This is by far the best double I have had.
It’s so light even with both children in it and I can still push it one handed.
I think it looks really stylish and the fact you can change hoods etc make it really adaptable and versatile.
The basket size is brilliant and I love how you can use it in single mode too!

Was sceptical because it is a chunky pram but it is so handy to get around especially for a mother of 2, i bought the buggy board with it too so its brilliany use for single and duo, the basket is so handy too.
Only thing is the price of everything is so so expensive. I have always used cosatto before this but i love both now.

The bugaboo donkey duo is a real eye turner. It’s gorgeous, built to last and has lots of fun colour packs you can jazz it up with. I loved the multiple positions you could put the kids in, facing you, away, or single mode with the side basket. The seats recline fully and with a super easy mechanism and the seats are spacious - my nearly 3 year old fit in just fine.
However I found it was far too wide to take to shops.
People would get cross at me and tut for taking up too much space in the aisles and there was more than one shop and restaurant I’ve had to walk away from as it wouldn’t fit through the door which was highly embarrassing. The other downside is i found it a real hassle to take everything off and fold it and put it all back in the car.
The chassis doesn’t fold that small and I actually struggled to fit the chassis, seat and bassinet in the boot of my car, and I have an SUV.
I often stuffed one of the seats in the passenger seat next to me rather than try to wrestle it in with 2 screaming babies in the car waiting for me to get going.
If you don’t have to use the car to get around so much this is an amazing pushchair, but you need to think seriously about your lifestyle before buying as it’s a very expensive piece of kit.

I love my Donkey but like anything we can have a love hate relationship! It's easy and practical for most terrains! But if your popping to a local coffee shop you might struggle to get through the door!! For outings to the zoo etc I can't love it enough! My twins can both see and can interact with each other! I'd overall give it a 7 1/2 out of 10.

We brought this pram halfway through 2nd pregnancy, used it for my first as a single with the side basket, then when I had our 2nd we used it with the seat unit & carry cot. We’ve been using it in a double for 10 weeks now, and we love it.

After purchasing the bugaboo donkey weekender I was wary that it might not fit through my front door. I was wrong and it fits perfectly. The colour and style is unique, it always turns heads. The wheels can handle all terrain; uneven ground, grass, gravel etc. Making the journey as smooth as possible for your precious little one. It's easy to fold and for smaller car boots you can pop the wheels on and off super easily. My only downfall with this pushchair is the bag I received with it, it's the perfect size but the stitching on the leather handles seems to already be coming apart. Overall amazing pushchair!

Have tried nearly all the double pushchairs and this was by far my favourite! Its a dream to push even with an older and younger child in it and a basket full of shopping. It is a little pricey but so worth the money in my opinion as you can buy it in mono mode for your first child then buy the extension pack when you have a second child and the seats last until they are atleast 3 years old. There are also loads of accessories you can buy and different coulour hoods etc if you wanted to change the colour. It has a large basket and large extendable hoods to cover your children from the sun. The only downside is the size as it does not fit through older door frames and shops although it is easy to change into mono mode if it does not fit through your front door. Overall amazing pushchair and would highly reccomend!

Description

With 2 young children, anything that makes life easier is worth its weight in gold. Going out with two can often present a dilemma and you need a means of safely and comfortably doing so. The Bugaboo Donkey 2 Duo / Mono is the ultimate doubles answer, whatever ages you are catering for. It is versitile because it is readily convertible, with 17 different configurations, thanks to its interchangeable seats and bassinets, and flexible luggage options.

You can also reverse the seats so your children can face you, the world or each other. In just 3 simple click steps it can convert from a duo to a mono pushchair. And, in duo it is only 5.4 inches wider than mono, so you can still navigate through doors and relatively small places with ease. Whilst ease of adaptability is key, equally, no compromises are made on comfort or functionality.
