Lightweight travel cot that is easy to assemble and not too big once up, handy when you have limited space in a guest room! Also a good size when folded up too so easy to store/fit in when travelling.

Easy to assemble and to fold down. Good quality for the price point. Little one really loves it.

Our little one sleeps quite happily in the Red Kite travel cot at her Gran's so, when we needed a travel cot for occasional use, we decided to go for this Red Kite travel cot. It comes neatly folded in a nylon carrier, and is very easy and intuitive to pop up, clicking the sides into place for a secure, sturdy place for baby to sleep. The mattress base is quite a thin layer attached to slatted boards, all encased in an easily wiped , sealed cover but seems to be supportive and substantial enough as our little one sleeps really well in it.

At first, we were concerned she wouldn't settle easily as she was used to a different model but we needn't have worried. She is eight months old and as soon as she was placed in the travel cot, she began squealing and laughing, moving round and exploring her new surroundings. She clearly felt happy and secure, and sleeps very well in it. On waking in the morning, instead of immediately wanting lifted out, she happily contents herself , blethering away or playing with a toy, so it certainly seems to be an environment she enjoys being in.

The quality of the product is good for the price point. It is easy to assemble and to fold down, and can be stored away neatly when not in use. I did worry that the mattress was a little thin and may not be very comfortable but that doesn't seem to be an issue, with the little one sleeping very well when in this travel cot.

This is a great travel cot it goes up and down fairly easily and stores in a bag.
It is lightweight and big enough for both my twins to have a nap in of a day.
It’s a great colour only thing is the bottom is quite hard
It has a mat that unfolds across the bottom but it’s not very cushiony

My parents brought this for when my daughter stays over theirs, it's nice and sturdy a great design and easy to store along with easy to set up the only problem is it has got a few hard parts that could do with the mattress being slightly more cushioned because esme did hurt her head once but other than that it's a fab design and good product.

We bought this product for very occasional use when my daughter was 7 months old. We weren’t interested in an all singing, all dancing model as it was very rare that my daughter spent the night away from home.
It’s simple to assemble and take down and seems very sturdy when up. As well as this, it doesn’t take up a great deal of room when disassembled and is easily stored in cupboard or under a bed etc.
As my daughter grew older, we would also use this cot as a play pen! My niece has used it since and both children absolutely loved being in there!
The only con I can think of is that the mattress didn’t seem very thick although this never seemed to affect my daughter. She always managed to fall asleep on it easily enough.
In conclusion, if you’re after a travel cot that will be used for an older baby who will spend no more than 2/3 nights in a row in the cot then this is perfect, it’s affordable, nice to look at and does the job!
