I’ve used many pushchairs in my time as a mother so the second time round I really needed a good pushchair which was value for money.
the oyster 2 although a model below the current oyster is such a good pushchair.
I’ve used it with my 3mo since birth. It’s easy to steer and so lightweight I can carry it as a whole up and down the stairs with no problems.
It’s not a bulky pushchair so it’s easy to get on public transport with.

I’ve used it with the seat attachment from birth rather than a carry cot. The seat goes down very far back and the straps keep baby secure. (Pic attached) and I used a larger muff to keep baby feeling secure.

All in all it’s been a great pushchair to have as the previous ones I’ve used have always broken.

I absolutely adore this pram, I have used to oyster 2 for both my children
It has lasted me so far 3 years, it has a strong and sturdy frame, has many different attachments, can have different colour packs added to it to make it last longer and can attach car seats to the frame which makes life easier when going out.
It is easy to fold and place in the car, the only quibbles I have with it is that it can take up all the boot space depending on the car as have to separate the seat from the chassis but it is smaller than other travel systems I have seen.
I have had issues with the front wheels as one of the front wheels has become stiffened over time and doesn’t turn with ease anymore.

Amazing pushchair! Great value for money, and grows with baby to toddler.
Looks great and easy to clean.

Only negative is it’s hard to push when only using one hand, but no big issue.

It's an amazing stroller, loved since the day i bought it. I am very petite so to find a good stroller for my height was a big struggle. I went to many places looked at different brands but didn't like them as few of them were huge n did not suit me at all. Then I found this stroller , and straight away decided to buy it. It was little expensive but definitely it's a value for money. Just one down side it is lil bit heavy but if I can carry it anyone can ,apart from that this is the best stroller. Love it ?

We used this push chair with our first baby. It’s fab adjusting height for carry cot and car seat fits with adapters. We got up until 6 months with the carry cot but then only another 6 months with the push chair seat as our little boy is very tall.

We borrow it from friend for our holiday. We have new Silver Cross Chelsea and we didn't want to damage it when travelling by plane. We totally fall in love with Oyster and I don't want to use anymore Silver Cross. Oyster is much easier to push around, push is smooth, very comfortable for baby, easy to fold and can be folded with seat in it, lovely foam material inside. Simply we love it. Is an excellent pushchair!!!

    • Strengths:

The pram is very lightweight which makes it easier for a mum to carry in and out of a car

All in all the Oyster is a great pram for any parent, I’ve used the product over many terrains and not had any difficulty. The pram is small enough to get in and out of my car (I have a crossover), and is light enough for me to lift it in and out too. My daughter appears very comfortable and has fallen asleep several times in it.

I think the product is very good value for money and looks great. There is big storage under the pram, I am able to clip my bag to the steering wheel but I imagine an average sized maternity bag would fit well under the pram. I am 5ft but can adjust the handle perfectly to make it comfortable for me to push, my husband is taller and he adjusts the handle and finds it comfortable also.

We couldn’t find many faults with the pram other than the fact that I have caught my finger putting the pram down a couple of times. Overall all we are extremely pleased with the product.

I used the oyster pushchair with my daughter from birth. She was 5 weeks premature and we used the seat unit in the lie flat position and cosy toes with ease. She was always very comfortable and secure. The pushchair glides over most surfaces it's so easy and smooth to push. Compared to other pushchairs around I feel it's a very fair price for what you receive. Would deffienatly use this pushchair again if we were to have baby number 2.

We bought this pushchair when my son was 4 months old as he hated lying in the pram but we felt he was still too little to be in a push chair all the time.
It's perfect for us as my son can look around when we are out on walks but if he falls asleep we can lay him flat. I also love how the hood comes right down when the chair is upright which will be great for the summer months to provide shade! There is also an insect net folded away in the seat which is such a great idea as you'll never lose it!
I wish we had bought this from the start as we absolutely love our oyster!

We love this pushchair, it’s cosy and had lots of extras with it when we got it. Apart from having to take off the chair to fold it up it’s really easy to use. It was great value for money and with a set of adaptors you can put pretty much any car seat on it which is helpful with a tiny baby when you’re just going in one shop.

I absolutely adore this pushchair, it folds small enough for our boot to still have plenty of room. The seat unattaches from the base and also folds which is a huge plus for us. My son is more than comfortable in it and regularly falls asleep. I do not have a bad word about this.

The seat unit can be changed easily from parent facing to world facing, and reclines very smoothly.

Brilliant pushchair! I needed some merging affordable but would last until my daughter outgrew it. The oyster2 is very light weight, and easy to push. Car seats easily clips on and off the frame with the correct adaptors. The seat unit is suitable from newborn, so no need to spend more on a carrycot which they would outgrow quickly. Seat can recline almost flat, and very smoothly, so when baby falls asleep you don't disturb them when reclining. Basket is a good size, not massive, but fits a good amount of shopping on, but the frame is sturdy enough to hang plenty of bags off, even when your changing bag is attached. I would recommend this pushchair, and would definitely select this same one if I had to choose again.

I brought this pram after wanting something small to fit easily in the boot with space for shopping. I was amazed at how small this folded and it was also so lightweight so easy to lift in and out of the car. It can also be folded as one (although it gives a bigger fold so I tend to separate it).

The pram itself feels sturdy. My son always looks happy and comfortable in it. The seat also parent or world faces and has a fairly large hood. You can also get colour packs if you want to change the hood colour in the future.
