Amazing product easy to use baby loves it and so do I. Fits in car perfectly and I love the fact I can keep my baby rear facing for longer. Only downside is it’s very expensive. - Strengths:

We’ve had this car seat since my little one was born. I don’t drive and my partner works so it didn’t make sense for us to have a carry car seat. She’s been comfy in it from the off, she has plenty of room in it to grow. The only downside is the difficulty with space. It’s this that makes us wish we had got the spin instead, although no car seat is perfect. - Strengths:

I decided on this car seat after researching lots of different brands/types. It feels safe and secure and can be used until my daughter is a lot older. This car seat is fantastic and easy to install and remove. It is big and takes up a lot of space in the back. It’s a squeeze to use the middle seat and other passenger seat in the back.Read more
My baby’s head and neck are supported and she doesn’t have the issue where her breathing is restricted because her head is always upright, not slumped forward.
I do find the harness fiddly sometimes and which the two arm straps clipped together and locked before they clipped into the main part. The part you pull to tighten the straps can also be tricky in the rear facing position. - Strengths:

Lovely seat, looks good, baby very comfortable.. plenty of room to grow.. am very pleased with the seat.. reclines so baby can sleep, or sits up so they can look out the window.. front and rear facing, keeps them rear facing for longer which is safer. - Strengths:

I've had this carseat for quite a few months now and it is worth every penny. It was so simple to fit and its really strong and sturdy. I love the fact it will grow with my daughter so it's well worth they money. - Strengths:

This seat is lovely. It has many different positions and my 6month old loves being able to see things in a nice upright position. Managed to catch in when it was on sale in Mothercare so was definitely worth the buy.

I love this car seat! I have the red and burghandy one and i love the colour. My baby always falls to sleep so must be comfy. The only thing i find a bit tricky is getting my baby in and out as you have to put them in sideways. - Strengths:

Love this car seat, using it from 7 months. Yes it’s a little heavy but you’re not taking it in and out the car so I say that converts to sturdiness. Little girl is very comfortable, sleeps “like a baby” in it.Read more
If I could change anything it would be to have ISOFIX both forward and rearward facing, having the belt across the door in rearward is a pain when trying to get baby in and out of car - Strengths:

This is a very sturdy product and good value for money. The only issue I have with it is the seat belt that goes over his legs seem to be quite low. He has a habit of pulling his legs up instead of having them straight so can be a bit of a nightmare is he has just a vest on trying not to pinch his skin. Other than that I would definitely recommend this product as keeps the baby secure so no need to worry if travelling alone with them - Strengths:

This product is great we got this as I didn’t feel comfortable putting my 5 month old forward facing as she had reached the weight limit on our old car seat, now she can stay rearward facing until 18kg and has a better recline when in the rearward facing position we also do not need to have any booster seats in the future as this seat will now last until she no longer needs a car seat. - Strengths:

I bought this for my little boy after he outgrew his first stage car seat. I wanted a product that would last a long time, the joie every stage is perfect for this. My boy used to scream the car down in his old seat, now going for a drive with him is a pleasure he regularly falls asleep in it and always looks so comfortable. I just wish this did them in adult size!Read more
I have found the seat to be quite heavy and it can be quite tricky to install. I didn't think the instructions that came with it were easy to read and resorted to watching You Tube videos to fit it. - Strengths:

This joie carseat is fab value for money. It lasts until 12 years old and fits each age perfectly. Its super easy to install and can rear face until 4 which is a huge must for us as it is so much safer. It is a bit tricky getting in and out but for my little boy to be safer refacing its something I'm happy to deal with. The only issue is that it is super heavy but not a problem if its going to be permentaly in the car. - Strengths:

We purchased the Joie Stages FX after reading lots of reviews and comparisons for other multi-stage car seats, it definitely struck us as the one that stuck out. Installation was super straightforward, just following the blue route for rear facing with the seatbelt fastening. The inserts easily pop in and out and can be adjusted to suit your babies individual needs. There are little pockets on the side to store things like dummies, teethers or even bottles. My baby seems so much happier in this car seat compared to her old portable newborn one. The main drawback as that the isofix function is only useable when the seat is forward facing, however one of the benefits of this car seat is that it can be rear facing for an extended amount of time - up to four years old - but the seat belt function is rather irritating as it crosses the doorway where you need to get baby in. We have recently purchased this for our 6month old daughter as she hated travelling in the car when in the car seat from the travel system as it was to confined for her. Instantly she loved it and was happy instead of screaming! Within seconds she also fell asleep, on the sides of the car seat it has holders to put bottles etc which is handy. We choose this car seat as it would grow with her and we wouldn’t have to keep buying new ones every couple of years. We decided to spend quite a bit extra on the isofix version of this car seat as we didn’t want to have to mess around with the belt all the time, so far my son enjoys being in it and we love that we can rear face him until 18kg.Read more
We have a Peugeot 207 Sport and it fits well, the design seems very strong and safe.
It’s quite bulky but we expected that as it does last until around age 7, which is one of the main reasons we invested more in the isofix version as it will last us for around 6 more years. - Strengths:

First off I will just say that this is a brilliant car seat and I’m very comfortable having my baby in it as I believe it is very safe. The design and look of it is great and it can come in different colours too which is always a plus. The only downsides to this car seat is that it is very bulky and big so it’s not always easy to get an infant in/out of the seat! Also the other downside was that it was very confusing to install as the instructions are not all that clear (at least to me and my partner anyway). All in all though, this car seat is well worth the money as it will grow with your baby for a good few years which means no having to buy another car seat for a while!Read more

I love this car seat because it is the only car seat I will ever need. My baby is currently rear facing and the 3 part newborn insert kept him snug. There needs to be guidance in the instructions for the order to remove the insert in. There are 6 different recline positions- 4 in forward facing and 2 in rear facing which is useful if baby falls asleep forward facing.Read more
One difficulty is that it is difficult to get the baby in over the seatbelt position when rear facing- this would be easily resolved by a 360° swivel function. Once baby is in it is also difficult to tighten the straps. It is a pull cord but this sits against the car seat and is awkward and stiff when baby is in. It can appear as if baby can get his arms out but he hasn't yet.

This product has served us well for our 3 year old and we no this will last until he is 12 years old this was the reason for choosing it. The fact it will last so long.
