I use the cup holder everyday on my pram. It was easy to fit, and doesn't have to be removed when putting the pram into the car, it doesn't budge or jerk over cobbles or pavements so doesn't splash your can everywhere. It's definitely a very useful add on for any mum. You need to keep hydrated to!

The design idea is great but is flimsy, creates an issue when navigating through some doors. And when the pram is folded it means you have to be aware of where it is especially is putting it in the boot of car. A number times I've caught it nearly snapping it off.

It’s always handy to have a drinks holder. The issue I have is that I find this catches a lot on things when out and about which can be very irritating! Also it’s quite expensive for what it is.

For me this is one of those items which looks really good and handy but in fact it just gets in the way. I've been shopping and it's got caught on clothing items. Might not look big but when your out you will be surprised how many shops have limited walk room when you have a pushchair.

The cup holder is a good extra when you need somewhere to store your bottles/cans however I find it takes up room in doorways therefore it can sometimes be difficult to fit in small spaces with the holder attached to the pram.

    • Strengths:

      Holds large cups/take away cups

    • Weaknesses:

It’s on the outside, is made of cheap plastic so flimsy and often catches on doorways etc

This is a design fault of silver cross, the cup holder placement is so it faces outwards causing trouble when going through doorways and tight spaces. I placed a drink in the cup holder and went through a cafe door which was right and the flimsy plastic bent backwards and flung the drink everywhere.

I have this and it’s hard to get though doors when the holder is attached but in all other areas it’s good I also like the fact that it holds a good weight
