I was lucky to be sold this second hand from a family friend at a reduced cost from the brand new price, however, now that I have used it and seen so much benefit I would probably pay the full price as I love it!
My son was born prematurely so after 8 weeks in hospital once he was born I was terrified the first few nights home alone with him! This allowed me to be close to him but also getting rest. He also struggles to keep a dummy in and when it falls out it wakes him up! The Next 2 me means that I can pop the dummy in with haste and ease and the two of us get straight back to sleep meaning we are both much better rested!

This is an absolute must have! Having your baby right there next to you makes both your baby and you, as a mummy, feel safe and comfortable. The option to drop one side of the crib is excellent as if your baby stirs during the next you don’t even need to reach over into the crib to sooth them, you can reach across as they are practically lying right there next to you without being in your bed. My baby is now 3 months so we have zipped the side up but she still sleeps next to me.

The crib itself is spacious, allowing your baby to move during the night or for you to put something in, like a pod (sleepyhead) fits in there easily if that’s how you wish your baby to sleep.

It also has the option to lower one end so if your baby is suffering from reflux, sometimes lowering one end so they are sleeping at a tilt makes it more comfortable to sleep.

My baby has never had a problem sleeping in this crib and for the price of it, I don’t think it’s bad considering your baby may sleep in this for the first 6 months before they transition into a cot.

I absolutely live my next to me cot. I was lucky enough to have this bought for me as a gift and it is one of my favourite baby items. It's so nice to have your baby right next to you while newborn but safely in their cot at arms length.

I'm the first time mummy . It was very important for me that my baby would be with me at night. A bit expensive. But very helpful and safe. Worth the money.

I bought this cot as we travel lots. At home I have a snuzpod for my baby and wanted to mimic something similar when we travel. I don’t know whether that’s why I notice it but I thought it feels unstable and really uncomfortable. It’s great for travelling and to be honest my baby sleeps really well in it and sleeps all night when we are away. I love the handy bag in comes in making traveling easier. It’s a lot bigger than the snuzpod which is an advantage for us as my baby is huge now! I would recommend to family and friends but I would definitely show them mine first to see if they agreed.

I bought this product back in 2016 when I became a mum for the first time! It is by far the Best Buy. It was nice to just be able to lie next to her and know she was safe. I wouldn’t have to get up and out of bed whenever she made a tiny noise. The only issue I had was that the mattress was quite firm and my little girl would only sleep with a blanket on the top for comfort. I gave it to my sister when my little girl outgrew it and she loved it too. I will definitely be buying a new one for this baby!

We love this crib it has given me such a good bond with my daughter I love how I can have her next to me with the side down and know she is safe or I can have the side up and still see her through the mesh. I love how I don't even need to get out of bed if she starts stirring i can get to her from my bed. We love it so much that we don't want her to go in her own room!

I love my next to me crib in grey it's big enough for the little one but small enough to fit neatly next to the bed. I struggled to take the side down so ended up leaving it up didn't matter to much as didn't breast feed. It's rocking action was brilliant to get baby to sleep. Overall a lovely crib.

We have loved using this product. It has made breastfeeding throughout the night so much easier and has meant that my baby and I have formed such a strong bond by co-sleeping in a completely safe environment. It’s spacious enough so that my baby has room but not too much that’s unsafe. He loves his Next 2 Me and we now are dreading him moving into his own room!

Its so handy to be able to just turn over and see if your baby is ok when they make odd noises in the night or are stirring. When LO first came home he had a problem with reflux and being able to adjust one side higher than the other was so helpful. I do have a high bed so I've had to set it (securely) on top of stacking boxes in order to use it properly. It has made my nights so much easier than they could have been especially when LO went through a phase of falling asleep then waking for more food the second he was in his bed and only then.

Bought this as we just live in a small one bedroom flat with limited space therefore needed a crib that would fit into our room and not take up too much space.
    This fits the bill perfectly.
Also love the fact that you can have the side down and sleep at the same level as your baby if needed.
Bit clumsy putting together, ideally need two people.

Loved this! It’s the one baby item I wouldn’t be without or scrimp on. Yes it is expensive but so worth it. It folds flat for storage or travel and even comes with a bag. My only con is that it does not work well in the co sleeping mode when the bed is a divan.

Totally love this! Being a first time mum it made me nervous but having the next2me reassured me that my daughter was okay being in her own space and I being able to reach her any time. I am a breastfeeding mum and this made my life’s so much easier as I could just reach her straight away and after the birth this was perfect as I wasn’t very mobile so getting to my daughter without moving too much made it all a lot less painful. This is also very easy to pack up and use as a travel cot and my daughter just loves it!

Just being able to have your baby next to you for the first few months before they go to a cot and for them to be totally safe gave me great piece of mind.

My son had terrible silent reflux so i often had to look after him during the night and I could do it without leaving the bed!

This is great for breastfeeding and watching your baby sleep and yourself to sleep easier. Having both Moses basket and next to me crib I wish I brought a next to me crib earlier for my other children . It’s more expensive but total worth it. I did find that the first few weeks I would of liked it down stairs for her to sleep in but I did find it bulky to bring it down.

I was pregnant with twins and knew I wanted them to sleep together so didn't want 2 Moses baskets and didn't have the room for a cot. This was the perfect size for them and fit perfect next to my bed. It's so reassuring that I can see them lay in it next to me. Its very sturdy and secure and the height is adjustable and can adjust one sides height which is handy for babies with reflux. My babies are 4 months and both still have lots of room in it together .

For the price I think this isn’t the best option on the market for a bedside cot. It’s quite wobbly (doesn’t feel very stable) and your baby will be strong enough to roll onto your bed before she’s grown out of it. Also very frustrated both zips were broken when I bought the cot but I’ve had it down since the beginning so have only just realised - not very secure!

However pros include it being lovely to have your baby next to you, the fact it folds up into a travel bag and adjustable heights.
