Brilliant for babies who suffer with colic, and then at 6 months or when colic has gone, the inserts can be taken out to use as normal. Only let down is all the little pieces take a long time to clean. - Weaknesses:

I started using the Dr Brown's bottles as my baby was having issues with colic. We switched over to these from tommee tippee bottles and it made s massive difference. The only down side is there's so many compartments to the bottle when taking apart to wash. - Strengths:

My son has had a horrible colics, reflux and gas. I could see that he really struggled with eating because of pain. I was asking so many people and friends, what bottles do they use. My friend from Poland recommended me that bottle. I bought it and after first use I saw difference. He was calmer while eating. They leak but still they are the best bottles. - Strengths:

These bottles were a game changer for me! I was unable to carry on breast feeding and was so upset and to make it worse my daughter suffered bad reflux as soon as we put her onto a bottle and had terrible wind. I brought these as I heard they were brilliant for babies and I was not disappointed! Straight away we noticed a change in my daughter no more reflux less wind and she started to actually sleep and not stay awake all night crying in pain. You can’t put a price on a happy baby and I would of happily paid double what I did for this product. The only downfall is that cleaning the bottles takes a while but that’s a very small downside to such a brilliant product.Read more - Strengths:

Our baby boy suffered with very bad reflux until we invested in these wonderful bottles. We previously tried to other brands that didn't have any effect. They make him take his time and eliminate as much air as possible meaning less wind. - Strengths:

Defiantly helped with my sons colic! He didn’t like the teat very much but he did take it. I found it fiddly to clean with the tube going down the middle and it was prone to leaving which is the last thing you need! I found the sow flow teats too slow for him but the 2nd flow far too fast! So I couldn’t win! They are also expensive but they do the job! - Strengths:

We bought these bottles as a last resort. Willing to try anything to reduce my newborn colic. What can I say, absolute god send. The filter in the middle takes away the air and winding has become much easier. They only downside is trying to make sure the filter is correctly in place when your sleep deprived at 2am, may not also fit all sterilisers as quite big bottles. - Strengths:

These are great bottles to use if you have a colic baby. Really helped my baby with colic best thing about this bottle is once the are no longer colic you can remove the tubing inside the bottle and use as a normal bottle. - Strengths:

After trying out a number of different brands and not agreeing with any of them, we finally decided to buy Dr browns. Although a bit pricey, this product is deffinately worth the money. Starting off with the faults, and although there are a few of them, don't let it put you off the product. To begin, they leak. Putting the lid on does not keep the milk in the bottle. It will leak. Secondly, if the milk is colder, I find my LO can have a little trouble with getting the milk to come out properly. It's fine if the milk is the perfect temperature or warmer, just when the bottles has gone cold. The bottles are quite large compared to others which can make it difficult to fit several in a bag if my LO is staying with family for the night. Overall though, these are fantastic. My poor LO would throw up everytime he had a bottle, and we tried a lot of different brands. But when it came to this bottle, we've never had a problem with this. It definitely cuts winding down by a lot, and although there are a lot of parts per bottle, It is very easy to clean and sterilise. I would deffinately recommend Dr Brown's as it is a truly fantastic bottle.Read more - Strengths:

When my little girl was born we went through all the bottles as she had silet reflux we didn’t know about. When we tried to make the bottles it wasn’t clear that we couldn’t shake the bottles like normal and got boiling hot water / milk all over us! My poor girl was suffering so badly with wind, I tried everything, medications, other bottles, massages and winding techniques but she cried and cried and cried. A friend recommended these bottles and I was at a point that I would try anything. From the day we started using them she became a different baby. Happy. Smiling. Sleeping. I couldn’t believe the difference and I now have my sanity back from weeks of sleep deprivation. This set comes with two small bottles and one big bottle and has all three sizes of teats to last you as your baby grows.

From early days when my daughter was born we were struck with silent reflux and colic. I originally had bought different bottles. I was recommended to by these bottles to help with the colic and reflux. Oh my god this was a god send. After the 1st bottle we noticed the difference and had a completely different baby. The only weakness is the straw part in the bottle comes with a brush to clean but do worry that it doesn’t clean enough but had no problems at all after I started using these bottles. These bottles saved my life when my daughter had colic , was the worst few weeks , recommended by a friend these weee amazing so easy to clean comes with a tiny brush to clean the vent ! And my babies wind improved 100% I can’t recommend these enough .

I purchased these bottles for my youngest son as he really struggled with wind. They were a total life changer and can not describe how much these changed feeding time for me. The special vents stop the bubbles in the formula and once I started using these he was like a different baby.
The only downside is that they can sometimes leak. They are also quite pricey but totally worth it for me. - Strengths:

The bottles are more expensive than other brands. Great to help with colic and wind, it really does help. Although if the milk is too hot it’s leaks. Made up a bottle yesterday, it leaked out and burnt me. You can not shake the milk to mix it if the water is hot, you have to mix it with a knife/spoon. However you can buy something separate to do that. You have to wait for it to cool down before putting the lid on, or it will leak. Best bottles i ever used.my daughter had bad colics and wind, since we used it she slept all night long.it did not leaked but when warm the bottle in the warmer you have to take the lid off as the tube leads all the milk out of the bottle if you keep it on. It does what is made for to reduce colics.

After trying so many bottles for my little boy who had really bad reflux and wind jess helped massively. The bottles are big and are fiddly to clean but they are good quality bottles which will last. After trying 2 other types of bottles these really helped my newborn who was finding other bottles uncomfortable as she fed. These made the flow so much smoother, stopping the milk going down too quickly. She seemed so much more settled when drinking from them. They didn’t solve the colic (but I’m not sure anything does) but she was certainly more comfortable drinking her milk from these bottles and we have continued to use them. My little boy suffered really bad trapped wind on the bottles he was on. We were recommended to give these a try and haven’t looked back since. Have reduced wind by about 80% and we have a super happy baby. They wash really well and are a good stern bottle. The tests are quite thick so take some getting used to.
