Too many parts increase the risk of not cleaning them properly. The dissasembling shouldn't be more frustrating than the expressing itself. At 3am with half an eye opened the last thing you want to do is allocate more than 10 sec to take apart a pump and deal with more than 3 components.
    Good price though.

I used this before I bought a electric pump. I use to get cramp in my hand every time I used it plus I was always unable to get much milk out. It's easy to use but I would not recommend

This pump did the job and was discreet and small enough to take out of house, however the handle broke after a month. The bottle that came with it was good and self sterilises in the microwave which again is handy if you are out and about.

You can get the milk if you have patience. I get more milk and is a lot quicker if i hand express than with this pump. It is not that expensive comparing to the other baby items, but for what it is i think it is too much.

I bought this pump after I thought I had lost a piece of my Nuby one. When I tried to pump (even though I was sat there for 15 minutes) I didn't get any milk and it made A LOT of noise. I took it all apart and cleaned and dried it and it was still very noisy. I just kept the bottle and put the pump top away as I use MAM bottles anyway.

So handy you can pump on the go as a previous exclusive pumper was so handy to have this in my bag ready to go soundless and once you get a good flow very quick easy to clean and store

Bought this manual pump as we were going to be using Mam bottles.
I could not express any milk with this and it was painful to try.

This pump was very good when first used. After it was washed a few times it became brittle at the breast cup attachment which cracked and stopped working. Due to lack of suction.

This pump made me very sore and doesn’t seem to get quite as much milk as the others. Luckily I only paid £9 in a sale in boots but if I’d paid full price I’d have been very disappointed as paid less for my other pump which is much more efficient as less painful

I brought this pump in the hope I could pump as with my first I just couldn’t. The pump is easy to use & small enough for you to take it to places if your pumping on the go. It was quite expensive for saying it was a manual pump in my opinion.

I purchased this manual pump and my avent one had broken and this was just terrible! I found there to be far too many parts to clean and assemble. The milk would leak while I was pumping and hardly any would actually go into the bottle. The suction was not good and I could barely get any milk out because of this. It looks nice and I like the design of mam bottles but I was really disappointed in the pump!

Well I had this breast pump first moths of breastfeeding. It hurt me a lot and is not that I don’t know how to use it is just to rigid and not so ergonomic. I tried to use it for few days. Didn’t help.

Bought this from Mothercare at a bargain price of £10 together with microwave steriliser and a bunch of bottles. So for the price I paid it was excellent value. Easy to assemble/dissemble and clean, includes self sterilising bottles which is an amazing thing in itself. It's small and portable, so came in handy to have in my handbag when out without baby. The plastic it's made of seems hard wearing and of good quality, however design itself is a bit flawed as hand gets really tired when pumping.

Love this breast pump, I have used others, but this is by far the most comfiest and easy to use. Really easy to clean and because it has a manual setting change you can choose how strong the suction you have is. Can be sterilised in the microwave for added ease.

I purchased this product purely because it for the bottles I had bought. I thought it was overpriced but convinced it would be easier with the bottles I have. I have tried it many times and the suction isn't great, it takes a lot of pumping for just a few ounce and it leaves you with a painful hand! Wouldn't recommend. A good electronic pump can be purchased for the same price.

This was great to use to express and pump any excess milk but after a while my hand started aching. It’s easy to clean and sterilise in my mam electric steriliser and would definitely recommend for a first time mum to manually pump before looking for an electric version.

I like the ease of actually using this breast pump. It gets plenty of milk out but you have to pump for a little while which can make your hand ache a little after a while but this is common with manual breast pumps, I found this one better when I was just expressing quickly before going out. I love the fact you can screw the pump straight onto the Mam baby bottles, then when finished can just screw a teat and lid on to feed straight to baby. It's also convenient that the parts can be sterilised in the Mam steriliser (although check instructions as some parts can't be sterilised!). But when it comes to cleaning it has a couple of pieces which need a special brush to clean it well. After a few uses the screw top comes loose and it unscrews from the bottle which can become a little annoying after a while and needs tightening occasionally during use. Overall I like this breast pump and find it quicker, more compact and more convenient than my electric one.

Great pump to use and set up. Easy to clean as just pop it into your steriliser. Once you find your rhythm the milk flows. Very quiet so was not a distraction to anyone whilst i was pumping. Bottles are great to use and storage containers are a good size. I still use them for all sorts of things. Only negative i can think of is that your hand can hurt a bit afterwards from all the pump action.

I do like this and it does work, but it does sometimes unscrew and can cause you to drop bottles.

The breast pump is great. It’s quiet, gets enough milk out, easy to use. I did have some trouble in cleaning the funnel but solved that by buying a thin brush. I think a lid would be a great addition to this product as I would start expressing then something came up and had to stop. This mean I had to leave my milk exposed to oxygen. I worried when I left the pump in the fridge weather the milk would absorb other smells in the fridge like last nights leftovers.

This breast pump is fantastic for the occasional short pump to express extra milk when engorment occurs to help the process along. You can pump straight into a bottle which is very helpful however the pump can hurt you hand and I couldn’t imagine using this to express milk daily as it is just no practical. It has been great for when I first started breast feeding and I needed to pump a little bit of extra milk out when my milk came in and also when my breasts became engorgded it really helped to have a pump to do this.

This is a good very occasional use pump. It comes with an anti colic bottle which you can express straight into which is great. There is a dial to change the strength of the pump. However, only used this a few times and the pumping action made my hand ache really quickly. To get any volume of milk would be quite an effort. I bought an electric pump which worked much better for me.
