My daughter still plays with this at age 3.
I find the pieces are quite small, but I am overly paranoid of my daughter putting things in her mouth. Also it's tricky to open for little fingers. But overall it's a great little wooden toy. Very durable. - Strengths:

I love this. It can keep kids entertained for hours. It teaches them about shapes and gives them all the fun of getting them back out!
