We used this until our boy was 7 months and it was a constant lifesaver. Even when he was in his own room we sometimes had to bring him in with us and this allowed it.

It’s easy to use and folds flat for transportation but it is quite heavy. We used to raise the head slightly as our baby had reflux which seemed to help!

    Great product overall.

This crib is a bit pricey as it’s only used for a few months but I loved it! We have limited space in our bedroom so couldn’t have had anything bigger, this fitted perfectly next to the bed. The crib meant that in the early days when I was still sore I could get baby out to feed with ease! I loved that he was so close and I could keep an eye on him and get to him quickly and easy! Couldn’t recommend this crib enough, must have!!

My son was born with really really bad reflux. And my partner and I tried everything you could imagine, to incline his cot or moises basket but nothing made his condition better. After a lot of researching we came across the Chicco next to me cot. And omg!!! This was the solution to all our problems. My son Ezra would wake up every 20 minutes because of his reflux in any other sleeping product. But he now sleeps through the night!. We can’t be more thankful! We can even place his playing mat inside :)

We used this for my daughter until she was 6 months. It was much better than the having a moses basket at bedtime as she grew out of hers at 4 months old and she used to projectile vomit if she was completely flat so the fact that we could raise the crib up on one side was perfect.I loved the fact the crib could be moved to where ever you wanted it and that it was easy to store when it wasn't being used.I didn't find that mine wobbled once it was secured in place however I never took the side off to have it as a co sleeper.

I bought this when I fell pregnant and wanted to have the best of both worlds, baby in cot and baby in bed. It was easy to attach to the bed. It straps under the mattress and is very sturdy.

This cot is very convenient during those early months and has been a lifesaver for night feeds. It was affordable and I’m super happy with how easy it is to collapse and take to the grandparents’ house. Best crib but would be even better with a wider range of colours to choose from.

This product is a really lovely well designed product which lasts a lot longer than a normal Moses basket I love that I can just reach over and check my little man is ok especially being a first time mum it’s really reassuring to know that your baby is right next to you with out the fear of falling asleep on the bed with the baby brilliant product from birth So glad I chose this instead of a Moses basket

I genuinely love this product. My daughter hated her Moses basket and the next to me crib made sure she had a good night's sleep, safely next to me. As I'm breastfeeding having her next to me is great and I can easily soothe her back to sleep if she is tiring. The adjustable height feature has helped to prevent my daughter's colic from developing further and the neutral colour means I can use it for my next child whether I have a boy or a girl. The travel bag means it can be neatly packed away and stored ready for when travelling to another city. The only down said is the feet don't lock in place against my devan bed so they stick up ever so slightly, so I have to make sure the straps are tightly attached so that the feet stay aligned with my bed.

Someone bought me this product as a gift when I moved into my own house with my new born son as he was sleeping in his Moses basket at first. It takes a while to set up and a lot of instruction following which can be a little hard to understand but I managed to set up on my own so it's manageable. I felt that the cot was very sturdy and it's great that it can also be used as a travel cot too. You are able to adjust the height to suit your bed and able to swivel the feet round so that it is stationary or can be wheeled into position more easily. Nice choice of colours too.

Is great so far, lots of room for wriggling. Great for breastfeeding and also compact enough to store away and use as a travel cot.

I saw these while I was pregnant and always said no way would I buy one as they were a bit expensive. However 3 days after having my baby I ordered one online and I’m so glad I did.
I struggled the first few nights getting baby out of the Moses, feeding then putting him back. He hated it. Once we got the next to me he was always so close so I could check on him and put my hand on him any time. It’s so easy to just grab him and put him on me for a feed then put him back without having to move.

We borrowed a chicco next to me crib when our youngest was 6 weeks old and were off holidaying in the UK and I loved it!
The ease of assembly and the fact it folded flat to take away was perfect. The crib can be angled which was great for a baby with a cold and/or suffering with reflux and you can gently rock the crib which helped ease baby off to sleep.
Only down side I’d say is the price; on returning the crib to our friend we ended up buying a very similar crib, which worker just as well+included two fitted mattress sheets, but for half the price!

I loved our next to me. It was great for breast feeding in the night and sometimes when my baby woke I could settle him just by putting my hand on his chest.
It had a longer life span than a Moses basket would have had which was good as I wasn’t ready for my son to go into his own room so soon.
The next to me is a little pricey but I thought it was worth it.
I found it difficult to find sheets to fit and I didn’t think the chicco ones were very good quality but I did find some nice brushed cotton ones on amazon which fitted well.

I love my next to me as I have never liked the idea of bed sharing but I am breastfeeding and my four month old doesn't like sleep much. Its the height of your bed as you can adjust it, and it can be tilted for reflux or stuffy noses, and it's got a firm but comfortable mattress. My little boy hated the moses basket but went down to sleep in this like a dream. Even with the side up there's a see-through mesh so you can still see baby. The only issue we've had is there is a little plastic Zip at either end when the sides are down that seem to always end up sticking inwards. My little boy often wriggles to the corner and has been scratched on the zipper, so I've had to cover them with elastic plaster strip.

I love this product and the security and peace of mind it have me and my husband. Having my baby close by makes night time feeding quick and convenient. The only downside is that the legs don't fit under my bed so don't feel like it is as close and secure as it could be.

Well.. I have used this to death! I loved loved loved this for when my baby was newborn, I liked that I didn’t have to get out of bed to feed her in the night. I love the mesh panel so you can see through it and it’s breathable for baby’s safety.
I stopped using it when my baby went into her cot but used it as a travel cot when staying at other houses because it’s so easy and compact and baby loved sleeping in it.

I loved the idea of having my baby next to me with the cot side down. However, my baby would not settle in this cot. The mattress was really firm and couldn’t have been comfortable at all! As soon as I moved her into a full sized cot with a good mattress, she sleeps in her bed every night. It’s a shame as the cot was lovely. Hopefully a slightly more comfortable mattress design will
Come out. I understand firm is best for babies but it was like sleeping on a rock.

Loved this crib from moment i saw it! Fantastic for attaching to the bed (divan/slated) and could be used with the side up for when be placed in other rooms in house. This crib is also great when you have an unexpected birth experience where you are limited to your movement so made it easy to slide my son in and out for feeds. Also great for babies with reflux like my son who needed the crib slanted to help him sleep at night. Only downside he got too used to being close to us so when it was time for a cot he didn't like to sleep anymore. A little pricey considering it can only last until they sit up but well worth the money.

We've had this since LO was 6 weeks old as he wouldn't settle in his moses basket at night. It's been a god send! We don't actually have it next to the bed as our room is quite small but the mesh side allows you to see through and also as the legs bend it still fits snugly at the bottom of the bed. We also use it when baby stays out as it's easy to put down/up and comes with a carry bag. Yeah it's a bit pricey but I think it isn't that bad when you look at quality and other products on the market. We actually bought ours second hand. The mattress is really firm.and we bought new sheets, I'm sure you could buy a new mattress if you wanted to. It's also great as it allows my baby to be in the same room as me for much longer as it is roomy. We have a cot bed for him in his own room as it doesn't fit in our bedroom. So yes especially if you have a smaller bedroom I would say to buy one of these immediately!!!
