Really happy with these! They put my mind at ease knowing I am getting all the vitamins and minerals my baby needs. I always take mine at dinner which means its easy to remember!
For me these were pretty reasonably priced considering its everything you need to keep your baby healthy during pregnancy but after my first midwife appointment she gave me other tablets for free which contain folic acid and Vitamin D, which is all she said they recommend for pregnant ladies.
I found them fairly easy to swallow even though I'm not a huge fan of tablets.
They have been important for me in the first few weeks due to nausea. Contain all essential vitamins

Nausea in the first few weeks of pregnancy has left my usual varied diet, very restricted at a time when it’s extra important for me to be getting all essential vitamins. Taking these has been piece of mind that my body & baby is still getting everything that it needs to develop. The omega is an added bonus ?
I started taking these before I was pregnant as I had heard that was best and have continued since becoming pregnant.
I am really reassured that everything me and baby need is in these tablets. I like the addition of the Omega 3 as even if you do eat fish getting the right amount needed can be really tricky. I now know that even if I have a day where I feel a little off and don't want to eat too much I am always getting what I need.
Only downside is the tablets are quite large in size for people who don't like taking tablets.
The days are easily labelled on the foil tablet packet
Weaknesses:
It is costly and there are 2 tablets to swallow

These vitamins are a great addition to my pregnancy routine. My midwife said these were the best around. I did try the Pregnacare Max but found they made me feel sick so swapped to these. My hair and nails are in excellent condition and incredibly strong, I’m reassured that my baby will be growing strong and healthy too.
I have been using these since the 7th week and still in my daily diet. Very happy that I could add every vitamin which I need, especially at the beginning when had problems with eating.
My diet didnt always contain all the vitamins and minerals i should have to help baby to grow healthy so Pregnacare was perfect to maintain them for me and the baby.
Was given these by my midwife as I had been incredibly lethargic and was having horrible breakouts from hormones. A week of taking these and I noticed a dramatic difference! Skin is glowing, more energy and baby is super healthy! Definitely worth the price!
Gave me peace of mind throughout my pregnancy. Suffered with severe morning sickness till 24weeks. So great in the early days to keep me topped up in the essentials. My skin and nails are the best they have ever been.
I have been using them since before I got pregnant. Contain everything needed for foetus. Have days of week on capsules so you never miss a capsule. Great product

Have taken those vitamins during all my pregnancy. It’s easy as you have more vitamins in one pill and helps healthy development of the baby and keep mommy healthy
I bought these on a deal when I found out I was expecting, I take them everyday (except the odd occasion where I forget!) And have not had any problems so far with my iron levels etc. All are perfect each time I am checked and blood pressure everything is doing well. I believe these to be the perfect supplement for pregnancy as you only need one per day and they have all the correct levels of nutrients you need to keep the baby growing healthy.
It’s peace of mind knowing me and baby are getting all the goodness we need! Promotes development of the brain and eyes. Tablets are labelled with the days of the week so you know if you have missed one.

Iv been taking these vitamins since I found out I was pregnant and although advised I can stop after the 1st trimester I bought them 3 for 2 so will probably continue taking them until the baby’s here now, can’t say iv felt any benefits but it’s nice for the piece of mind I’m doing the best for our baby.
I took these at the beginning and at the end of my pregnancy because i wanted to have the omega 3 pills, especially because i don't like to eat fish. So they are a good replacement if you are in the same situation like me. Price it is a bit too much, in pharmacy you can find these pills at more than 10£!
This supplement gives you all the key vitamins and minerals you need to develop a healthy baby. Before I started taking this my blood results showed severe anemia with a real lack of vitamin D. I have been taking this since the 4th week of my pregnancy and it has really helped me get my essential vitamins back up.
The only downside I have found is that it doesn't help with the nausea as I find it makes that slightly worse. Nevertheless, I have continued to take it as I'm weighing up the benefits I get from it.
I find it reasonably priced and a trust worthy product.
This product is great if used every day, it keeps you energetic and makes you feel confident that you and your baby are getting all the vitamins you need
Although quite expensive, you can often get them on offer. It provides all needed for mother and baby in just one pill which is good. I think they helped, specially in those first months where you feel so drained. Definitely recommend!
Labelling each tablet with a day of the week helps you keep track of when you’ve taken your tablets
Weaknesses:
The tablets are quite large so for some people may not be able to swallow them easily

I opted for the pregnacare with omega 3 because I don’t eat fish, and wanted to ensure I was having the correct amount of omega 3, and that it didn’t interfere with the folic acid tablets I needed to take.
These large tablets are on the expensive side, and I imagine that women who struggle to swallow tablets might find the large tablets difficult to swallow.
I do like how the packs are labelled with days so it’s clear if you’ve missed a day.
These are great as you know you are getting everything you and baby need, especially if meals aren’t staying down! However they do need to be taken on a full stomach and I found this difficult when my all day morning sickness was at it’s worst and I took just a folic acid supplement on those days. They can make sickness worse if not taken with or after food.
They are also very pricey, tho Tesco often have them in the 3 for2 offers.
Overall would take these over any other brand
I switched to this one after using the normal Pregnacare as I wanted to increase my consumption of Omega 3, which are important for brain development.
I got confused by the label. they say the box contains a certain number of capsules, that I assimilated to the number of days I would use it, and that was confusing as you actually have to take 2 tablets a day. They probably play on that, they should just say 'for 26 days' rather than '52 tablets'.
I took it every evening after dinner and didn't have any side effects. My blood analysis always looked fab.
I recommend it !

Pregnacare gives you the comfort that you all taking all the essential vitamins you should be and the plus version includes the fish oil vitamins as well. They have handy day-of-the-week packaging so you can keep track of whether you have missed any but I personally don't like taking them in the evening with my main meal as it is too easy for me to forget. They also very big pills if you have trouble swallowing big pills.

I have used these supplements since I found out I was pregnant and I think they’ve helped together with my diet to provide both baby and I with everything we need. My energy levels are good and I have not become anaemic. They are expensive though.
