosy for my little boy! He falls asleep so quickly in it and it's comforting and warm! Very soft material and is just so easy to fit into anything!
Really would love a bigger size to keep using it once he gets bigger!

Just the press studs would be better as Velcro as constantly come undone.

I bought this head support to replace our old one from our car seat as it had gone missing between babies. Fitted perfectly and the baby looked really comfortable and well supported. Easy to keep clean and wash. The two inserts are particularly good if you have a small baby!

Best purchase ever i use this in the cot or crib so that my baby’s head isn't going in different places when he’s asleep and its helped a lot cause it secures the head in place and keeps the baby’s head shape just about right without uneven shapes to worry about and the baby sleeps comfortably cause the material is so soft to a touch and the head is snuggled comfortably like in the arms of their mums and it has two piece white piece for newborns and grey piece for baby’s a bit older and can be used in bouncers car seats etc cause i have used it in everything and its a god send for my baby. - Strengths:
