I love this car seat, it was a bit heavy to carry but love that it comes with a little hood for shade and a cosy toes to keep the baby extra warm! The designs and colours was amazing and also liked the fact that it not only fits onto a travel system but also a stroller from silver cross as well !

This car seat has been fantastic for my daughter. I felt it was the most sturdy looking out of all car seats and had the most padding for the babies. She has never had a problem getting in and the ease of use is fantastic. It is very easy to use without a base also. Now at 7 months she is finding the foot muff too tight but is happy with it removed. Very pleased!

This car seat came in the bundle when I purchased my silver cross which was great that I didn't need to purchase separately. The car seat itself is really sturdy as you'd expect but still keeps baby comfy. Really handy that the hood and foot muff are detachable. As a first time mum with not a clue what I was doing I found it really easy to fit into the car safely. The problem with the seat I found was adjusting the straps to fit the baby. I found it extremely difficult to loosen them up and when it came to tightening them it seemed to tighten in the wrong places which is quite frustrating. The car seat should fit babies up to 9 to 12 months from birth but it was way too small for my son at 6 months and I had to purchase a new seat.

We purchased the simplicity to match our silver cross pram. It comes with adapters so can be used on the pram wheels to make up a travel system. This is easy to use. The matching isofix base is also easy to install and fits a wide range of cars. It comes with new born insert and head cushion. The hood could be a bit better, I would prefer if it attached to the handle to provide better cover from rain etc. It’s also quite heavy to carry even without a baby in it.

This is a top quality car set that fits the full bill. It’s fabric cover is unclippable enabling me to give it a thorough wash after the inevitable baby accidents! You can change the colour of the cover and get a rain cover to fit. It clips onto all silver cross chassis which the right clips! All round great buy.

I bought the silvercross car seat with my pushchair, it was very easy to fit on to my pushchair and in to the isofix base in the car however my little one constantly looked uncomfortable, I bought some inserts to try and support her head a little more and make it more comfortable for her! I also wasn’t a big fan of the straps, A couple of times they became twisted and I had to get in to the back to untwist them!

We got this as part of a travel system. Very handy for fitting on the pram especially when lo has fallen asleep on the journey. No need to wake them up. The only issue I had was it's a little on the heavy side for carrying and also my lo always snores in it due to the position of her head. I've now moved onto a static car seat.

This product is disappointing. It is VERY heavy for one. The pulls down about 3 cms so no protection what so ever. No point of it being there to be honest. My baby looked so uncomfortable when I first sat him in it and still does now at 4 months. the adjustments at the back make no difference I don't think, just makes everything more uncomfortable.

This car seat came free with our Silver Cross Pram. It is easy to use when paired with the isofix base, clicking into the car and onto the chassis of the pram easily (with clips that come with the pram). It is easy to get out of the car however when clipped onto the pram it can be a bit awkward as it needs you to use 2 hands to press each button and then end up lifting the seat awkwardly.
Initially as a newborn (9lb) baby my daughter looked really uncomfortable in the seat and her head was not well supported. Other seats that some of my friends used looked comfier and better supported for smaller babies. As she grew she looked comfier, although the head support still isn’t good when asleep.
The button you press to release the straps is positioned on the bottom half of the seat, which as my daughter got older she was able to knock with her foot. When she did this and arched her back she was able to loosen the straps. This is a design flaw in my opinion and meant we had to move her up to the next seat when she was only 5.5 months so that she couldn’t loosen the straps by accident.
Overall, it’s an adequate car seat but for any future children I would choose an alternative for a newborn.

This car seat was bought as part of a package deal with our pram so we use it with the pram. With the help of some converter clips it fits on to our pioneer chassis, which is very useful when popping into a shop. Its easy to use, two buttons either side release the handle which has different fixed positions and it's very simple to fit to a car with a seatbelt. We found that with the isofix it's a very steep angle, a problem a lot of people seem to have had so make sure to check it on your car make and model as we spent extra on an isofix Base and now aren't using it. We do think it's quite heavy to carry, but don't have a comparison of other car seat so that may be the norm. Its very cosy and has a cover that attaches by two elastic toggles, making it nicely fitted over babies feet. This is great for when your using it on the chassis out and about and also helps keep baby protected from the cold to and from the car. It has a small hood but this isn't very long, so does little to shade sun or keep rain off. I would advise buying a car seat rain cover for it. A nice little car seat all in all.

I had this car seat because I got it to go with the travel system. I love how it clicks onto the pram base really easy and so easy to use with the isofix base.
But it really did not look comfy for my baby, her head wasn’t supported much and looked too sat up for a newborn. It’s really heavy and the hood is pretty much useless. I did like the foot muff that comes with it, that extra bit to keep the baby warm was really useful.

I bought this product in 2015 as part of the travel system as it can also be attached to the buggy. As both of our babies didn't like laying flat and wanted to be able to look around, using the car seat as part of the buggy gave us another option away from the carrycot when they weren't quite big enough for the pushchair (not recommended for use until 6 months).
It's very sturdy and has a great design with lots of lovely colours to choose from. Also has an option of using the seatbelt or isofix system in the car. One big weakness was how heavy the seat is even without the baby in it, which makes it hard to manoeuvre the baby in the car seat from the car I to the house (not good when you don't want to disturb them from sleep!)

We were very excited to use this car seat as we loved that we could easily use this with the silvercross frame when out and about as the carrycot didn’t fit in the car. However, we quickly realised that the baby hated the car seat! He screamed whenever we went in the car, and he looked so uncomfortable - if he was asleep his head would flop around and have no support at all. This worried me, the seat seems to be too upright compared to other brands of car seat such as Maxi Cosi, and you are unable to adjust this. We eventually had to purchase another car seat which is more led back, and our baby now has no issues in the car!

This was the first car seat I had for my little one, it is good however the size of it is a bit of an issue if you have a small car it's hard to fit it in safely. In general it's good for safety of your child and its purpose but the issue of its size may cause a few issues for people with small cars.
