I absolutely adore my silvercross pram, even though it's big when folded in the boot it is so practical! We have already started using the pushchair design as my boy is so nosey and the reclining part of this is brilliant for on the go naps. It also looks good! One other issue is that when you use the newborn bassinet attachment there isn't a lot of room to get to the tray underneath, but when you upgrade to the pushchair attachment there is loads of room! All in all I would highly recommend

This pram looks the deal but when it comes to manoeuvre it fails as not that easy to push and the major down side is no suspension for getting up curbs/steps.

Baby looks cosy and lots of room.
    Personally I wouldn’t buy again.

I am currently using this pram and I love it, we have it in vintage pink. It’s easy to push has a larger than average basket and as part of a travel system is brilliant. This is one of my favourite purchases to date.

We love our pram and with the full travel system it also comes with a car seat that fixes into the car using a seat belt, as our car does not come with isofix that was essential to us! Some of the prams we looked at didn’t come with a car seats that could be plugged in using the seat belt.

Its a lovely looking travel system and baby always looks comfy in it. Its easy to steer and a good size to steer around shops etc. The adjustable handle is nice and easy to use at the push of a button. The shopping basket underneath is also a great size ( not small like other similar size buggies). The only downside is the back wheels do not come off when folded to make it smaller and easier to fit into the boot of the car.

Great for everyday use, love how the handle adjusts for height and you can change the seats from car seat to a lay down pram then chair for when my baby is older. Think the pram is slightly chunkier than other prams and sometimes find it hard to fit shopping in the basket at the bottom when I have the lay down pram bit attached

I struggled with the huge choice of Prams/travel systems and in the end just went for the one I liked the look of the most, knowing silver cross is known as a good brad. I really like it still, however there are some issues.
The shopping basket underneath is wonderfully huge, however, when you have the bassinet part of the pram attached, you are hard pushed to get anything in or out of it!
The pram is really easy to push, although not so much when the wheels are in lock mode; I have never used this function.
The adjustable handle height is really useful as there is a foot difference in height between my husband and I!
The car seat itself, with baby in it, is heavy. I’ve never been able to carry him in it, instead I use the pushchair even to go from the front door to the car!
The system is gorgeous, and sturdy, I think it will last a fair few more babies, however, it is pricey and I think there is better out there for price. However, a friend has the same as us and strongly suspects the design is purpose made so that you have to buy the expensive extras such as the luxury fur lined pram linerand the luxury cosey toes as the one that comes with the system is tight. It is also incredibly hard to get the rain cover fitted over!

I have the Silvercross Chelsea Wayfarer Pram from Mothercare, bought earlier this year during my pregnancy at one of Mothercare’s events, where I got the car seat and changing bag alongside the carry cot too. My baby is 3 months, as he is quite a long and big baby is has already grown out of the carry cot. The carry cot was amazing for getting him to sleep in, he often preferred in to his Moses basket as the mattress is so soft and more comfortable in the carry cot. The pram is very easy to put up and down. The only negative about it when you fold it down is it’s quite big, it still fits in our boot though. It’s very lightweight but sturdy, very easy to manoeuvre. It can turn a corner easily and without having the lift the pram. Something we needed when looking for a pram was an easily adjustable handle as my partner is 6 ft 2 and I’m 5 ft 3, the handle is so easy to quickly change and makes live so much easier. The basket underneath provides perfect room for putting shopping in or any extra baby bits we need. Overall I love it and we are keeping it for our next child!

I had this buggy for just over a year for my son and after a while, with him using it daily, it began to weaken and wobble from side to side. Could not be repaired which was a shame as at the time it cost me £1000 for the travel system all in all.

I bought this pushchair for my baby and have been using it for one year now. I am in overall very happy with my purchase and I can definitely say I have got value for money with it. I bought this pushchair after looking at several others. It was in the price range I wanted and when I tested it in the shop I was pleased with how it folded and how easy it was to steer and push. The pushchair is great as you can buy lots of different accessories for it (although the cost of these can add up quickly). For example you do not get a seat cover with the pushchair to use for when your baby is older and in the sit up right position and to buy a silver cross one is around £50. The pushchair is great for a new born with a handy travel carry that baby can sleep in when taken off the pushchair too to be used for the occasional night time use if needed. When baby is older there is a different seat that can be faced either way and also laid almost all the way back if needed. The chair seems very comfy for my baby and the cover around his feet make it very cosy. With a range of different colours it is very attractive and you can buy the accessories that you wish to match your colour scheme. It even comes with a handy cup holder and rain cover. With adapters you can put many different car seats on top of the frame making it even easier to transport baby.
A disadvantage to this product is that it can be quite heavy to push around. If you are looking for a light weight stroller that is easy to transport then this probably isn’t the one for you. I don’t mind this though because it is very strong and still easy to to pop up and put back down.
Very pleased with this product and would recommend to others.

Very sturdy pram and so stylish. My baby uses it often as a cot also as she sleeps so well in it. Easy to clean and pretty easy to fold away. Downside I find is the clips for the hood don’t like to stay in place and the basket isn’t too secure. Also very chunky.

I’ve had this style pram for 3 years and used it with my first child and now using it for my second, I live in the city but my family live in the country and it easily adapts to which ever environment we are in.
The pram hasn’t changed in looks as in it still looks like I just got it out the box, 3 years and very used later! My only disappointment is my cup holder didn’t work and my rain cover ripped but only in the top corner doesn’t affect its ability to work.
    FANTASTIC PRAM WORTH EVERY PENNY

I can’t fault this pram set.
It’s a well known brand, very easy to manoeuvre and also really easy to fold up and down. The material is really good quality, the colour is lovely for either gender baby. The base has lots of room in it for any shopping or items you may want to carry. The handle adjusts to several heights. The carry cot and car seat are very easy to clip on and off. There are many safety features also.

Over all please with this product. Our little girl loves it. A few minor points
The carrycot would last till 6 months as my 4 month old has out grown it also can't fold down when pushchair is rear facing.

It's safe and secure. I felt my baby was safe and comfortable. It lasted me 3 years

I loved this pram for my son. He was in it from the day he was born until he was almost 3 years old. I felt he was safe and secure. I will most definitely be having this pram again for my second baby. The only down side was the size of it. You couldn't put much shopping in the boot of my car once it was in there. But the good outweigh the one bad thing about it.

Overall I love this pram. Great value for money, as well as it being made to last and beautiful! The handle is adjustable which is ideal for all heights. The car seat adaptors make it ideal to use when taking little one out quickly to the shops when you don’t want to use the full system. It’s lovely to steer and is easy to get down and put back up.

We love our Silver Cross wayfarer special edition and so does our little girl. It is the only place she will nap even now at nearly 11 months old. On overnight trips away she has also slept in the carrycot as it was a familiar space. We picked the pram as we liked the big basket perfect for shopping trips and the ease of putting up and down. It is expensive but you can feel it is built to last.
Only draw back of the big basket is when they are in the carrycot you can’t get bigger items of shopping underneath - nappies being one essential that doesn’t easily fit!
It is very big, fills the boot of my car and we have to remove a wheel to close the boot.
We also have the simplicity car seat and like the ease of being able to lift her from the car onto the wheels if we are going to the shops and she has fallen asleep.

I love this pram so lovely and comfy for my little boy. I admit that it is bulky (fills the boot of my car) but you can feel the quality. I love how easy it is to change the handle height and as I’m tall I find it a good length. I feel confident that my little boy is safe so was willing to put up with the extra weight etc for the peace of mind.

First time mum and I purchased the silver cross Chelsea addition of the wayfarer .

My baby has used it since birth and the carry cot part was comfy for her, however she outgrew this at three months . Silver cross recommended the use of the pushchair part from six months so obviously your already faced with a problem here. I bought an insert from amazon so she could be comfy in then pushchair part and have support.

The pram does not go up curbs easy. I have to put my foot on the basket and really push it up the curb.

You have to dismantle the pram if you use he carry cot to fold it. If you use the pushchair parent facing you have to take it off also.

The basket is small when using the carry cot.

It takes up a lot of boot space and is very heavy. You wouldn’t want to take it on holiday abroad that is for sure.

It is built well though and seems of a good quality , i think it should do another baby after my daughter has outgrown it.

I do like pushing the pram and feel proud that i own this pram.

This was lovely looking, very modern and baby was nice and enclosed but we did find it felt a little flimsy when punching up kerbs.
The frame scratched very quickly which is not a huge issue as we expected scratches eventually, just not as easy as it did.
Worked well for what we needed it for but sadly we didn’t keep for long.
