This is the pram I have, when I first saw it i taught it was beautiful and was the pram I wanted from the start, it’s beautiful to push it moves very nicely the quality is fantastic, I get compliments on it all the time when out but it’s not easy to travel with and fold down, I don’t drive but when out with family it is a pain and it doesn’t fit in everybody’s car boot , takes up a lot of space, also with the carry cot on the basket underneath is very hard to use as there’s hardly any room to get anything in the basket, it’s a beautiful pram but not the handiest

This is a good functional pram overall. Pros: large enough for baby to be comfortable but compact enough for storage. Both stroller and pram are well designed, easy to use and fold (but see cons for comments on stroller). Available in different colours but you need to pay extra.
Cons: rigid frame and small wheels mean it's difficult to raise pram when going over curbs. Stroller can be rear or front facing but the seat has to be removed from frame and manually rotated; would be easier if this could be adjusted by turning the handle over instead.

I fell in love with my pram as soon as I saw it, my son loves it and it is so easy to steer.
My son is 5 months old and has just gone into the upright pram and he loves being able to see everything and stay warm at the same time.

I bought this pram back in November 2016 .firstly I had only had the pram about 1 month and the handle became wobble. The chassi seemed as though it would collapse.the wheels are cheap and tackie. This pram is terrible and I would never buy one again.

    • Strengths:

Easy to transfer baby from car to chassis if using silver cross simplicity car seat.

Looks lovely chrome nice and shiny. The car seat attaches to the chassis when on the move which is easy when out and about without disturbing baby. Carrycot comfy but my baby outgrew this at 4 months and was more comfy in the pushchair lay back which she loved being able to see the world around her.
Fab range of colour packs if you fancy a change of colour. Big shopping basket.

    • Strengths:

Strong travel system that’s easy to steer

    • Weaknesses:

Can be quite heavy to lift and takes up a lot of boot space

A great travel system that’s built to last, in fact I’ve used it with both of my children. The cot (which both babies have preferred to sleep in compared to thier Moses basket or crib) and stroller seat click easily onto the base, so setting up the pram is a breeze! The stroller seat can also be front or rear facing, handy if you have a fussy toddler.
The pram has a large storage basket at the base (and a cup holder for those much needed coffees!) but you would need to buy bag clicks if you want to hang anything off the handle bar. The handle bar however is height adjustable, perfect for when the hubby’s pushing the pram.

The main downfall to the system is the weight, it can be very heavy. Lifting it up and down steps especially with a child in the pram is a major task! Even folded down the pram can be a bit weighty, we found that it can only fit in some cars. My old Citroen c3 was a struggle to get the base and travel cot in, my Vauxhall’s Astra however is much easier. The pram does take up the majority of boot space so no ideal if your on a major shopping trip.

Overall I’d say the pram is great, we’ve taken it on strolls which have rocky terrain and had no problems at all! The pram is highly recommended just be careful if you have a small car!

Love my wayfarer. Get bored of prams really easily but this one's for keeps. Daughter also loves it as she can face me and interact with me rather than sleeping.

This was a great pram to use with a newborn. The carry cot, car seat and rear facing seat was fantastic. Can feel quite bumpy on uneven surfaces, however this never bothered baby. Great fit of footmuff and rain cover. Rain cover folds small into little bag and doesn’t take up room in the basket.
Big basket for shopping, very deep.
Once seat is toddler seat and forward facing, the seat is very close to the handle even at full extension. This makes it very difficult to push. I also found the frame at the wheels bent when trying to get up and down steps/pavements with the seat facing this way.

I have found it easy to steer & push around. Its easy to fold & fits nicely in the boot of a car. there is a huge selection of colours to choose from what are beautiful & good in quality.
The carry cot is a really good size & so is the seat.

I do love this travel system it’s easy to use and lightweight as I had c section so did not want anything too heavy. Down side hood on car seat does not come right over so no overage from rain or bright light!! Also car seat would be better if it could recline and no snug piece so when baby is tiny they are not secure

I love the colour pack of the pram we use, it's the exclusive edition to Mothercare silver cross wayfarer Chelsea system, it has a few ups and downs but the main thing is, it's great for carrying your shopping its lightweight, easy to fold, easy to unfold, plenty of room for little one to wriggle about, cup holder amazing!!

I absolutely love my vintage pink wayfarer but it is quite expensive to buy but totally worth the money this is one of the nicest and easiest Pram's I have seen. Just a matter of a few buttons to assemble it and is very sturdy also when you are on a bumpy road/path it does not bounce the baby about.

Overall would definitely recommend this pram, the carrycot is lovely and cosy for newborns, very padded and quite deep so keeps the breeze off them, I moved my baby into sat up chair at 4 months as he was getting too big for the carrycot width wise his arms were too squished to his side. It is all so easy to push around and very smooth around corners, very very light so on bumpy surfaces an feel quite unsteady or if slanted wheels lift off the ground but not enough to tilt pram just slightly.
These being the only adults I love this pram and would 110% buy again and recommend to anyone! It's very stylish with the chrome frame looks gorgeous, I have the vintage blue colour and always get compliments on it being a lovely pram. Anyone considering buying I would say definitely go for it!!

I used this pram for my 1st child and loved it, moved on to the buggy part and he was happy in that. We have now attached a buggy board ready for baby number 2 to take over the buggy.
It's a good product easy to fold and we did this a lot as I drove most places! Would recommend this to others.

I've had this buggy since my baby was born and I find it amazing, it’s easy to clean and to fold down. Only fault I've found with this buggy is the extras such as the cup holder as it goes on it on the out side so you end up catching it on stuff but other than that it’s amazing and last a while.

I love my wayfarer. It’s easy to put up and down and is very light to steer. The different units are nice and easy to change.
Only downside I found was the basket isn’t easy to get to with the carrycot on.

I love this pram so easy to use and light weight, very easy to fold and store in the boot of the car. The only advice I have for anybody buying this pram do not put any carry bag clips on the handle as I found it has rubbed off the leather covering and is now flaky. Apart from that the pram itself is perfect and I'm now using it for my second son.

I have the chelsea wayfarer. I also got the simplicity car seat which I sometimes I use for short trips. It easily attaches to the base although getting it off can be tricky.
I loved the carrycot and used it a lot. It was cosy, the mattress lovely and soft.
When pushing it, it can be a pain to get up on the kerb. It is quitr heavy.
Good size for the boot and it is easy to fold up and attach.
The raincover was a challenge to put on so now we just leave it on unzipped.

Great looking pram and easy to push and steer. Only issues when going up or down steps and stairs. Silver on wheels is easily scratched which is a shame. My baby has fitted in the lay flat bit longer than friends with other makes of prams.
I would buy this pram again and recommend it to anyone

I would recommend this pram to all parents, it comes with flat lying pram and sit up attachment to evolve with your growing child. My daughter loves being in ours. It is very easy to manoeuvre and folds down with ease in seconds. The different attachments are easy to use and well labelled (left/right) and it can also be used with matching car seat for which comes in terribly handy when running into a shop quickly. Large under storage space essential for holding bags/shopping etc.
