Lovely looking but I found it was to uncomfortable it felt like a wedge digging into my tummy as the memory foam was to hard . Also u found it makes you feel very hot with it strapped around you. I also found as I was only a small person with a little bump the whole way through my pregnancy that the belt didnt go small enough .

I’d been struggling to sleep since starting to sleep on my side as recommended from the second trimester. It kept getting more and more difficult the bigger my bump was getting, id wake up with terrible lower back pain and hip pain. I tried using rolled up pillows but nothing was quite the right size or shape to support the curve of my waist and bump. UNTIL I found this seriously amazing belt. No extra bulk in the bed and nothing to move around every time I turned to the other side- it’s so easy to put on and wrap around and secured with the built in Velcro. The memory foam padding on the sides is so supportive as it perfectly shapes itself around your body. Sleeping so much better and hardly and back or hip pain in the morning! I use the maternity pillow that matches this belt, and put that between my knees- perfect combo. Really the best purchase, 10/10!

After trying every imaginable shape/type of maternity pillow to try and get comfortable during the night, this was on the only one to actually help!
Because it's strapped to you, it means you don't have to keep adjusting it during the night like you do U-Shaped or V-Shaped pillows.
Plus the material is lovely and soft, so did not irritate my skin.

I've been having such a hard time sleeping and it was because my baby was lay on my left side ,
She favoured this side and I've been in discomfort most days. I thought getting a belt may help soothe my pain and it actually did , it's very soft but well cushioned meaning when I lay on that side it has extra padding and soothed my pain . The only snag is i found it hard to Velcro on my own for the right tightness.

I’m 6 months pregnant but my bump is already quite large which has caused me many sleepless nights. I’ve tried some of the body pillows but find them a bit claustrophobic. The dream belt is much more practical as you can move around with it on and is very comfortable. There are some downsides - it sometimes rides up in the night, is difficult to do up at the back even when doing it up at the front and sliding it around and can make you very warm in the night! However even with that said, it’s already helped me sleep so no regrets!
