My boy loves having a bath with toys, so I decided to buy a ducks.
they are easy to hold, play with, he is teething so he is trying to chew as well.
Unfortunately water stay inside of duck and is impossible to get all of it out, I've struggled to do it, and in the end I've end up having mould in it.
Price is reasonable so I just bought a new ones.
We use these ducks when we sing nursery rhymes in the bath to make bathtime a lot more fun for the kids, the main one we use is “10 little ducks went swimming one day”, another we use is “the ugly duckling”. The different sizes of the ducks also help with learning “big” and “small”
My boy loved his ducks in the early day as they were easy for him to hold as were very light and came in a great colour. Be seemed to like watching them float away. I ended up throwing his due to them not being very hygienic after they started to go mouldy from not being able to dry them totally.
The ducks are a good toy to use in the bath for all ages they are light and easy to hold. The colour is brilliant too as it helps to be able to find them in the bath.
Only problem is they do go mouldy very quick from being in the water and it is difficult to get it off. I ended up throwing the ducks after a while and replaced them with all new ones. Highly recommended.
It's brightly coloured so baby loves to look at it and gum the ducks head as he's teething at the moment. Only used it a couple of times and the little rubber bit has already come off on two ducks. I'm also worried about the toys growing mould inside so in a month or so I'll be throwing them away out of hygiene concerns.
These are a good toy to use in the bath for little ones just starting to use toys - they are light and easy to hold. The colour is brilliant too being able to find easy in the bath.
