We switched to this milk when I could no longer breastfeed.
We had no problems transitioning and my daughter enjoyed it.

I planned to originally breast feed but had trouble feeding my daughter. We were using sma to start with but it gave her bad constipation. When we tried aptamil the results really good and my daughter feeds really well on this formula. A really good quality formula but I wish it was just a little bit cheaper!

Our baby was struggling with gas and constipation. After switching to Aptamil we saw her improve straight away and was so longer uncomfortable. Takes a good shake for the powder to dissolve so have to wait a while after for bubbles to go away. - Strengths:

Pretty simple to use really. I've not really had any issue with my baby. The spoon is my frustration as it does get clogged a bit. Also the foil can stop you using the last of the mixture as it gets caught behind it. - Strengths:

We used this formula after 1 month of breastfeeding. At first was fine but after 1 week started all fun. Baby had winds, colic, he was womiting like fountain, he can't do a poo. We changed to another aptamil and baby changed to normal. - Weaknesses:

There are lots of research into different formulas and this seems to be as close to breastmilk. It’s easy I make but is more expensive that other formulas on the market. It definitely adds up over time. - Strengths:

I started using this for my newborn at 10days old after struggling to breastfeed and it has been excellent. It is easy to prepare and my little one gulps it down! Only slight negative is that she has suffered with bad wind and has runny poops! - Strengths:

So this product is not the cheapest but I tried other products and found they were more heavier on my daughters stomach and she just wasn't getting on with them. So I tried this product and straight away you can see it is lighter and not as frothy.Read more
It's quick and easy to prepare and has guidelines on the side of how many scoops you need per ml.
I also have the 200ml pre made bottle beside by bed for night with is very handy for the night feeds and saves having to go make a bottle. This is definitely worth the extra couple of £. - Strengths:

I have used Aptamil with all 3 of my babies. They've never had any issues with it. Easy to make, babies appear to enjoy the taste of it. Comes in a quality box with a measuring spoon. It's packed with all the nutrients your baby needs. Very happy with this product and our baby seems to be too.

Great milk to use for newborns and for continuing feeding until age appropriate. Easy to digest and has all the nutrients and vitamins in just like breast milk, for me I was unable to breast feed due to complications nut felt confident in using aptamil to feed my baby. - Strengths:

On the back of the tin the instructions are clear enough to understand with warnings on how to measure babies food and guidelines following their age. I found it easy match the scoops of milk to how ounces of water you put in for the correct baby age. My baby loved the milk and had no problems digesting it. I wanted to breastfeed my little girl so much, however due to a change in medication just a few weeks after she was born, it didn’t last as long as i wanted. After having to make the change from breast to formula we ran into a few issue, such as constipation, but this is so common for formula fed babies it’s not hardly worth mentioning. Once she adjusted to it she has never had any other problems.
The product is straight forward to use and prepare, the only down side is the scoop can get a little clogged with formula due to the seam from the bottle you are scooping it in to. - Strengths:

Both my children had this milk and both loved it. They have both grown up to be strong healthy children.

I chose Aptamil as it is came highly recommended and cannot fault it. Baby drinks it lovely and is very content with her milk.
