This milk is very frothy when made. I think it makes my baby more colicky.
However she does enjoy it as a top up when not being breast fed.

I have been using this product since I stopped breastfeeding my daughter. She has got on really well with it and I haven’t had any issues with her not digesting it. The packaging is appealing and is good value for money. It has the same ingredients as a leading brand, but a little bit cheaper. The only downfall for me is when it is nearly empty and I am scooping out the last bits, the foil around the edges make it hard to get the last bits.

After having tried SMA and APTAMIL and my poor baby being constipated and upset tummy on both, cow and gate was to the rescue.
Baby loves this milk and it’s gentle on his little tummy.
The ready to feed bottles are a godsend too for out and about.

I switched to this formula after breastfeeding for 4 weeks. My baby was born really ill and spent 9 days in neonatal intensive care.
He was struggling to feed my expressed milk or from my breast. He lost almost 20% of his body weight and I had to change to formula which I felt so so guilty for.
I need not have worried, my baby is now 12 weeks old and on the 75th centile! He sleeps through the night and is perfectly happy and contented. All thanks to cow and gate first infa t formula.

Easy to use and comes with a scoop which clicks into the lid so you dont loose it. Only thing i would say is sometimes need to shake quite a lot to dissolve all powder which makes it quite bubbly.

Baby love drinking her milk, used it for both my kids and they never had a problem with it, had the car seat adapter for a baby car seat and it made it bulky but was easier to get into the car rather than waking the baby up.

I had planned on breast feeding however the baby was having none of it and was soon a screaming mess. I shot off to the supermarket and bought this, she took it with no complaints. Over the next few months I gave her both formula and expressed breast milk. She's never had an issue switching between the two so it really has been perfect for us. My only slight complaint is that it stinks especially when baby burps in your face!

I have a lot of new born babies as a foster carer. The milk I find best is Cow & Gate 1.
It is easy on baby’s stomach , complete breast milk substitute. Contains all the nutritional goodness baby requires to help them grow . All vitamins to give them a healthy start.
It mixes in easily, comes in a recyclable container or tin.
I use the milk formula to mix with babies first weaning foods like rusks and porridge. .it can be brought ready made for ease st birth in hospital or when out & about or on holiday.

I began using this product when my daughter was unable to breastfeed. I had previously used another brand and decided I wanted to use a different milk for my new baby. The milk is very easy to prepare, the instructions are clear and I had no problems with the initial use of the product.
However, it seems to be hard for my baby to digest, she has become very windy and unsettled on it and we will be trying the ready to use version of this formula next in the hope that it will be easier on her stomach.
