Well this is my 3rd purchase of this car seat,my 3 youngest children have all had these from new.

This was a perfect car seat for our newborns, so easy to use and very light weight. Clipped into the buggaboo base easy also. Only downside is that I had to by a new car seat about 7 months after my baby was born. - Strengths:

Very happy with this, purchased because of the reputation maxi cosi has for safety.
Now baby is almost two stone i find it difficult to carry but i am not sure if there's a solution to this.
Its great that it is compatible with my icandy.

I was so in love with this car seat! After shopping around I finally set sights on the Godfather of all car seats!
It’s beautiful stylish build and easy to remover from the car to the buggy was a HIT for not only myself but for my husband.
The stunning head hugger made sure my newborns head was safe and out of harms way.
I have literally recommended this car seat to my mum friends.

We have used this seat for both our children and have found it to be lightweight, easy to clean and comfortable. The buckles fasten and unfasten easily and it is easy to adjust as your baby grows. We used in conjunction with the newborn wedge at first, which was included with the seat and also the family fix isofix base which we bought separately but found to be invaluable! The fabrics come off easily so you can wash them when they get a bit grubby.

I don't have anything bad to say about this. It's lightweight and easy to carry. The handle is shaped so that its comfortable when being carried on the elbow or in your hand. My only criticism is the new born booster cushion with the Integrated head support. When the baby is still a bit too small to not have the head support but is too long to sit on the booster seat so his feet stick over the edge. Only very slightly in my case but a separate head support would have been better.

I was lucky enough to find this item in a sale and it was perfect for me. We don't have a car so a lightweight and easy installing car seat was essential for family cars and friends. It's a 2 minute job and is so easy to get from the wheels of the pushchair to the car. I haven't had any weaknesses with it as of yet but the material seems to be absorbing so I'm sure for older children it would be difficult to clean. - Strengths:

When getting a car seat you want them to be safe while driving, this car seats Gives you the reassurance that they will be safe. The straps have padding on them so they don't hurt your baby and have head support so there head will be fine while going round corners and driving over bumps in the round.. and it's easy to put into the car. - Strengths:

I got this car seat in a deal with my pushchair. We have the isofix and it is great that it just clicks in and you can go. I highly recommend the isofix we definitely got our money’s worth out of it. The car seat is still being used and we have a chunky 10months old baby. Some friends have said it isn’t as wide as other car seats however my little boy fits comfortably and he loves it. The sunshade is attached at the back of the pushchair and can be folded away, however it ripped off very easily and I have no idea how to reattach it. - Strengths:

My little one has been using this car seat since birth and I have had no problems. I find the car seat is easy to use and very lightweight. my baby sleeps straight away when strapped in. I think the sun cover is a really good idea and also shields baby from the wind. it also came with a newborn insert and wedge for him to sit on which was easy to remove once he got to big.I would definitely recommend this car seat. - Strengths:

The lightweight Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant carrier is suitable from birth to 13 kg and is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form the perfect travel system.
This car seat features enhanced Side Protection System and a soft chushioned seat with newborn seat reducer.
Practical belt hooks will assist in keeping the harness out of your way when placing your child in the seat. A one-pull harness adjustment ensures that it is set at the right tension. As your baby grows, the harness and headhugger can be altered so that it is always positioned correctly.
The CabrioFix installation is very easy with Maxi-Cosi's range of click-and-go base units or it can also be installed using the car's three-point seat belt.
When used in conjunction with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base a light and sound indicator will notify you of its correct installation.
The car seat can also be adjusted into a unique upward position so older babies have more legroom. As a result, you can use the seat for longer in the rearward facing position which is the safest way for younger children to travel.
This car seat has been designed with your little one's comfort in mind: it is supplied with a headhugger, newborn seat reducer, chest and buckle pad and an integrated sun canopy. It also features an extra comfortable ergonomic carrying handle to make it easier for you to transport.
