Worst thing is when baby wakes up for a night feed and you have to boil kettle make up bottle and wait for it to cool to room temperature. All the time your newborn crying with hunger and waking everyone up.
The machine is quiet and fast at making a bottle with ease and no cooling. It really is the perfect temperature for baby to drink straight away.
Has a digital display with prompts telling you step by step what to do it’s idiot proof.
Made night time feeds so easy and much less stressful. So you can get it done fast and go back to sleep!

A perfect machine that is easy to use and quick. For myself, as a first time mum, this machine was great as I knew that I could follow the easy on screen instructions and make my baby the perfect feed each time.
The cons: the smallest feed it makes is 4pz so be prepared to waste a lot of formula in the early days! It can be quite noisy too so if your baby is disturbed by noises in the night this could wake them. - Strengths:

Literally the best product I’ve ever bought. Can make bottles within 2 minutes which is an absolute life saver to when we used to have to wait 30 mins for her bottles to cool down from kettle water and she was screaming the house down. This is so simple and easy and takes 2 mins to make a perfect warm bottle. Easy to use and will prompt regular descaling and cleaning.

I found this product easy to use! Instructions are very easy to read and to carry out such as when needing to put a clean cycle on. I found this extremely helpful when my baby was first born and woke up for nights feeds as I didn’t have to wait for kettle to boil then bottle to cool down. Aslong as this product is thourghly cleaned each week and water pipes are also checked then this is a great way to make your bottles. The last plus I have for this is that if fits any bottle so you don’t just have to use the tommee tippee ones although they were my choice of bottle. - Strengths:

I am currently combi feeding with my husband doing the night feed, he finds this product a good send as coming into patenthood had no clue what we were doing. The prep machine had made feeding so easy and so quick. Because it preps at prefect temperature there's no waiting for the kettle to boil, then waiting for it to cool while baby is getting more and more worked up. I am now on my second machine as i used one for my first son too however using for the twins I appreciate so much more as well as a night light it makes up the bottle in a couple minutes at the perfect temperate for baby so they get fresh bottles every feed and in great timing. It is so easy to use and has step by step wording instructions on screen to help a tired mother out reminds you what to do. Amazing!!! - Strengths:

I loved this product. Such a fantastic idea and works so well. It allows you to make formula milk at the perfect temperature for your little one with the amount that you want. It saves so much time and is so simple and quick to use. With a few clicks the milk is ready. It really helped for those night time feeds because there was no time wasting boiling water and waiting for this. I would recommend buying this. I absolutely love this prep machine. It makes life and bottles so much easier (particularly in the middle of the night when baby is crying for a feed). It is super easy to install, maintain and make up baby bottles. There are lots of settings to suit needs. It is easy to clean and change filter. And also has a function to empty the water so you can take it when you travel to families houses/holidays. This prep machine is quite expensive and also the filters are expensive. However it is a must have product for ease and convenience if you bottle feed. The bottle is made to perfect temperature within 90 seconds!!! Awesome. - Strengths:

On the whole we are happy with the prefect prep machine. It's really quick to prepare a feed, easy to use and the components are easy to maintain and keep clean. It's compact enough to take away with us or upstairs for the overnight feeds. I would say however, the beeping is really loud I would have appreciated a volume control especially at those 4am feeds that beep can really grate.
I Think the main thing I would change is the ability to adjust the temperature. I appreciate its designed to mimick body temperature ( although I'm sure my breast milk is warmer) my baby would prefer milk a little warmer. If on those many early day occasions where the 2oz trance sets in and your baby decides this feed is going to take upwards of 45min the milk then feels quite cold unless kept in warm water. Which is a faff at night.
On the whole great product saves hours of the old under the tap scalding your wrist palava
Would recommend to a friend even though I'd say wait until its on offer as I feel the price for the machine and the filters are a little steep. ?

Great machine that has really helped with feeding our little one. As the oz of milk get higher, it does use the water faster but it doesn’t take long for water to filter through and fill back up.

Easy to use. Always cleaned mine three times a week. Perfect for night feeds. Make sure you get the right filter for it and keep in top of the cleaning and you will be fine with your prep machine. Very easy to use and to set up and clean. Unfortunately for me my babies both preferred cold milk so was a waste of money for me. One thing all newbie parents (especially abu’s) dread is the idea of making night feeds.
Sitting there with a thermometer waiting for the formula to be at the right temperature is a thing of the past since timmee toppee have created their famous prep machine.
The prep machine makes a bottle for you in under 2 minutes (10x faster than the good ol’ kettle) and is compatible to use with any brand of bottle or formula. It has an inbuilt filter system which removes impurities in the water and a shot of hot water at the end making the milk bacteria free.
The original perfect prep machine is easy to use with a selection of feed from 4 to 11oz and a simple start button to make the perfect feed. There is a beep once the feed is complete, however some parents found the beep very annoying especially when making the night feeds.
Timmee toppee then created the perfect day abd night machine with some major differences. The new prep maching had a light up digital display and a volume control button to make night feeds easier.
The retail price of the closer to nature perfect prep machine is around £80 whereas the perfect prep day and night starts at £100+
We give this a rating of 4/5. It is a must have for all parents to be. The only downfall we found is the constant acknowledgement the machine requires after each step.

I can 100% comfortably recommend this product to everyone I know I've never had a single fault with it I've purchased 2 one back in 2015 and a newer one in 2019 and they both work absolutely amazing they are a life faver for the night feeds so simple to use even my toddler helps out preparing his baby sisters bottles -

I would not be without my prep machine! Makes my sons bottles the perfect temperature, is quick and easy to do. Tells you exactly what to do on the screen. Tells you when the filter needs changing, and when to clean the machine, also tells you how to descale.
Makes parenting so much easier rather than waiting for a bottle to cool down or trying to warm one up.
It’s also great how you can turn the volume of the beeping down on the machine, however it’s still loud when dispensing water into the bottle anyway.
The water seems to go down quite quickly also, so feels like your constantly refilling it.

This is the best invention ever !! It’s so confusing when having a child with feeding ... make the bottles up in advance ? Use boiled water and cook the bottle ? Warm the bottle ? Etc this makes them to the perfect temperature ready to give to baby . The display screen is a new update from the older version making it even more husband proof !
