We’ve been using these bottles since our boy was about 5 weeks old, they’ve really helped with his Colic. There is also the option to remove the attachment so that it’s just a plain bottle. Dr Browns also sell different tests which are interchangeable meaning that the flow will develop as your baby grows.

My daughter had a lot of problems with reflux and burping, I had tried different bottles to try to help but when my midwife told me about this one, it was a life saver!!! The problems of reflux and burping reduce a lot (70%) in the first couple of days and now, she doesn't have any anymore. I would really recommend it and suggest it to everyone looking to buy a baby bottle.

Only thing that worked to stop my babies colic. No longer needed infacol once switched to dr brown bottle. Only downside is the extra parts to wash and that the bottles can sometimes leak if the parts are not tightly screwed together. But worth the extra hassle to have a happy baby. Fit in my advent steriliser no problem either.

A absolute life saver in my house. Was expressing for baby initially and tried Is it tommee tippee bottles which he drank from but had issues. Had reflux and these were only bottles that he latched properly and had less trapped wind and reduced puking.

Expensive product but it worth it. Colics stop when we start use it. Is not easy to clean but I really recommend this bottle. My baby loves it!

I paid about £10 for 3 bottles, my child was born with a cleft palate so I had too get these bottles. They where good quality bottles though.

These are great bottles to use to reduce the air being swallowed by your child. As a test run, we tried without the anti colic section and soon had to revert back. Can sometimes leak if shaken or overfilled, but overall, very useful and effective product. Can be a bit fiddly to clean, so we pop the parts in the dishwasher now.

I have used doctor browns bottles since my baby was three weeks old and would definitely recommend them. They really do help stop the build up of gas after feeding. The problem I found with the new options bottle is that when you do take out the internal parts for older kids feeding the bottle tends to leak . Which is a downside I preferred the original doctor brown bottles.

These bottles were recommended for colic, they really did help but tend to leak quite regularly, now that he no longer suffers with colic I have switched back to my tommee tippee bottles to save changing baby after a leaky feed.

My son was born with a tongue tie and so feeding has always been a nightmare because he would swallow air with every feed. We tried all kinds of bottles before eventually trying these. I was always put off by the price but at my wits end, I bit the bullet and bought two. They were instantly life-changing! my son enjoyed a feed for the first time and didn't spend the next 4 hours writing in pain trying to get rid of the wind he had just ingested. Since using these bottles, his colic and pain has disappeared.
However, these bottles are not without their faults - the design is great in the sense that it allows for air to trap at the bottom of the bottle and not enter the baby mouth. But in doing so, it means that a long tube and stopper is inserted into the bottle and this stops the seal around the teat from working as effectively as it should so they occasionally leak. Unless you manage to screw the lid on with the greatest precision the be prepared to lose a few drops of milk. Im not talking ounces of the stuff, but enough to make a mess and annoy you.
Regardless, these bottles are incredible and I would buy them again in a heartbeat... just make sure you have a muslin handy to wipe up the inevitable spills.

My baby wouldn't take to any bottle, I then got told to try the dr teeas in the bottles i already had he took to them but was bringing up so much milk after it was unreal so I thought I'd try the bottles with the tube in them and wow! He absolutely loved them no more bringing up loads of milk, easy for him to hold and feed himself. Also when it came to cleaning due to them coming with the tube brush they were so easy to clean.

These bottles were recommended as our baby had colic and they did seem to help so I would recommend to others whose baby has colic however, if not I would recommend looking at other options. The bottles are quite bulky and the parts inside are difficult to clean (even with the small brush that comes with the bottle). We did find the bottles occasionally leaked when heating milk as the milk is drawn into the inner tube.

I was recommended to use Dr Browns by a friend who would not use anything else. They were/are fab and easy burping and thankfully reduced any instances of comic. Where on one hand I would recommend them on the other the thing that makes them great is also somewhat of a pain. If milk goes into the green tube in the middle and you tip the bottle milk leaks every where. When preparing the bottle sometimes due to the warmth (possibly??) milk can creep up the central tube and leak out the sides even without over filling. However, without them I don’t know whether I would have had a grouchy colicky baby and was/am quite happy to put up with a little milk spillage for a contented little one. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

At first the bottles were brilliant but 6 months down the line when we do night feeds the baby gets so wet as bottles leak. Had new straws sent us when complained but still happens. Enjoyed using them at first as they helped relieve his colic.

When my baby was born we started out using standard tommee tippee bottle. We soon noticed out baby was struggling colic and had a hard time bringing his wind up. We decided it would be a good idea to start looking for new colic bottle. We tried tommee tippee colic, MAM, classic avent.

Although the shape and design of this bottle wasn’t my favourite to handle i can get my baby to drink really well from them and the bottles have really grown on me. Plus he has no trouble with wind.
The only things we struggle with is the teats, they can be such a nightmare at times! They are very soft and flimsy so my baby finds it fun to play with it in his mouth!! Is other down side to dr.brown is the price, they are quite pricey to buy

    Love dr. Brown

Although not the easiest bottle to clean, this was one of the only bottles my son would use. I tried other brands, but he only took to this one. Being exclusively breast fed for the beginning of his life, these were not the first bottle I would have turned to, but I'm so glad I did. He suffered from reflux too, and these helped ease that a bit.

I have tried almost every bottle and i was struggling with my premie baby to latch on and for the milk not to spill I then decided to try Dr Browns bottles and I have never looked back!y son latched in perfectly and it doesn’t leak. I have recommended these bottles to most mums in my baby group circle and they have now changed to Dr Browns bottles . I’m really happy about this product.

Did exactly like they say they do and I'm so glad I found them! However they are really expensive but worth every penny if your baby suffers from colic! Only downside is it leaks when the milk is a bit too hot!

Loved these at first as my girl suffered with coilc does exactly what it says on the box. After they have been used a while they start to leak and used to regularly soak me and baby trough I will admit I ended up changing bottle brands. Like that you can get them in pink which was a cute touch and you can use without the vent but does leak more!
The tears are the only ones my little girl will accept she loves them although now she’s one it’s been a nightmare to get hold of the faster flowing teats as they don’t stock level 4 flow anywhere.

Love these bottles. Very stylish but tend to leak when the insert is put in specially if the milk is slightly hot.
My son suffered with bad colic and I tried many bottles which had no effect but as soon as we used these we saw a huge improvement.

Description

Designed like the original Dr Brown's bottles, these feature the same innovative vent system to help prevent young babies from swallowing air and developing colic. The Dr Brown's Options+ Anti-Colic 270ml Baby Bottle vent can then be removed for older babies who can continue to enjoy feeding from their familiar bottle, but using it like a more traditional vented bottle.

Features:

- The unique Dr Browns internal vent eliminates the vacuum and air bubbles in the feed (often associated with conventional vented bottles) helping reduce colic and burping. - Internal Vent System and Silicone Teat work together allowing a controlled flow so baby can feed at their own pace.

- The internal vent and silicone teat are highly engineered to provide consistent milk flow.

- For older babies whose feeding is more developed, you may remove the vent system allowing baby to feed form a more convential vent teat bottle

- 9 out of 10 Healthcare Professionals recommend Dr Browns for the relief of wind related colic.
