I used Pregnacare since the beginning of my pregnancy and I didn't have any side effects.
My iron level was always high while I used it.
I switched to the Pregnacare PLUS as it contains Omega 3 that is important for the brain development.
As a nutritionist, I am very careful of the composition and I was pleased to see that it didn't contain vitamin A as other pregnancy products do. Vitamin A shouldn't be given as a supplement to a pregnant women, it can be harmful to the baby.

I thoroughly enjoy taking these vitamins, as they give me peace of mind, knowing that they contain everything both myself and my baby need for the pregnancy, and overall development. It is of the highest priority to ensure that the tablets are taken, and these are high-quality as well, so you know you can trust you are getting everything you need. However, they are very expensive, at a time when you are spending a lot of money, preparing for a child.
I took these everyday with my first pregnancy and am again with my second. Midwife advised me to take them as they have everything you and your little one need . With my second I went out and bought them soon as I found out I was pregnant . Wouldn't go without them now they are great.

A good balance of the required vitamins and minerals for pregnancy but they are very expensive in comparison to o4her brands. Tablets are quite large so can get stuck when swallowing. Also have a funny taste/smell
I was originally taking folic acid and vitamin D separately but then I was given these at my 12 week scan in a Bounty bag. They have all the vitamins I need without making me feel sick like other brands. They are expensive but worth it to know that I am taking care of the baby and myself.
Pregnancy vitamins do as they say on the tin all the vitamins mum and baby need. Only down sides they are quite big and can leave a aftertaste. Nothing else to add.
When o find out I was pregnant I use to feel.
So tired all the time and decide I gonna try to get some vitamines and since I start to take them I feel better. They are a bit more expensive that other brands and the size they have and they are not easy to. swallowing. But is a good products in general.
Only one pill per day, great ingredients especially a bit of magnesium and calcium
Weaknesses:
Would like omega 3

These are great for taking daily, so easy to get the exact nutrients you need from them and would trust the brand 100%. Have bought them throughout pregnancy and will continue to do so after birth
i took this tablets during my pregnancy and i had no problems at all. all my blood test were perfect, no iron or calcium deficit. i am a very healthy person and my usual diet didn't change but i had the extra vitamins and minerals i needed. quite expensive tablets but i have got an offer from boots and i still did take them after having my baby to help the breastfeeding. now i have changed to cheap multivitamins
I was taking trying to conceive vitamins before I brought these from amazon. Although slightly expensive they are worth it as it has everything mum and baby need. Midwife said that my sons umbilical cord was one of the thickest she'd seen before, she said it was good for baby so I'm assuming these little vitamins had something to do with it aswell as nutrition. They are large and sometimes I used to struggle to swallow them with water which is also when I would get a weird taste from them. I also get a handful of sample packs in my bounty pack which was great as these can sometimes get expensive.
When first finding out I was pregnant I was told you need to take folic acid, but my midwife recommended pregnacare original because it has so many benefits and helps give baby the best possible start. Though you can't tell a difference when taking them, I trust they were giving me and my baby all the goodness we needed. However these were not the easiest pill to swallow and it is quite big, and has a rather unpleasant taste and smell. But with each pregnancy I would 100% take these again.
In my first pregnancy I took a folic acid supplement but was recommended these by a friend for my second pregnancy. I have definitely noticed a boost in my energy levels since taking them! They have helped me to feel less lethargic and I feel the condition of my skin has improved too. The size of the tablet is quite large so if you have difficulty taking medication I would be wary. I have also found that you need to take these tablets on a full stomach (which can be hard if you can’t keep food down due to pregnancy sickness!) I will continue to take these through my pregnancy.
Contains all the vitamins and minerals required for pregnancy.

Used pregnacare throughout my whole pregnancy and found I've feel great and full of energy. Negatives are that packs are slightly expensive and tablets are quite large which can be difficult to swallow is suffering with morning sickness.
The tablet is quite large. Took until the 2nd trimester because my gag reflex improved.

Product does what it is it will do. I find these tablets to be good. The only flaw is the size of the tablets and the price is quite high compared to the own branded products such as boots. During my first trimester I couldn't take these due to my poor gag reflex and until my morning sickness inproved, which was not until the end of the second trimester did I feel I could take these every night. I also find my heart burn gets worse after but that could just be a standard pregnancy symptom.
It’s an all in one product, with what is required for pregnancy
Weaknesses:
Personally, I find the tablet too big so it’s displeasing to swallow

As recommended by GP and Midwife I discovered pregnacare, and was assured that it’s good enough to take during pregnancy. Although I have to take extra supplements for low iron deficiency, I have been getting what is required from this all in one tablet.
Only downside for me is the sizing of the tablet, it’s too big and isn’t pleasing to swallow.
I will admit I sometimes forget to take it and those days I do, I can feel a difference. Extra Tiredness and lack of energy. Hair and nails are looking fab , don’t know if it is because of the tablet or just pregnancy in general!
Some reviewers and people I know have said they experience sickness from this, luckily I have not had any sickness with this :)
It makes you feel as though you are helping your baby.
Weaknesses:
If you're suffering with morning sickness, you're potentially vomiting away £1.50 every morning.

As a pregnant lady who suffers with a crippling fear that I am some how not providing my baby with the best nutrients and vitamins (especially when cravings have you living on jelly and cereal); taking these supplements every day helped ease my mind and made me feel like I was going right by my fetus. However, during a rather nasty month of continuous nausea, I was left resenting the staggeringly expensive amount I'd forked out for tablets that sadly wound up in my toilet before they could do my baby any good. Now that I am past this unpleasant stage, I am back on these tablets; but during that period I took a cheaper, supermarket brand alternative, and honestly they were just as good.
I took these vitamins throughout both of my pregnancies and would have it no other way. Taking them made me feel both me and baby got what we needed alongside a healthy diet. I would strongly recommend these to expectant mum's!
It is a brilliant way to get the vitamins you need

I found the price of these tablets okay, but after shopping around i have found cheaper brands. I struggled to swallow them and found they made me feel very sick. I was struggling with morning sickness so it could of been that. I was pleased to get the vitamins i needed.
I feel like I did notice the difference when taking these tablets! They were easy to swallow and don’t have a horrible taste to them. I thought they were quite expensive though!!
Great produt was recommended by my midwife as i suffer from alot of vitamin deficiencies they have really helped and i love the fact there are different boxes for different stages.
This product has everything you need for mum and baby and can be taken after birth for Brest feeding only thing I would say is the price is a little high.
Although I love the idea of taking vitamins regularly throughout pregnancy, I found taking these tablets coupled with morning sickness a really hard task. The size of them made my gag reflex kick into action and I’ve had to switch to smaller own brand alternatives.
Comfort that you are taking all the correct vitamins.
Weaknesses:
With the original you should really take a fish oil vitamin as well (not from fish liver!).

These vitamin pills are very big and don't taste nice. I also would prefer to take them when I get up in the morning rather than trying to remember to have them with my main meal in the evening. It's too easy for me to forget, whereas if I forget to take them in the morning I still have the rest of the day to remember. I do like the day of the week packets though because with another brand that were a tub of pills, I couldn't always remember if I had taken my vitamins that day or not.
After being told these days by the midwife you have to take these all through your pregnancy I do find them an expensive must have, however it is great to be assured that you have all your vitamins in 1 tablet.
I found these tablets great as you have everything you need for pregnancy within one tablet. The only difficulty I personally had was when I had morning sickness -for 20 weeks!- I struggled to take these as they were so big and made me heave trying to take the tablet. Will continue to take the next step tablets when baby is here.
