I brought these as I had some trouble with my milk supply and after reading some good reviews from other woman who had good results with these. Unfortunately it didn't work with me I saw no difference in my milk supply. The teas are also very expensive for the amount in the box. For 16 sachets per box, your supposed to drink 3-4 teas a day the box will be gone in 4/5 days so really not worth the money. They also tasted horrible but I forced them down to try and help my milk supply but it made no difference. I also found that the teabags sometimes would split which meant I'd get some of the leaf bits in my water which was horrible to me. Wouldn't recommend. - Strengths:
