Words cant explain how much I love this tea!! This tea is just amazing and the taste of the tea is outstanding, I have this tea two times a day and I can’t go a day without it. I highly recommend this tea as it’s all natural and it also all organic. It’s also caffeine free So amazing if you are breastfeeding.

I tried this nursing tea to help boast my milk supply and I think it helped, I had 4 cups a day (the max it says to have...guessing the more I have the more it will help??!) I had 2 in the morning then 2 in the afternoon. I found it best to drink luke warm and used my tea bag twice both times the tea was full of flavour I just brewed the second a little longer than the first cup. I think the the price is quite reasonable especially if it does help you, and it's definitely worth a go.
The instructions are clear and simple to follow and each tea bag is individually wrapped which is quite nice.
I don't think the flavour is great (that's why I drink luke warm then I can drink it quickly) but it has fenugreek in so quite a strong herb!
I would definitely recommend trying this tea as it may help you and for the price it's great. - Strengths:

I lost my milk supply to a really bad case of mastitis that spread to both boobs because incompetent doctors spent a whole week giving me the wrong antibiotics. I lost 90% of my milk. As my son never latched, I pump milk for him to drink from a bottle.
This tea, alongside a vigorous pumping schedule helped me to rebuild my milk supply. I always had a cup in the morning and before bed.
