We love this car seat, it makes getting our son in and out of the car so much easier. He loves the fact that the chair moves and always giggles when it spins towards us! I have no negatives to say about it. I can only recommend it!

I love this car seat it's so easy to use with being able to turn it around it saves my back trying to get him in rear facing, the only downside is that babies head can sometime drop forward when falling asleep.

Brilliant chair from newborn. I have two of these (one for each car) and would definitely recommend. Its great if you have a bad back so you don't have to lean in the car to get baby out of the seat.

As a mother of a tall 10 month old we decided to take the plunge and upgrade from her infant carrier which she was starting to look cramped in. The ability to spin from forward to rear facing was a massive selling point for me as o felt she would enjoy the occasional forward facing trip but didn’t want to commit to it full time. She is much comfier and happier in this seat than she was in her infant carrier and sleeps well in it as well as being able to see out the window. The straps are easy to put on and tighten and the head rest is adjustable as they get older/taller. For my next baby I will definitley go for one of these first rather than wasting time and money on an infant carrier first!

*My review of this product is only for its use as a newborn seat. I have kept the seat in the hope that it is as good as a first stage seat as I have heard.*

I purchased the Joie 360 to use from newborn. For the duration of the time I used the seat with my newborn I was concerned that the shoulder straps seemed to sit on the very edges of his shoulders and so I worried that, in he event of an accident, his body could slip through the middle of the straps. Secondly, he screamed almost from day one every time we went anywhere in the car. It made journeys very stressful. After a few weeks (when his legs had grown and it became more obvious) I realised that the 'lap' straps were digging hard into his legs, enough to leave red marks. I returned the seat to the shop I purchased it from and the manager was so distressed by how upset he was in the seat she offered an immediate refund. I was very disappointed as the rest of the seat was ideal. The spinning function was excellent, the padding of the seat was very comfortable and supportive and the angle of the seat meant that his head never dropped forward. The only problem (albeit a big problem) was the fitting of the straps to my newborn with all the newborn inserts in place. I have kept the seat to use as a stage 1 seat as I have heard so many good reviews of it being used with older babies.

Overall I like the car seat, it is very easy to use and the spin feature makes life easier, however I brought this car seat for a newborn and it wasn’t suitable at all despite it saying that it was. Now that my baby is a bit older we love the car seat. The only downside is that the car seat is very padded out so my son can barely move his arms around whilst he’s in there.

The face on my parents and in-laws face when they first saw me swivel her round and out with ease says it all. No climbing over to get them in and out and fighting with the buckle. She will instantly go to sleep in her car seat, so very comfortable. Easy to use and will be long lasting feom birth to 4 years.

this is the best product that i purchased and is very useful. i love being able to turn the baby to put her in or even to feed her in her seat when on long journeys. i have adjusted it as she has grown very easily even when holding her to remove items. i also love that it isnt removed so i know it is fitted safely every time. only downside is that my babys head falls forward now iv removed the inserts because she has got too big but that is likely to happen in a lot of car seats. will definitely be purchasing another for my future babies.

This car seat is the best option if you want a swivel one, but on the cheaper side. Best value for money. It is so easy to put your baby in and out or turn during drive if you needed. The only let down is that it's not much lying down position so babies head can fall forward when asleep, but it hasn't really bothered my baby to sleep in it. I would definitely buy it again.
