Motorola MBP36S Remote Wireless Video Baby Monitor

We got these monitors from our baby being born, she’s now nearly 3 and they are still one of the best things we invested in ! The screen allows you to do so much ! You can move the camera using the parent control , see the temperature of the room , play soothing music in to the room , talk to your child through the monitor ! ... it’s amazing !! When she was newborn it was good to be able to have the option to put her down and still be able to see and hear her , as well as the night vision coming in useful for when the room was dark , .... now she’s a little older it’s good as even if she’s just playing in her room we can move the camera around to see what she’s getting up to , we can talk to her through the monitor if we need to , and also when she’s going to bed we can play lullaby’s to get her to sleep if she’s unsettled !!

I bought these monitors after my niece came to stay with us for the weekend and she had these for her baby girl. My baby was only a few weeks old and wasn’t leaving him by himself but I knew I would eventually Need some and I really liked the look and sound of these. These are really good quality and I’m so pleased with them. My only moan would be the battery isn’t that great. You have to keep them plugged in. It’s not really a problem it’s just once my little one is in bed I tend to express and need the plug nearest me for that. Other then that i can’t fault them.

Good monitors. Have it over 2years it did broke down after year- have been dropped down a lot but we found that you can fix it cheaply on eBay by sending it off. It works again so super happy.
You can see in dark easily. If it’s quiet I can even here my baby breathing what’s reassuring for new parent. I like microphone option giving head start to my daughter that it’s time to wake up.
If you can plug it when it’s use then it’s brilliant

This product is a great purchase it shows the temperature in the room and switches to night mode automatically at night. However when first setting it up it is a little tricky and takes some time to get your head around the connections.

This camera is versatile and works well. Can see my baby sleeping and hearing her puts my mind at rest.
For me it’s a shame you cannot zoom in and the battery life is poor often have to charge or leave plugged in charging

I really like this product I love being able to see my baby asleep while I'm sat downstairs watching TV. the picture is very clear and so is the sound so I can hear he's crying or not. I love that you can move the camera by using the portable screen with the arrows on the side so if the baby moves around you can move with it. I enjoy the fact that you can play lullabies and especially the heartbeat as this seems to soothe my baby. I hate the fact that the battery doesn't last very long I can charge it in and it being charged all day and all night when I take it off charge it seems to only last a couple of hours maybe and then you have to charge it up again. this product is really handy to have and I do love how portable it is the screen size is good so you can see if quite a good proportion of the cot and I like the function where you can talk through the handheld monitor to your baby which can help to soothe them.

Was gifted this product and must say mostly impressed. It has a decent enough camera which is easy to use and install but the battery is somewhat an issue as it does not last long at all. I have also found the night vision is also very poor however sound quality is superb as I can hear my baby breath which puts my worries at ease. It was easy to set up and you can see images very clearly. It can also be zoomed in and out with good quality vision. I love how you can play lullabies too which is extra bonus.

We bought this product as we was using a Wi-Fi only camera and our internet was poor. A friend recommend this too us and it's been fantastic, I love the rotation on the camera (As my son moves a lot!).

The battery is a bit disappointing, can't leave it too long before having to plug it in again but great signal throughout the house.

Good little monitor, I can see my baby clearly enough and there is enough movement in the camera to see most of her even if she shuffels around in her cot. Slight issue is that the battery does not last long at all so it needs plugging in a lot which isn't an issue if you are near one but means it's not very portable

Great little baby monitor. Easy to set up and use. Handy to carry around the house and keep an eye on the babies. Not set up another camera yet but I am going to. Down side is the battery life on the hand held doesn't seem to last long. Over all it's great for the price

Love our monitor. We got it when my son was just little because my partner works away a lot so he could see through the app on his smart phone even when he was abroad with the 6 hour time difference. The separate monitor is great when there’s no internet connection so I can still watch my LO if the Wi-fi is down. Would highly recommend to anyone who was looking for a monitor.

We love this camera so much we have 2, 1 for each child.

The screen can have more than one camera connected to it but we chose not too and to get 2 screens and camera.

It’s really good quality and the night vision is amazing.

The tunes make my son drift straight back off to sleep if he wakes up as they are so soothing.

Only fault I would say is the battery doesn’t last very long without being on charge.

Amazing camera. Love the fact you can add on a second for another child. Love the two way communication for telling my daughter to get back to bed without having to leave the sofa downstairs ?
Great quality and no interference. Battery life is great and video is clear with clear sound. It even plays lullabies?

We upgraded to this after buying a budget video monitor and not being happy with the quality. I'm so pleased we did - the video and audio quality is excellent and it has lasted us for nearly 3 years now! I recommend it to all of my mum friends and several of them have gone on to buy it. The only slight downsides are the battery life isn't amazing and the alarm to alert you to the low battery is very loud (which is good if you forget to plug it in at night!) Also the lowest volume setting is still very loud -ideal with a baby but less fun with a noisy toddler who snores. Minor issues in the big picture and so glad we got this one!

I think this has been our Best Buy for our little one. I can easily go and do other things around the house while our baby has his naps upstairs in his cot. The only downside is the battery life, if this was improved there wouldn’t be any negatives about it.

We have been using the monitor for a while now and it has been great. The monitor allows the option to add multiple cameras to the device which is great for families with more than one child and has a scan option which scans through the different cameras attached so you can view each child without changing any settings. Has all the features most monitors have songs camera turning, zoom in and out etc. Very good clear pictures both during the day and at night. Overall a good purchase and much used baby product.

Great baby monitor, clear picture to keep your mind at ease. Microphone is clear and easy to hear also. Easy to set up and add additional cameras too the main device. Only let down is the battery on the main screen, don't think it helps us having it on/plugged in charging all night though but we have to otherwise it starts bleeping during the night for low battery. Like the fact we can talk through the device also and the baby can hear us in the bedroom from the camera. Long cable for the camera is good too. Easy to use and understand.

Overall, our family have found this product very useful. A year after purchase we’re still using the baby monitor to it’s full potential; to watch and listen to baby, use the inbuilt lullabies to help him sleep and I frequently check the screen for the room temperature so I can judge how to dress baby at bedtime.
We have had to adapt to the issue around charging though, it would appear the charging port has been soldered directly onto the circuit board rather than wired to it meaning the connection quickly became damaged through everyday use. This caused us a lot of frustration in the beginning and as the product was purchased by someone else for our baby shower we were unable to make an exchange.
We have since realised if we wrap the wire in a certain direction the monitor charges fine but this can be an issue when in use by extended family. The battery doesn’t appear to have much life in it but I’m unable to say whether this is the result of our personal issues with charging.

Quality of image is pretty good though it can sometimes be difficult to see specific parts of the screen through the interference. The microphone however, is very sensitive which put us at ease when first bringing baby home; we could hear every gurgle and breath.

I feel the price is far too high for what’s effectively a glorified webcam and monitor screen and if you have the know-how, I’d definitely recommend constructing your own system.

The baby monitor market is quite limited so we did just settle into the quality provided in this product but reflecting on our experience we could’ve done more research around webcams and probably provided ourselves with a marked improvement in picture quality.

Such a good product and great value for money.
Can play music remotely if baby stirs and can also talk through the monitor to the baby which is great. Also alarm will go off if the temperature gets too high.
Only downside for me is the battery isn’t great.

Love this monitor it's so easy to use and clear I've had it for 4 years and it's still going strong I'm using it on my second child. Only issue is the battery on the parent unit doesn't last as long as it use to and it struggles to get signal in my garden.

Overall it’s a great camera and monitor. Had it for nearly 3years and still works perfect. Very nice picture on monitor, good sound.
The buttery gets weak after a while but still work fine with the charger.

This is a great camera with clear picture quality. It’s easy to use and setup. Good value for money. I’ve listed battery life as a weakness but this is only after years of use every battery has a shelf life.

Absolutely love our baby monitor, it has one of the most clear images! Also you can move the camera around the room which is brilliant now I have a toddler that’s on the move. The wireless monitor has excellent signal distance. My all time favourite item I have purchased.

I now have 2 of these video monitors and an additional camera so I have one for downstairs and one in each kids bedroom. They are reliable, have a good range and a great picture and audio. They are really easy to use and the battery lasts quite well as long as you turn the screen off in between. The only slight snag is that the volume doesn't go down low enough! The quietest setting still picks up even the sound of baby gently breathing. This is fantastic for piece of mind and not really a bad thing but may be a problem if you have a snorer and you are a light sleeper!
