No need to spend a fortune on fancy tests, this one is sufficient.
I did 2 out of this pack, 1st one had clear indication of pregnancy, the second one had a bit faded line, but still clear enough for pregnancy.
It was enough for me to go to a doctor and confirm it.
After this in the future I will never go for the fancy expensive ones. - Strengths:

I used these with both of my son's and found them to be sensitive enough to show me light positives just before I was due my period. The line did get darker as days passed and as there are several tests in the box I found it reassuring to do the occasional test as those very early weeks went on.
They are priced, in my opinion, reasonably and this makes testing several times affordable! The only downside is that they are dip tests so you need to have use of a pot! They aren't convenient if you want to test 'on the go' - but fine for at home. - Strengths:

Great value for money but a little difficult to test if you weren't at home as they are dipstick tests. They didn't get dark until I was a little further along than just my missed period which could cause people to assume they aren't pregnant also took a while for the line to get darker - Strengths:
