My LG is ebf but I’ve been trying to get her to take a bottle so I can leave her for a few hours. I tried tommee tippee, mam and then the Minbie. I had heard great thing about it but unfortunately I didn’t get on with it. She will happily put it in her mouth but just chews on it. Also, the teat is so flexible that when she grabs it, it squirts her in the face. I found it harder to use than other bottles. I would try it out but only buy one bottle to start with as they are expensive!

These are just some of the different types of bottles we've tried but this girl is all about the boob! She had a bit of milk from the bottle when I detached her and snuck it in. Thought we'd cracked it but I still think they are too big and plasticy. Best ones yet though and I'm sure if she was really hungry she'd take it, I'm just always home so haven't persevered as much as we probably could!

After all positive reviews I read about the minbie I was really looking forward to trying with my son who was nursed since birth. Unfortunately we were the unlucky ones as my son would not take to this bottle at all. We tried for over a month and it wasn’t meant to be. Such a shame as I have heard very positive reviews about the minbie. It is also pretty expensive for it not to work :(

I have followed Minbie for a while before I even got pregnant, I knew exactly which bottles I was going to use as a backup to breastfeeding, at just 4 days old my little boy took the bottle with zero problems, we have had no nipple confusion and he will go from breast to bottle easily. The bottle is easy to assemble, the design is great, although a little on the pricey side, they are totally worth it and you won't need to try 5 other bottle brands and waste your money because your baby won't take them.

We ordered these bottles after seeing an advert on social media during our first few days at home after the birth when the little one was having real difficulty latching (it later transpired this was due to tongue tie). We tried other bottles but these were not well received as the flow rate seemed too much but baby took to the Minbie bottles almost immediately and, as the manufacturer claims, there was no nipple confusion which allowed us to go between these bottles and bf once the latch was better established. They fit easily into sterilisers and are compact enough that they slot well into nappy bags etc. They are perhaps a little more pricey than other bottles on the market but given how well baby took to them and the lack of confusion, they were well worth the price for us.

I absolutely love Minbie bottles. I came across them through an add online one day when my son was struggling with his latch due to tongue tie and thought I'd order one and give it a shot as I thought my breastfeeding journey would have to end and he hasn't accepted any other bottle. The day it arrived in the evening I asked my partner if he could do the first bottle feed as it would be memorable but we never imagined him to take to the bottle so easily like he did! I was so exhausted from the constant feeds and crying as my sons tongue tie was affecting his latch and this bottle has honestly been a lifesaver.

This bottle was a life saver.
I breastfed my first and assumed it would be guaranteed I would not have any issues breastfeeding my second. It didn't quite work out that way.
On day 5, long before breastfeeding was established, we were readmitted to hospital because my DD had lost too much weight and was dehidrated ( I wasn't producing enough milk). We were put on a strict feeding plan of formula. We were in for 48h. I was so concerned about nipple confusion and my DD loosing her ability to breastfeed. I found minibie online and chances it (following all the positive reviews). Delivery was fast (I didn't get free postage because I didn't want to order too much without knowing if they worked)
My DD is now 5 weeks old and after a turbulent start we are now swapping between bottle and breast without any problems.
They also sell a glass version of the bottle I am thinking of purchasing next time.
I am sold on the quality and the claim of "no nipple confusion".
They are really easy to clean. I sterilise with the cold water tablets. I have had a slight change of colour in the teet but no change in performance.
My DD may need burping a bit more but I don't really have anything to compare too.
I would highly recommend if you are planing to mix feed or need to use a bottle for medical reasons.

I had to combi feed my little girl due to difficulties with breastfeeding and these bottles allowed us to easily switch between breast and bottle without confusion. She also took to them really week and they were less messy than the other brands we tried. Nice and compact for out and about too.

Absolutely love the minbie bottles and teats. My little girl took to them really well considering that she is mainly breastfed. The shape of the teat is designed to mimick the breast and the flow so it helped my little girl transition. Love the style and the ease of use for cleaning etc.

I recommend this product to any mums who are concerned about nipple confusion or if their baby won’t take a bottle generally. I exclusively breastfeed, but when my son was born he had a severe tongue tie which caused so much pain to me when feeding. Expressing milk was the only way I could carry on breastfeeding until his tongue tie was resolved. I was worried that he would get used to the bottle and then not go back on my breast as normally babies don’t need to put as much effort in to a bottle feed. However, after seeing This product online I decided to give it a go and i was so impressed. My son easily went between the bottle and my breast (when I felt able) and because it mimics the breast so well he still had to work hard to get the milk from the bottle. This product has definetly helped me to continue breast feeding as it gave me time to recover from the soreness before trying again. Now my son’s tongue has been snipped I no longer use bottles, however I still express milk from time to time for freezing so that there is a supply available for my husband to use if I’m out. Great quality, easily freezable which means less mess and fuss when defrosting milk. Only slight negative is price, it is a bit more expensive than other bottles but worth every penny in my opinion.

Our daughter would only breastfeed, and after 6 months i needed a break, so tried to get daughter to take expressed breast milk in a bottle. We tried another brand first which she refused. We then bought the minbie bottle and teat pack, which she took to straight away. After 6 months of doing every feed, not much sleep, my husband is now able to give me a hand and take a nightshift!! Best product ever!!

I really like this product and my daughter took to it straight away. I love that it helps encourage feeding from breast and bottles. Also it was very fast delivery!! The only downside I had was the price as they are very expensive for bottles.

Its quite expensive just for one bottle. The teat is shaped like nipple and you can have different flows. I’ve been trying to switch my baby from breast to bottle and seen good reviews however he still doesn’t like this one.
