This pump is brilliant for going at your own speed and overall a great easy to use. The bottle is acute and easy to pour into the storage bags

Compared to my other breast pump this gets so much more milk out. The feeding like technique makes it much more comfortable as well as quicker than other manual pumps.

The lever sometimes clicks out and a bit of a faff to clean and put together

Bought this to use when out without baby or when needing to relieve my breasts.
It's fantastic. So easy to put together and to use.
Also easy to clean. No fiddly components.
No separate bottles to use with it. Just pump and go.

This has been as effective as the electric one for me, sometimes more so as you can control the length of the suction. Easy to use, and possible to do one handed but I have never managed to do it while feeding as really need both hands for baby. I have used it while using the electric pump on the other side though. New parts are easy to purchase too. Have never used the base for the bottle though! Can purchase bottle teat to go onto the bottle for feeding too.

I just love it that’s really easy to use and small doesn’t use to much space for a first time mum that’s good and helpful for whenever you don’t want to breast feed outside but for that the baby have to drink in bottle sadly my one doesn’t like it much

I already had an electric pump, but wanted a pump that I could use whilst LO was asleep, as the electric pump was quite noisy!
Really glad I got this one, very easy to use, quiet and also easy to take apart to clean and sterilise!

This is the best breast pump I’ve used so far. previously I had bought an electric one and a manual one, both not really working for me, reading good reviews I thought I would give this a go and haven’t looked back since. Great for expressing quickly if I need to leave baby with daddy for a couple of hours. Very impressed with this product.

Fantastic item really helped me in the beginning I had a manual pump but was difficult to express with at the start a electric pump work wonders however a little noisy for night time expressing- I’d go into another room away from baby so it doesn’t wake them - still I would highly recommend

I first got this pump because I was overproducing and had to express to relieve my breasts. I later wanted to pump to build a stash of milk to feed when out and let daddy do night feeds; I hoped I could pump on one side while nursing on the other but having a wriggly baby and because the pump is difficult to use one handed means I have to sit down and do a pumping session after a feed. It's easy to assemble and to clean, even if it has lots of bits and pieces and the neck of the bottle is quite narrow, it can be also cleaned in the dishwasher which is definitely a plus. It has a good suction and you can get a good amount of milk in a 15 minutes session. I think it's ggod value for how much it costs and does the job.

I used just a few weeks and it worked fine. The only problem I had is the breast milk didn't flow properly through the filter. Sometimes it's gone to waste. But in terms of cleaning it's perfect and it was very easy to use.

I bought the electric pump As well for £125. I later bought two of the manual one's (one for each boob) as they were on offer for £15 each in boots. Wish I'd never bought the electric one, the manual one's were 100x better; they were quicker, more suction and produced more milk than the electric one

I had been given this from my midwife as i was struggling with the pump i had. I much prefered the medela pump it was much easier to use and my hand didnt get as tired as quickly. I found it a lot more efficient than other pump and collected more milk quickly. I was advised to breastfeed and pump milk but it can be a bit hard as you need two hands to use the pump.
Ive got great use out of this product and has been my favourite breast pump out of all the ones i used.

I loved this product as my baby had a hard time latching on, this made it so much easier to feed her and know how much she was getting. It’s cheap as well and a trusted make. It’s lightweight and small so very good for travelling and popping in your bag. I liked the fun design

This pump really is wonderful. It delivers on the promises it makes, is good value for money, and I was staggered at how much milk can be expressed in a short space of time. I would highly recommend the Harmony if you’re looking for a manual pump.

The Medela Pump is really easy to use and to clean. It’s small and disassembles easily which means you can travel with it easily. It has a good suction and is well made. The only downside is that you may need to buy different sized breast shield. I ended up using nipple shields with this product.

This pump is good, I could easily get 4/5 ounces within 15 minutes. It sucks really well, sometimes I did have to pump a bit to start the let down but once it gets going the milk is flowing.
I like that it has a quick pump to start the let down, and a stronger pump to really draw the milk out! Recommend this item! I couldn't really afford an electric one so this did the job!

I wasn't able to plug my electric pump in at work so purchased this manual pump. The first thing I noticed was its lovely design. When doing the first clean I was pleased with how easy it was to take apart and put back together and also how good it was to clean. I previously struggled with a manual pump so I was a bit apprehensive about how this would go but to my surprise it worked really, really well. I have an electric one which was over £100 and now that never gets used because I have this all for around £25.

I found that a manual pump is great when you need to take it out with you. It is also great at removing all the milk as I found the suction really strong. However, it is difficult to pump one handed resulting in a sore wrist and hand!

It worked for a little while then it stopped sucking! I had the electric one which I loved and I think is best to go for that one. Although you may want to start with this one as the electric one is pricey.

I've been using this pump to help with oversupply issues which have meant my little one is having difficulties latching and sometimes choking whilst feeding. Manual pumps aren't as vigorous as electrics and great for pumping just to reduce flow . This has been a godsend when you're still trying to get the hang of breastfeeding.

great in use, hygienic. I am very much like that!
I decided to go for the Harmony purely because I already had all the Medela stuff and I'm so glad I did. This pump is incredible, I can pump even more than I was getting with the electric pump that cost 10x what this one did. It even helped when I ended up with a blocked duct that neither baby or electric pump could clear.

This is a super manual pump. I originally bought a competitive branded electric pump, which although is easy to use doesn’t yield very much milk no matter how long I pump. With the Medela Harmony I can get between 3-5 ounces in twenty minutes.
The pump itself is easy to use, and quite comfortable. It has two modes, for me for starting you milk flow (similar to how baby sucks when first on the breast) and then a slower mode for more effective expression.
The pump is easy to disassemble and sterilise and can be put back together quickly and easily too.
The only down side is that the set doesn’t come with a tear so you can’t feed baby unless you buy additional products. It does have a lid though so you can immediately store in the fridge.

Really good value for money here and much easier and more effective to use than other leading electric pumps.
