Chicco Next 2 Me bedside crib

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was to assemble and fix to the bed. I use the crib with the side down and love being able to wake up next to my daughter. Though I was initially a bit anxious about my covers finding their way into the crib it has never been an issue. The crib is a good size and will last a lot longer then a traditional Moses basket. I found the mattress a bit difficult to remove from the protective cover and was very disappointed that the zipper broke (came off its runner) so I’m not able to use with the side up in future eg once my daughter starts rolling.

We love our next to me and wouldn’t change it for the world. We didn’t have it against the bed for long but when we did it was easy to adjust the height.
Larger than a lot of Moses baskets and cribs meaning baby fits in comfortably up until the recommended age of 6 months.
Can feel slightly wobbly when stood alone.
Overall really love this product.

I absolutely love my Next 2 Me Crib for my little one! He is nearly 4 months old and still has lots of room left to grow in the Crib! I now only use the crib in the living room but to no fault of the Next 2 Me. My son is in a cot now in my room so I can use a breathing monitor but the crib was a must have for us. Especially for those first few months! It still gets lots of use in the living room; it’s a safe place for baby to be if I need to go to the toilet, it’s a nice safe place for baby to nap in during the day. Generally: It’s easy to use. It has a good selection of height options and easy to change at any time. It can go fairly high which I found good for getting baby in and out of it. I didn’t use it with the side down but with the side being see-through, it put my mind at rest at night as I could easily look across at him to check in him when I was in bed myself. Parts of the feet fold inwards so it can be put against any bed, again easy to use and still sturdy and safe. It lasts longer than most moses baskets as it’s much bigger and I can see my little one still getting use out of this for a good few months yet at least! It is easy to put together and take apart with 1 or two practices and comes with a bag to pack it away for storage or travelling. I have travelled with it and have had no problems. The only “down side” to this crib is that the material is kind of loud... I found that the older my son is getting, the more he moves and the material sometimes wakes him up when he moves his hands against it. Having said that, overall, I would definitely recommend it and use it again in the future.

I know this sounds lazy but when your up every 2 hours with a reflux baby it’s a godsend to barely get out of bed to feed and soothe your baby and when your both nodding off you can literally pop them down next to you

Safe product I wish they had the rocking motion in the one I bought it was the only thing missing

It’s easy to use for travel comes with a travel bag and can be used as a stand alone crib or linked to the bed

I absolutely love this next2me crib. It’s a a great product and I have used it for both my children and I would definitely say it is essential it meets all needs and musts. It is great for co sleeping and having your baby close to you and it tilt for if your baby suffers reflux or colic which was a life saver for me. It’s a great product and I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this product when my baby was 2 weeks old as baby would not settle in her basket. I was a bit worried on paying the price inc ase she did not settle in this either. This product was so easy to assemble and the instructions where easy to follow. My daughter slept in this like a dream and has been sleeping through since she was 4 weeks old. The next 2 me crib is designed brilliant so you can adjust the height on 5 different settings so it reaches the height of your bed. The bed also comes with a travel bag so you can take apart and take it with you on your travels. This bed is much easier than trying to put a travel cot up and down. You can also zip the side up and just use it as a crib if you don't want it open. This has helped me a lot and I'll be very sad when my baby outgrows this. I think they should make another one which is a bit bigger for 9months + for babies that are used to sleeping with their parents. I would definitely recommend this

I love this cot, as most mums and dads will know babies like to co sleep but this provides a safe place for them to sleep whilst still feeling close to their parents.

I absolutely love this, we purchased the day after our little one was born as she wouldn't settle in the moses basket and couldn't be close to her and I would not be without now, it's easy to install and you can keep an eye on your little ones while there sleeping and being close to you without being in your bed I wish these were out when I had my eldest would have made life a bit easier :)

Fab product really good for breastfeeding As don’t have to get in and out of bed all night a lot bigger and sturdier than a Moses basket

I love my chicco next to me crib. It’s one of the things I recommended to expectant parents. Having your baby right next to you at night without the fret that co-sleeping can bring is just excellent.
You can easily sooth your baby without disturbing your partner by getting in and out of bed. I found it especially great when I was breastfeeding.
You can also use the next to me as a standard crib for 0-6 months as the side that would be down can be zipped up. The Next 2 Me can easily be folded down and comes with a carry case. This was great as when we went away as we took it with us. This meant that our little one wasn’t in a strange bed etc if we weren’t at home.

I love this little bed. Has got incline position to give you extra piece of mind, adjustable height allows you to get it level with your bed so you can always see your baby. You can unfold one of the sides so you don't have to reach too far. Lightweight and comes with very handy bag. I would definitely recommend.

I love it.It's perfect for my baby offering the security and sleep need it. Also it's easy to be used when you're travelling as every week I'm going to visit my mum. Definitely I recommend this product and worth every penny.

I have brought this for my bubba it was recommended to me and loads of my mummy friends have had one and they have all said how amazing it is I can't wait to try once bubba is here

Bought one of these after reading other reviews online. It was so convenient and gave me so much more piece of mind being able to open my eyes during the night and be able to see that my daughter was safe. Night feeds were made so much more comfortable and easier being able to just move her across to me. The only downside is that the outside cover isn’t removable so can only be sponge cleaned.

I bought my Chicco next 2 me crib when I pregnant with my now 3 year old and it's still going strong for my youngest child! This crib is super sturdy, I love the way it clips to the side of the bed with adjustable straps so no matter what size and style bed you have (we have a king size divan) you can be sure this will fit, the crib is very deep and quite long so it lasts for a lot longer than a Moses basket, in fact my 3 year old was in it till she was 8 months and my now 7 months old is still in it and will be for a while yet! I like that it can also be used free standing all you have to do is zip the side up but I have ours fixed to our bed because I love that feeling of co-sleeping without the actual dangers of having my baby in bed with me, I also love that it has an adjustable height and you can even have one end higher than the other so it's great for reflux or if your baby's congested.
The downside is that the mattress is very hard which I didn't like but I just purchased another mattress for it which wasn't expensive and the problem was solved

Being able to attach this cot to the side of the bed is fantastic. I can reach my baby without having to get up, which in the early weeks, meant we all slept much better. My little one was a bit congested, so being able to angle the crib helped him to be more comfortable. An extra bonus, is the ease of being able to use this as a travel cot. It came in handy on a recent caravan break.

Love this cot very much and wish I had had one for my first!!
From the moment I opened my eyes I could see baby and baby see me. Its vert roomy and has deep sides so no trying to escape.

I absolutely love this product. Only one slight negative was the hard mattress but that was easily rectified with a special topper.

Bought this before I had my second child and I just wish I had it with my first. It's been great love being so close to my baby, very handy with breastfeeding having baby right next to you but it's great even when detached as as you can see through the netting into baby. It's a great size and I'm getting longer use out of it in comparison to a Moses basket. Definitely recommend it was a great purchase.

It’s a great crib lots of room for a growing baby and I can see her as soon as I wake up and she can see me and is great for breast feeding

It can be taken down easily and comes with a travel bag for easy travel and storage

The only negative is that the zip on one corner has come off its run but can be fixed and it’s hard to find sheets that fit the mattress.

Lobe this cot, i can see my baby the minute i open my eyes in the morning and she can see me. Its so roomy and has deep sides so she can stay by my side for a few months. Absolutely in love with this crib it was a life saver with my little girl she wouldn’t sleep in anything else. Also being a new mum or made me feel more secure being able to be so close and see her.
Makes breast feeding much more easier as your not having to lean into a cot to pick up your baby. My baby stayed in there till 6 months but could of stayed longer. Easy to put up and down

I love love love this product! It attaches safely to my bed with the safety straps and can raise up to the correct height of the bed. The adjustable height also comes in handy if you have a baby with reflux as I could raise one end slightly higher than the other. The only thing I found was that the mattress was slightly too hard for my little girl and I ended up purchasing the mattress topper which was much better for my baby. It’s large enough to last longer than the average Moses basket and it folds easily into its carry case if you need to take it away with you.

I love love love this!! It’s one of the best things ya iv bought yet since having my first baby and can have her next to me with out any of the dangers of her being in my own bed with me!! ASI get peace of mind k owing I can just open my eyes and check on her and a better nights seep for both mother and baby great product!! Also great size as well I can see her being I. This till she’s almost one!!

Although it’s quite expensive this crib is so brilliant. We loved having our newborn baby within arms reach. It’s great is goes up and down to match the level of your mattress. It’s also great you can adjust the top end slightly higher if baby suffers with reflux. It fits our sleepyhead in perfectly so she’s nice and snug and safe right by my side. I love the grey colour. It’s also great that it folds down flat to travel with and store easily for the next baby!
