This is an expensive product but it definitely provides relief. However it is quite greasy and slippery and will stain your clothing. My main issue with it is that my little one finds it slippy and has trouble latching on because of this therefore I try to only use it if I really need to but as I am combination feeding I am able to use it sparingly. - Strengths:

I love this product, really helped sooth my nipples and help protect against them feeling chapped or sore. Only thing is its very thick and sticky but once warmed up a little spreads nicely for good coverage and protection - Strengths:

Works wonders it’s absolutely amazing
Helps very well with sore and cracked nipples and still able to feed with it on !

The hospital gave me samples of this when I went in with feeding problems and very sore nipples. With in about a hour of applying my nipples were starting to feel so much better. I left the hospital and went and purchased and threw the other brand I had away. Downside is it has to be warm to go on easier or thick and not easy to apply when cold. I just put it up my jumper to warm up. - Strengths:

I tried two nipple creams when I was breast feeding. This one was by far the better product. It worked straight away! It is a very thick consistency so you do have to rub it between your fingers to warm it up leaving a lot of product on your fingertips, however if you're like me and love having strong nails it's not the end of world as I would rub the excess product into my cuticles which helps to strengthen them due to the ingredients in the cream. A small amount goes a long way so although it is pricey you're using such a small amount that it lasts a long time. If/when I have another little one I will definitely use it again. - Strengths:

This cream was an absolute lifesaver for me! i suffered terribly with sore cracked & bleeding nipples during my first 2 weeks of breastfeeding (first timer) literally id cry everytime my little girl wanted a feed. A friend recommended i get some & wow it was the best thing i did! its quite thick & greasy, but i suppose it needs to be to give you the best protection & hydration back into those sore nipples. Bonus that you dont have to wash it off between feeds, its totally safe for baby! - Strengths:

I suffered from terrible cracked nipples at the beginning of breastfeeding and I don't think I would have coped without this product! Quite expensive but definitely worth it! Helped me to get through the worst of the early stages of breastfeeding until it became easier. I applied it after each feed at the beginning - so very often and I didn't even get through one tube. It's so thick and a little goes a long way.

I was advised to apply this from the word go and so far so good. I’ve been successfully breastfeeding our newborn for 2 weeks and there’s no sign of sore nipples. I will continue to use this as it seems to be working. I think it’s quite expensive, but I’d pay it for the sake of comfort, highly recommended! - Strengths:

I love this product. I use it everyday after every feed. It keeps my nipples soft and prevents chapping/cracking. You do not have to wash or wipe off between feeds which is great.

Tried this and a boots version and hands down this was the best. Not too claggy when coming out so easy to apply. Nicer smell than some of the others too. And it works!! And baby definitely didn't mind it. Worth the slight extra price. - Strengths:

This product was amazing in the first couple of weeks of breastfeeding, it provided relief between feeds and was great that I didn’t need to worry about washing off before feeding. I was fortunate enough to not need to use this for tlvery long, as I have to use nipple shields for her latch. In the first week though this was one of my best friends and made feeding bearable. I also used it to stick the nipple sheilds on when I got the hang of them. It is thick and sticky, but I needs to be to do what it needs to do. You don't need to rinse it off to feed, which believe it or not, some nipple creams you do, which defeats the object and would make you more sore.

If you have cracked/sore nipples this is the cream to go for.
It's a nice thick consistency so it soothes straight away. It's safe for baby, so you don't need to wait for it to soak in or wipe off, really handy when your nipples are sore and baby needs feeding again.
It can get thicker in the colder months, squeeze it out and warm up between your fingers.
I loved this with my first and made sure I had some in stock for my second

I was recommended this product when I had my first child and was breastfeeding. I was in so much pain and then started using this cream. It worked so quickly and so well.
