Amazing product. Couldn't recommend enough. Helped after my first birth. Was nice to have something to use after each bathroom use.
Tip: spray some on some maternity pads and pop in fridge ready to use!
I also love that it can be used for both birth types too.

After having two birth where I was in agony afterwards I thought I would try and give this product a go for the birth of my 3rd child. After reading alot of reviews I was a little sceptical about what this product could do. 3rd baby arrived and I needed a few stitches. I was a little unsure of using it straight away so after a couple of days of still being very tender and sore I thought let's give it a go. Well, what a difference it made it gently numbs the area making it more comfortable to still down and my healing time was so much quicker compared to my previous births. I only wish this was around for my previous labours. Definitely a must have for that hospital bag!

This product is amazing. I used it straight after the natural birth of my first child & can honestly say it was a life saver. I didn’t need to take regular pain relief following the birth & I believe this was down to this product. I was so grateful & pleased with the product Iv even since recommended it to 4 friends who are expecting in the new few weeks. I know they won’t be disappointed.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says. Would highly recommend to anyone for a hospital bag must have. Simple to use, easy to carry around and works nice and quick exactly when you need it.

I bought this having read so many reviews and having seen many celebrity endorsements. Following my labour (which ended in an episiotomy and forceps delivery) I admit was a bit afraid to use to the Spritz for Bits until my friend told me it was ok. As soon as I’d used it once I was using it a few times a day. It’s cooling, soothing and has helped me get back to near enough normal. I’m now 6 weeks postpartum and everything has healed nicely. I recommend this product highly but was also recommend people use it from day one as it’s brilliant.

Used this after traumatic birth. Lots of great reviews and I thought I would invest and prepare prior to birth. Price is quite expensive but as tried quickly.
Used post birth and didnt find any relief with it. Most reviews I have read are very positive so I am very aware that some products do not suit wverypne, just unfortunately it wasn't for me. Bought some other products from this company though and found them brilliant

I bought this product as it was recommended by so many people including my midwife.
In the end I had an emergency c section but it was an absolute lifesaver and really helped aid recovery. It soothes and just generally feels SO good.
It is pricey but you get a lot in the bottle.

This product works well even before delivery. I have only used it before delivery as I am still pregnant but it worked really fast.
Definitely would recommend. Price is a little too high but worth it.

A friend bought me this for birth of baby number 3 and I can honestly say I was sceptical but this stuff is amazing! So soothing and while it is a little pricey you actually get a heck of a lot of product. I was using this every toilet trip and in between for over a week and only used a third of a bottle! I was pretty generous with the stuff too! It's cooling effect helped any swelling and kept me feeling clean and fresh. Top tip: spritz a maternity pad with this and stick it in the freezer for a bit to enhance the sensation and really help swelling. My sister had a forceps delivery and this tip helped bring her come comfort. It also helps with those pesky piles that can appear after a baby.

Received this and the nipple balm I ordered quickly. Both work really well to relieve pains from labour and breast feeding. Expensive to buy but well worth the money...

I’d seen this recommended online and was a bit dubious as it’s quite pricey. However one of my mum friends who was due with her second said she’d used it first time round and had repurchased.
Despite the price I’m really glad I went for it! This was an absolute godsend after child birth as you can spray it directly or onto a pad for longer relief. The spray nozzle works whether the bottle is upright or upside down which is useful when you’re feeeljng “delicate”. I didn’t suffer with much pain after and I think this is in part down to this spray.

I bought this for when baby no.2 came along. I heard nothing but great things about the spray so I thought I'd give it ago. I took along time to heal after my first baby and I was in a lot of discomfort. I started using this a few hours after delivery. A few sprays either directly onto the effected area or on the maternity pad. I only had one very small stitch and used this on the maternity pad as it stated. Any aches or pains I had were taken away with this excellent spray. It smells amazing and I honestly believe this is a miracle spray. After a few days I felt as though I was starting with a slight infection in my stitched area. It was a Saturday morning so my GP practise wasn't open. I continued to use the spray but now using it a few more times a day hoping it would help the infection over the weekend then I'd go to my GP Monday morning. By Sunday evening any signs of infection I had were now gone. I did go to the GP just to be clear but yep! The spray definatley helped. I couldn't believe it, I absloutey love this spray and I have been reccomending it to all of my friends and any one who will listen how amazing this product really is.

This stuff is amazing! I had a difficult birth as my baby was born breech and ended up tearing. I used this for several weeks after and it really helped to keep the swelling down, provided coolness and eased discomfort! 100/10

I rate this product so much!!
I used it straight after giving birth to my little girl to which I required stitches for! This spray reduced the pain by 80-90% with me just feeling a little sore!!
I sprayed it directly but also would spray my maternity pad too!!
The spray also smells nice aswell as having a cooling effect!!

I used this right after giving birth and it really helps! ESP for the first wee after giving birth. Defo worth the purchase although the could defo make the bottle smaller thus making the bottle cheaper as you would never use all the product.
