I really like our I anchor and would definitely recommend it to others for value for money. We travel long distances to visit family and baby is always very comfortable in it. Easy to fit only disadvantage is it is a very big car seat but I feel my child is very safe in it so it's maybe not a bad thing.

Their head tilts forward when they are sleep though but otherwise brilliant.

I love this Joie brand and I am really happy with his car seat. I love that it is rear facing and my daughter definitely finds it comfortable. The straps can sometimes be a little bit fiddly to fasten but not enough to put me off the car seat. It cleans really well too, the covers come off really easily.

    • Strengths:

The seat is much higher up due to the base so my 3 month old can see out of the window

    • Weaknesses:

Rear facing recline isn’t like the picture

The base and seat were very easy to fit in my car, took mere minutes to do.

There are a few downsides to this seat and I’ve found myself disappointed:
    1. The rear facing recline is actually very poor, especially as it’s marketed for from birth. It’s NOTHING like the pictures.
    2. The newborn insert is a pain.
    3. The clips are fiddly and keep slipping apart - making it take much, much longer the strap the baby in which, in turn, causes him distress.

I do wish I’d spent a little bit more and bought the spin 360. I would have loved the every stage but couldn’t stretch to the fx. I didn’t want a belted seat.

Lots of thick padding & recline positions

    • Weaknesses:

After trawling through hundreds of car seats & reading so many reviews we bought the joie anchor.
It's very padded, comfy & looks lovely In the back of the car! It has 5 tilt positions which are brilliant and with a click of a button it glides up and down with ease. Getting it in and out of the car isn't so easy as it's very heavy! The only con I have with this car seat is my son's head still tilts forward when he falls asleep.
Not all the time but I'm yet to find a car seat where it doesn't happen! He is 10 months & i plan on keeping him rear facing in the joie until he's 4. My daughter is 4 we tried her in it rear facing & she was happy & comfy. Definitely recommend.

We bought this for little boy we love this it can be backward facing for longer than most car seats that increases safety.

This product is called comfortable and has different reclining positions.

It can be used for more than one stage.

Only thing i didn't like was its hard to get out and heavy.
  • 2.25/5
    • Strengths:

Stays rear facing for a while

    • Weaknesses:

Harness belts are too far apart to enable it to be used for up to the age of 4, too big for baby

    • Easy to use
    • Design
I was very disappointed with this car seat, it looks great and sounds great so I bought it for my first child, however when I first came to put him in it, it became apparent the harness straps are too far apart and therefore never sit over his shoulders so it was unsafe to use, after spending all that money I have had to get a different car seat as in an accident he would not be restrained safely
  • 4.00/5
    • Strengths:

Adapts appropriately to childs height. It is rear and foward facing. Nice colour choices. Comfy.

    • Weaknesses:

Doesn’t spin to allow for easier access. It can be tricky to put in car.

Overall, I love this car seat and haven’t really found any real issues. The only thing which would improve would be if it spun around but the joie 360 does this for a bit extra money. I got my I-Anchor Advance on offer so value for money for me was great, it’s super comfy and I love the colour (we got the red one) and I’m confident my little girl is very safe in this seat which is the most important thing with the isofix base and special additional side impact protection.

This is easy to fit in car. Had one these as a carry seat was night mare get in and out.
The spin seat is amazing so good if he section or have bad back etc. Down sides for me is the head support.
Some times my 3 months head goes forward. I feel it doesn’t recline enough for a newborn.
  • 3.50/5
    • Strengths:

Strong straps, sturdy, lots of padding

    • Weaknesses:

Doesn't recline as much as advertised so son's head falls forward

I was disappointed in this car seat as was told it reclined up to 7 positions. I would say this is not the case as my son at the recline still looks like sitting up. So his head still falls forward.

I do not buy again this product, always when my baby sleep in car seat her head go down. It is terrible to see when I drive. And very unconfortable for our child. We check in our two cars, it is a very big issue in Joie I Anchor. Now we have to change car seat for other one without problem with keep head in right position and place.

I have used this car seat for my little girl since she was around a year old, (she is now nearly 3) it has been great for her! It’s adjustable which makes it comfortable for her. It has been through a lot and still looks as good as new. The lining washes really well too.
It can be rear or forward facing so perfect for babies and toddlers.
    Definitely worth the money!

This car seat is definitely worth the price as it's easy to use and adjustable . My daughter loves it as she's really comfortable in it, as compare to the last one we had which took too much space and she wasn't happy to sit in that. I recommended it to my cousin and she absolutely loves it.
