This is a good barrier on little bums and any wee dry patches or creases for those chubbier babies like mine! The vaseline is nice and easy to use and apply too and doesn't wash off straight away meaning you don't have to constantly reapply. - Strengths:

Vaseline helps heal the skin and it is quite greasy but i can use it on my child if he has a sore bottom, i use it from time to time on my dry lips which afterwards it becomes very moisturized, smooth and soft and i often top up when i need to. Love Vaseline as an everyday product, especially when my daughter goes through phases of sucking her bottom lip making it red and dry, she loves to put in mommys special lip cream! It heals everything I've ever used it for. There are pots everywhere in our house for easy access. Helped with my son's severe nappy rash when other brand didn't help, took him to doctors and they gave steroid cream and told me to seal it on with lots of Vaseline and it went within 2 days of using the steroid cream twice a day -

I love using Vaseline Original Pure Petroleum Jelly it is a great barrier an it is very soothing to the skin. I use it for nappy rashes , dry lips and i occasionally use the Petroleum Jelly right after i apply foot cream for cracked heels as it retains moisture making my feet feel more softer. - Strengths:
