I have been using the kinderkraft joy as a permanent bed for my daughter for a month now as she outgrew her Moses basket. She sleeps through the night so it must be comfortable enough for her. I like that the sides are mesh so I can see her from bed without having to get up and that there is a higher sleeping level for pre-standing babies so I don’t need to fall in on the middle of the night when she drops her dummy. The first time setting up this cot I found the instructions weren’t very clear but it is simple enough. Also, when collapsing the cot I couldn’t get all the sides down at the same time and the instructions and videos weren’t helping until I tried one last time and heard a second ‘click’ which allowed the final side to collapse
