This velcro onto the pram handle or there are hooks which you can use to hang on stroller clips.
There are 2 pockets on either end, 2 on the front, a main zipped compartment under the large flap inside there is a bottle holder. It's a decent size an easily fit wipes nappy purse n phone. I would have liked an inside zipped compartment for change/ cards for when going to the park so I didnt have to take purse.
