We have used these In partnership with reusable wipes with our newborn.
We have found they are nice and gentle on the baby’s skin and the wetness of the wipes makes the clear up easier.
I am slightly put off by the price of these wipes which is a massive shame as I think they are a top product .
Although these are good wipes and wetter than normal, the price puts me off buying them. I did purchase a couple of packs for taking into hospital when I gave birth just because they would be better on sensitive skin and are just water. They are good for when baby had a poo as they clean very well but I find the price marks these down and prefer to use Lidl’s own as they are better value.
Pricey if not bought in a deal, can leak water in change bag

We love these wipes as they are so pure and hold their moisture well so they aren't rough on baby's skin. We have used them for 4 months now, after the initial water and cotton wool, and our main criticism is that they are quite pricey unless you find them on offer and bulk buy them which we tend to do.
We continue to use them because they are so moist and work so well. We've tried numerous other brands but all are very dry and rough by comparison. I'm not keen on the fact that they aren't biodegradable though and we have ordered some cheeky wipes to try out for this very reason as we are already using cloth nappies.
These wipes are so moist however that a couple of times they have leaked water into the change bag, making spare clothes wet. We've counteracted this problem by wrapping the wipes tightly inside the travel change mat in there so even if they do leak it is contained and not a problem. I'd much rather have this issue than them being too dry, that's for sure!
I would definitely recommend these over other brands if you can get them on offer. Another tip is to store them upside down before opening as it stops the moisture from settling at the bottom of the packet. When opened and the right way up the top wipes are lovely and moist and that moisture gradually makes it's way back to the bottom of the pack, nicely wetting the lower wipes in the pack ready for use.
These wipes are nice and wet meaning they clean very well. They come out of the packet nicely so you get one wipe at a time. I love using them to clean my hands when on the go. Unfortunately our baby is very sensitive and these did not help keep her rash away, may have left her too wet? Not sure, but when used on her the rash flares up. I would like it if they were biodegradable, but I mostly use reusable wipes so this is a thing I am personally keen on. I love the fact that they are not full of chemicals so have a nice clean smell rather than fragranced. In all a nice wipe.
These wipes are great for delicate newborns skin, it contains mostly water and they do a great job at keeping baby's skin soft and moisturise. Only downfall is that they are a little expensive compared to other wet wipes. Great for the first few weeks though
Although there is advice out there to only use water on babies we used these wipes initially but them moved onto regular wipes fairly quickly as the expense was unmanageable. I don’t feel that the water wipes had anything special and although they worked perfectly, we did not feel that the product was worth the price.
I do really love these wipes. It's good to know that it contains nothing but water and a drop of fruit extract when being used on such a sensitive area. They are quite cold so I tend to leave the pack on top of a hot water bottle, especially when doing night changes as they have a tendency to wake my baby up. They are also pretty expensive as far as wipes go, but I think its money well spent
Price - similar unbranded product available cheaper.

Love these wipes! Nice and soft on baby’s skin and no hidden nasty stuff to irritate their little bottom. Have found pretty much the same product though in stores like B&M and Body Care for half the price so tend to buy these now.
Gentle on newborns bottoms, have lots of moisture, find they clean well and are thick enough not to tear. These are our go to wipes if using disposable wipes. They are a little pricey but don’t buy often so not an issue.
When using these wipes I didn't have any niggling concerns that I could be damaging my baby's skin or exposing him to any potentially harmful chemicals. They cleaned him up nicely and they were a comfortable thickness for use.
As mothers of older babies might have noticed, babies like to suck on wipes when they are teething because they are soothing. These wipes are perfect because you know they arent ingesting anything nasty.
They are more expensive than other wipes which does make them less attractive.
I was very good and continued using my water and cotton when I came out the hospital and my baby had a lovely clear bottom. But let’s face it with a newborn you need something easier and less time consuming than filling a bowl with water so I got the water wipes after a few weeks. Fab product no chemicals and doesn’t cause a rash. They are pricey though but worth it if you’re finances allow I would say.
We haven’t bought any other wipes since our baby boy was born and wouldn’t use any other. The fact that there is genuinely no other ingredients in other than water and trace of fruit just sits better with me than using wipes full of chemicals. They aren’t the cheapest but this is definitely one thing we are willing to spend that bit extra on. Knowing how kind they are to skin.
My partner once used a pampers sensitive wipe ( in an emergency) and knew straight away and complained about how rubbish they were so there must definitely be a noticeable difference!
I really wanted to love these as they were recommended in my antenatal classes and love the idea if it being water only, but sadly i did not get on with them, they are far too wet , making it way too cold and my little boy just screams, i started wringing them out before using but now we have water everywhere and nappy changing became such a shlep, such a pity. But I do like the idea of these.
I only use water and cotton wool on my son's skin at home and was unhappy with the idea of using chemical-infused wipes when out and about so when my health visitor suggested waterwipes I thought I'd give them a go. I'm pleased with them as his skin has never seemed sore after use. They're more expensive than other wipes but you can save money buying them online in bulk.
These are really great for newborns, no chemicals, no perfume! However my son was born in winter, and where it is cold, and the wipes are so so wet, they were freezing cold, so I often had to warm a couple up before using them. They are also very expensive, so once my son was older we moved onto normal wipes.
I love water wipes for my little one. Sadly they are very expensive so I only buy when they are on offer. We’ve never had a rash or sore bum from them, they don’t have a horrible smell like other wipes and they are perfect moistness wise to get even dried on poop off his bum.
Great for a newborn baby. The actual wipes are absolutely saturated with water and they don't glide.... What I mean by that is when you clean the babies bum it sort of sticks to the skin. Only squeezing the water and wiping it away I found they worked. I would definitely use until baby was at least a month old so that their sensitive skin gas time to adjust to another brand
Hypoallergenic, suitable from birth, fragrance free
Expensive, lots of excess water, bunch together when pulling out of packet

Great wipes - my babies, who have sensitive skin, rarely get nappy rash. They are readily available from most shops and contain no chemicals or fragrance; they’re purely wipes and water.
However, by comparison to other wipes, they’re very expensive. They are also a lot ‘wetter’ than other wine brands; when you leave them on fabric (ie sofa, clothes, bedding, etc.) the material soaks through. Occasionally, the wipes get stuck when pulling them out of the packet and they come out in clumps. I think this is a result of them being rather wet.
I love water wipes for the newborn period when you don't want to use harsher baby wipes on sensitive skin. They are very effective for the nasty early nappies our lovely bundles of joy provide us with. They are quite expensive compared to other brands of wipes though.
Some of the children I look after have these wipes. They are soft and doesn’t cause reaction to the skin. However they do leak as the sticking window doesn’t stay shut once’s open and used multiple times. I ended up putting them in an extra bag so they didn’t leak on spare clothes. It kind of need the plastic lid most wipes have as they are very watery so therefore need to be in a packet that is watertight
I love these wipes and although they’re slightly more expensive I do think they’re worth it. I know some people find them too wet but I like that about them and the fact there’s very little ingredients to them apart from water so I feel like they’re the best for my baby’s skin. I find the wipes are larger than other brands so I need fewer which probably balances out the cost. It’s just tricky to get the wipes out one at a time - several sometimes come at once.
The only wipes on the market which don't have a really long ingredients list, no preservatives and irritating chemicals. I really like that they literally reflect using a cotton wool and water, but it's in a wipe :) They clean really well but they are a bit too expensive and I gave a lower score for hygiene because with them being SO wet it can contribute to a sore bum if we put a nappy on while it's still not dry...
Yes they are good as it’s only water so no chemicals but they are a nightmare to use. The packaging is so poor and cheap. If You need wipes in a rush and need them to come out one by one is then not for you! the wipes stick together and are soaked with water, they don’t come out individual so are a nightmare! I hate this product.
