Maxi-Cosi EasyFix Car Seat Base Isofix

Very easy and quick to drop car seat into and get it back out. Clicks straight in avoiding hassle when out and about. Best purchase I have made buying one of these and really easy to take base out of car to fix into another car.

I loved this for my baby’s car seat as it was easy to clip in and not having to fuss with the seatbelts a lot. Also more security!

Brilliant base and so easy to use, means putting car seat in and out of car is a breeze because of this product. We used the maxi cosi car seat with it.

This product has been a life saver for me as I have four child my second youngest being three and it is much more convenient using this quickly so I can see to getting my three year old in the car you just place it on top until it clicks and your done regret not getting on with my others

This is the perfect base for all maxi cosi car seats - you would need to check suitability against the base. The car seats slot directly into the base and is safe and comfortable for my child! Best purchase

I love this isofix base, I always use it when I go out with my baby girl , it's very sturdy and easy to use , now she's getting bigger it's a bit awkward to release the car seat but other than that it's brilliant

This was a life saver for my after my c-section, it was so much easier getting the car seat in and out of the car with this than it would be with the seat belt. It is great value for money and saves so much time! It felt so secure and i never felt nervous putting my babies car seat on it.

This iso fix base made my life much easier. I drive and wanted something I could easily click onto a pram chasiss if popping into a shop. It's great because it means not waking baby up to go to a shop. It's easier on yourself as well, especially after having a baby. The lights on the base made sure that baby was 100% safe. Lights up and beeps to let you know if the base and seat are installed safely or whether some alterations need to be made. Overall, this base was a life saver and made everything much easier for everyone. No need to stretch over seats to sort out seatbelts. Just install and go! I would definitely recommend to any new parent.

Great product for your car as makes it super easy to put car seat in and out of car. Slightly fiddly to fix at first as you have to ensure it’s locked into place and footbar is set well. Very heavy so good and bad point but helpful overall as you know the base is secure and can’t be moved easily if you knock it. Another weakness is it takes up an entire seat and a bit plus all the foot space so you need a decent spaced car for it. Great purchase overall and def recommend

I have found this to be amazing! It’s so easy and convenient to use I highly recommend it’s so easy to clip in and out and is very secure! Just quite expensive but worth it especially if you use it for more than one child

A great product makes putting the car seat in the car a lot easier. So easy to use, i would say the only bad thing about this product is the leg can be easily moved around so you don’t know if it’s in the right position or not. The small green indicators are a great idea so you know your baby is safe and is in the base securely. Will defiantly be buying this product for baby no 2!

We have found Isofix bases really handy to help secure our maxi cosi car seat. Once the base is fitted into the car then you just click the car seat onto and off it.
The green window lets you know it is secure. You can use the isofix points or a seat belt to secure it. The photo I have included is of the slightly older model of the same base which only has the seat belt fix. We have used both the older and newer model, they are very similar except for the additional isofix anchor point on the new model. The base is heavy which is both a good and bad point - as a good point it leaves it more secure in the car. AS a negative point it is harder to get in and out of the car if you need to move it. I would recommend this product as it makes securing car seats in and out of the car much easier with just one click.

I have 3 boys and only used this with the 3rd child, absolute must to have. It's so easy, one click and done and no messing with seat belts especially if your parked and have limited space or weather isn't so great.

I would be completely lost with the isofix car seat base. This is the best thing I bought for my new baby. The convenience of this is amazing. It is so handy not having to strap the car seat in and out everywhere you go

I've had this with the last 3 boy and they are a godsend. Saves a lot of messing about with the car seat when you want to do quick runs. The only thing is they are expensive especially if you need 2.

Makes using a car seat so much easier, no faff in having to use a seatbelt to strap baby in and you also know baby is in the car correctly and safely. The recline option is also a great idea especially for babies with reflux as they can be more upright

This is an absolute god send when getting your baby in and out of the car all the time , the baby’s seat just clicks into place and it’s a lot quicker than having to use the seat belt .

The Maxi Cosi Easy is really simple to install using the isofix anchor points, and if you don't have isofix, you can still use with a seatbelt. When putting the car seat into the base, it just slots in really simply, which is great when you are in a hurry or on the go. I personally leave the base in the car at all times, but if you need to take it out, then its easy to put back in again. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I recommend this product for any new or existing mums out there. It is so easy to use and saves a great amount of time attempting to strap your baby into the car using the seatbelt (particularly handy if it’s raining - typically in England it always rains). I feel at ease knowing that my baby’s seat is secure when it’s attached to the Easyfix base when I set upon my journey.

The design of this base is sleek, meaning that it isn’t too hefty and doesn’t take up a lot of room. So even when storing it doesn’t take up to much room.

I have two small children and have used this base for both of them, and it has been absolutely perfect for me from start to finish.

Having a baby in December is not fun with the weather. Having this iso fix made life so much easier on those cold rainy days, I didn't have to struggle the the belt with one click she was safely in. Just brilliant

The learning curve of having a new baby was first impressed upon me when someone said to me, “Your car does have isofix doesn’t it?” I nodded along and then made a rapid getaway to the loo to google what it was. I then realised that, for all its benefits, we’d be shelling out another nearly £200 on something and had a little panicky cry. However, with all that in the past, I couldn’t be gladder that we got the base for our cabriofix car seat.

The thought of standing in the December hospital car park trying to belt in a new baby with a brain already scrambled by hormones makes me feel stressed just thinking about it and over and over again the ability to just pop the car seat in the car when rushing has been worth the investment. On the occasions I have belted the cabriofix into other cars, I’ve come to appreciate it even more.

The easy fix base is still going strong with the new baby. It was also easier to install the second time around and fits beautifully in our qashqai. (Watch out if you have very long legs though as the driver’s or passenger’s seat may not move fully back with the easy fix base fitted.) The toddler’s “special car job” is spotting when the green indicator is showing on the easifix base to show the seat is attached properly which makes her feel important - double win.

Bearing in mind we get in and out the car at least four times a day and the cabriofix fitted my daughter until about 14 months old and is now being used for the baby too, that’s over 3300 belting-the-car seat-in dramas avoided and works out about 6p per click. I wish I could go back and tell my naive, crying-in-the-loo self that it would all be ok and worth every penny.

Great product, easy to use and very safe, would highly recommended to anyone, makes life so much easier getting your little one in and out of the car, definitely worth it’s money.
