The breast feeding midwife gave me some of this after my baby struggled to latch on properly and made my nipples extremely sore, chapped and bleeding. The miracle cream as i call it worked wonders and i could still express and feed my baby. After just 1 day my nipples started to heal. I would recommened this to other mums.

Stopped me from giving up in the first few weeks with my son. It numbs the pain so you have chance to perfect the latch and it clears up any cracked nipples etc

This product made it easier for me to carry on breastfeeding my baby. Although it is quite expensive, it still lasts quite a while and can be used for other things as well as sore nipples. E.g. cracked lips

Love this product. Have used it for both my babies. It is perfect as it is safe for breastfeeding. No need to remove before a feed. Also really does soothe sore nipples.

Only down side is it can leave a residue on clothes that doesn't come out easily.

This little purple tube completely saved my sanity. Our initial few days of breastfeeding were hard to to our little one having a tongue tie. This meant that the first few feeds were hell on my poor nipples. This stuff seriously works. Within 3days I went from cracked, sore bleeding nipples to being able to feed relatively comfortably. The tongue tie has now been sorted but we still use Lansinoh to ensure that our journey stays comfortable.

I absolutely love my lansinoh nipple cream! It saved my nipples in those first few weeks of feeding. The only downside is the price but it’s fair enough considering how quick it works to heal your nipples

I got through two tubes of this in the early weeks of breastfeeding. I used it after every feed. It can be a bit hard to get out the tube and is quite expensive but you only need a little bit each time. It does stain your clothes, leaving a greasy mark, if you get it on certain fabrics so be careful.

Couldn't have managed without this, really helped with sore cracked nipple and allowed me to continue to breastfeed baby. It was quite expensive considering it was a necessity for me and I found sometime it was hard to get out of the tube as it is very thick.

I was extremely sore with my second born as she couldn’t latch properly, I was recommended to try this cream and to my amazement it was extremely affective. Soothed sores and cracks very effectively. It was also safe to use while nursing which was a bonus as wiping it off would of been painful to say the least. Highly recommend for all mummies breast feeding. Makes life that much easier. X

Lansinoh nipple cream is a great product. It's easy to use & doesn't need to be washed off before breastfeeding again. I use it after every feed & it helps to stop my nipples from being dry/sore. In the first few weeks when we were just getting use to breastfeeding it helped massively as I was sore quite often if we didn't get the latch on right each time. Only downside is it is quite pricey. You can get shops on brands for a lot less but I found that this was definitely the best one out of everything i tried.

I’ve been using the lansinoh nipple cream since my 4 month old son was born and is electively breast fed. It is safe to use and definitely an essential for mums, it has helped me out a long way, and to be honest, has helped me continue to breastfeed. The tube is small and compact so can be easily put into a changing bag when out and about. The cream is more of a thick ointment, and a little goes a long way, and anything left over from one usage can be used as a lip balm! You do have to squeeze firmly to get the cream out. I did find that with regular use, the nipple cream worked to heal sore nipples, but to begin with it stung a little (I think it was more my nipples than the cream). It’s also handy that you do not have to remove the ointment before feeding the baby, and it’s tasteless- meaning the baby still latches with the cream on. I did find that the cream was a little sticky, so attracted fluff from my bra and the breast pad, and the cream isn’t absorbing; more of a barrier cream. The cream itself is fragrance free, but does have an odour which personally I’m not keen on, however this doesn’t affect the performance of the cream. The only thing that is a big downside is that it is expensive, so if you’re on a budget or have a low income, you can get an alternative one for much cheaper, but it does last a long while and a little goes a long way.
For those that are vegan, I don’t think the product is vegan as lanolin is made from wool..but I’m not 100% sure.
Overall, it’s a nice product which done the job! I don’t have to use it much anymore, but in the cold weather it’s great for chapped lips!!

This product is a life saver! Having suffered with excruciating soreness and dryness on my nipples with my first child during breast feeding, I looked online for advice and help and this was recommended to me. Its prefect in preventing dryness to the nipples, stopping them from becoming chapped and cracked. I have also used this for my second child. What a life saver.

This was a god send through the first few weeks of breastfeeding. The first six weeks are the hardest, and your nipples are being used in a way they never have before (if you’re a first time mum like me) and take some time to get used to it! Soreness is inevitable but using the lanolin reduced it excessively and prevented me from having sore, cracked or bleeding nipples. It was later discovered my little one had a severe Tongue tie and I still didn’t have any issues. It’s thick consistency meant a little goes a long way, and lasts between feeds for long term relief.
The only downside is the price but in my opinion you get what you pay for and I would happily buy again and again.
